The Location of this Hotel is amazingly convenient, the room is clean and well sized and one of the key highlights was that they took note of the special comment: It was me and my wife's honeymoon and they prepared something small but a special and sweet gesture for us that really set them apart. We stayed at this hotel as part of a greater Honeymoon trip around Greece and Turkey, by time time we got to AD Athens Luxury Room and Suites, they were our 4th stop for the honeymoon. We were at Cappadocia, Mykonos, Santorini prior all the hotels with about 3-4 days stay. When doing the booking, I made a note to indicate that this was our honeymoon trip hoping to get a small special surprise for my wife (she didn't know) something like, flower petals on the bed, or a towel that was nicely folded into a special design. Honestly nothing big or fancy. The other 3 hotels in the stops prior, I booked even more ”luxurious” rooms, spending up to $700 SGD a night at one of the locations but none of them ever did a small gesture to commemorate our special trip. Kudos to the Team at AD Athens for their attention to detail, it really means alot to me and my wife, we even brought back the Champagne Cork to remember this gesture. Apart from their service, the location and cleanliness of the room is top standard. It was our first time in Greece so we were abit more cautious and arranged an airport transfer with the hotel (you can do that they will help you seamlessly execute it) but on hindsight, we should have just taken the subway. It is literally right outside the station and by the Parthenon site, making it really accessible to food options, sight seeing and even shopping. Definitely a great hotel for first timers in Athens and I have no complaints about my stay.

MiraMe has the BEST shower we have ever experienced. THE BEST SHOWER! It comes with four different ' heads ' and the water pressure is extremely powerful so taking a shower after a hot day in Athens was an absolute joy. Usually the rainshower found in most hotels is weak, but MiraMe's jets are very forceful and steady water temperature. The other three ' heads ' are one for the chest, one for the butt and one for the legs. Then there is also one separate hand held shower head on the side. The shower room is spacious and drainage is smooth, and the door seals perfect so there is no worry of a leak. We cannot claim to be hotel experts but for the 30+ odd years of travelling and having stayed in over 60 hotels in many cities, we can vow loud and clear that MiraMe has really sourced the BEST shower model, and other hotels, even other leading hotels in the world should dump theirs and change them into MiraMe's. Locationwise, MiraMe also is very good. The main shopping districts are just 10 mins walk away where you can find famous brands as well as plenty of shoe shops. In the area are major bus stops , great variety of restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, pharmacies and other nice hotels. The room we had booked is ' deluxe family room with balcony ' that has a short flight of stairs leading to an attic for the 3rd person. It is a nice nook up there for some privacy with a bed and a sofa and an individual air con that provides a comfy temp. The balcony is small and not much view so we hardly used it. Breakfast is provided up on the rooftop bar cum lounge, where a young staff manned the place and served freshly made breakfast cooked to each guest's order every morning. The rooftop has a nice open view of the Acropolis and has very nice updated music that is cool but not too loud and wild. They also have a bar on the G/F serving drinks. The staff are all young and pleasant, polite and helpful and they try their best to help with restaurant bookings and recommendations etc. MiraMe is a clean and modern boutique hotel that provides sufficient toiletries to make the stay comfy and carefree. Housekeeping is discreet and the bedding is all clean and white, bath and hand towels and floors and things we touch are basically clean. Again, we cannot praise enough their wonderful shower that has to be the BEST in the whole world. The hotel is in a quiet street but in a very safe neighbourhood, so even if you return late everyone feels very secure and safe.

Konumu harika, yakınlarda birçok restoran var, Plaka yaya caddesinin hemen yanında. Kahvaltısı da oldukça doyurucu. Çatı katında Akropolis manzaralı bir bar olduğunu duydum ama biz çıkmadık. Genel olarak, iyi ve paranın karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyor!

Bu bizim ve ailemiz için harika bir konaklamaydı. Otel, Atina'daki birçok popüler turistik yer ve restorana yakın bir konumda ve çoğu 10-20 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Yakındaki Monastiraki metro istasyonu da havaalanına gidip gelmeyi kolaylaştırdı. Odalar birkaç sandalye, çalışma istasyonu, kahve/çay istasyonu, dolap, mini buzdolabı ve TV ile güzel bir şekilde döşenmiş. Yataklar küçüktü ama yeterince rahattı. Ailemizin 2 ve 3 yatak odalı odaları vardı ve 2 yatak odalı odanın çok daha geniş olduğunu gördük. Her ikisindeki banyolar da küçüktü ama sıcak suyun hemen gelmesini ve havalandırma için küçük bir pencere olmasını takdir ettik. Odamız geceleri sessizdi ama ailemiz alt katlarda sokak gürültüsü olduğunu fark etti. Asansörler küçük oldukları için genellikle yakalamak zordu ama altıncı kata tırmanmak istemediğimizde bunu takdir ettik. Otelin olanakları fiyatına göre iyiydi. Çatı terası ve bar alanı öne çıkan bir yerdi ve burada gün batımını ve Akropolis'teki ışıkların yanmasını izleyerek birkaç öğleden sonranın tadını çıkardık. Barın fiyatları uygundu ve çok çeşitli seçenekler vardı. Öğlenleri çay ve kahve servisi olan bir oturma odası vardı ve akşamları açık tutuyorlardı, böylece birlikte oturup konuşabiliyorduk. Çamaşırhane hizmeti, bagaj muhafazası vardı ve resepsiyonda güler yüzlü ve misafirperver personeliyle turlar veya araba kiralama konusunda yardımcı olabiliyorlardı. Her sabah kahvaltıyı iple çekiyorduk. Otel keşfetmek için iyi bir temel sağladı ve merkezi bir konumdaydı. Atina'da gününüze güzel bir kahvaltıyla başlamak ve tasarruf etmek istiyorsanız bu otelin iyi bir seçim olduğunu söyleyebiliriz.

Bu geleneksel bir otel. Tesisler biraz eski olsa da temiz ve iyi donanımlı. Odamın manzarası da çok güzeldi; Akropolis'i görebiliyordum. Personel güler yüzlüydü ve kahvaltı menüsü oldukça çeşitliydi. Konumu özellikle uygun: Metro istasyonu ve Yeni Akropolis Müzesi sadece birkaç dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde ve ayrıca yakınlarda birçok restoran bulunuyor.

Mutlu bir şekilde taşındık. Ayrıca buzdolabında ücretsiz su şişeleri mevcut, gerekli tüm olanaklar mevcuttu, odada su kaynatmak için su ısıtıcısı veya sıcak içecek için bardaklar mevcut değildi, ancak talep ederseniz otel resepsiyonunda 7/24 sıcak su ve ücretsiz çay da mevcut. 15:00-21:00 arası tüm konuklara kahve ve sıcak su! Ücretsiz havlu veya terlik sağlamıyorlar, banyoda şampuan da yok. Odada her birimiz için kilitli bir dolap sunuluyor. Banyolar temiz sayılıyor ama biraz dar ve kıyafetlerinizi, havlunuzu veya kişisel bakım ürünlerinizi koyacak yer yok, içeride bir askı yeri var ama askı çok yüksekte, benim gibi kısa boylu biri (160 cm) için kesinlikle uygun değil ve banyonun dışında da bir askı var, bu biraz rahatsız edici. Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

我不知道為何看到有人因為只給一瓶水而負評。在歐洲一般都喝水龍頭水，酒店也在水龍頭告知水是可以直接喝的。 這個酒店除了位置不是非常市中心（但到哪裡都是走路能到的距離，包含地鐵站），其他一切都很好。 距離大街的房間可能不是非常安靜，但還在能接受的噪音範圍。房間空調制冷正常，風聲很小。 備品完整，包含牙刷牙膏、拖鞋等。設施與清潔很棒，國際標準。服務一流。枕頭有兩種尺寸，高軟or硬薄，這一點很多星級酒店都還要另外叫房務送。很加分。 總體來說我花90美元（含10歐的城市稅）訂購到一晚，非常超值。房間本身有150-180美元的價值。（只要你願意多走10分鐘）

I was impressed with this hotel for the price I paid. Very centralised, with the metro station right there. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets only steps away. The hotel itself is very comfortable. Though my room was a bit small, it’s all you need. Lots of pillows on the bed. Fluffy towels, and all the great amenities. They give you everything you need, and then some. Free water as well. The breakfast was copious. So much choices. I love the terrace. There are jacuzzis on the terrace! I also ate at the restaurant, which as very good. The staff are very friendly. The deco is cool as well. I’ll come back next time I’m in Athens.
