We checked in very late and appreciated that the hotel still accommodated us without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the unstable Wi-Fi. Overall, it was a good experience.

It was a wasted night, forgot everything what happened that night, i just woke up early in the morning and found out that my wallet was lost. I came back to the last bar i went, but it turns out it’s not there.. i just cried and just accepted i lost it then fell asleep.. i woke up with a loud noise coming from the door, there is someone knocking. When i opened it, the boss of the hotel was holding my wallet and gave it to me. I was so lucky. I thought that was the last thing that will happen.. when i was in grab, there’s something in me saying that i forgot something, and yes, i forgot my watch. It’s not an expensive watch but a very special for me, i don’t know how to contact the hotel, but luckily, i got their phone number through this app.. called them and confirmed that i left my watch. I got it in the afternoon after my puning hotspring trip. Thanks for this hotel! Love it! ❤️

This is the 2nd time I booked my stay at Prime Asia Hotel and they are consistent - clean rooms and a comfortable place to stay indeed. You get your money’s worth. I know that for every visit I will be doing in Pampanga, I will book my hotel here and I would recommend this to my relatives and friends. One thing I appreciate is the guards check and confirm what room the guests go to. They call the room and confirm if we expect a visitor. Even as they leave, they confirm it. It is a good security check. Thank you Prime Asia Hotel and Management! Continue to stay consistent.

Nice Hotel to stay in a short time and all the hotel staffs are friendly and professionals

Good hotel if you can get it at a discount, overpriced if full price. Its a newish hotel but some of the fixtures and fittings are already brokern like the side tables in the rooms. The roof over the pool leaks. The dining area does a good breakfast but could do with a proper clean and removing the christmas decorations that just collect dust and dirt. Music played in resturant begins early and goes on all day and is a bit loud. There is a gym which is nice, but sometimes people play music speakers in there early which is also not good for hotel occupants. So nice hotel but could do with some upkeep and cleaning and cheaper prices.

Hotel Snow Angeles offers a unique experience. The location is fantastic, nestled in a quiet area in Ktown, yet close to local attractions. 🌆 The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Although the sheets smelled a bit moldy the first night, they quickly changed them the next day. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. The facilities, including a cozy pool and a lively restaurant, added to the fun atmosphere. 🍹 My only complaint was the shower area, which could use some improvement. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway! 🏊♂️ Definitely worth considering for your next stay!

Booked in a pinch because my other hotel was shut down. Service was great and the room was lovely with a nice balcony. A bit expensive for my tastes but Security and location are great.

Bu oteli, olanaklarından birinde sauna olduğu belirtildiği için seçtim. Görünüşe göre, sauna imkanı yokmuş, sadece saunalı bir oda varmış. Bu çok yanıltıcı. Giriş yaptığımız anda hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Yeni ve yakın zamanda yenilenmiş olmasına rağmen, odanın çeşitli unsurlarının aşırı tasarlanmış ve pek kullanışlı olmadığını düşünüyorum. Kapıdaki gözetleme deliği ikimiz için de ulaşamayacak kadar yüksekti. Ayrıca kapağı da yoktu (güvenlik riski). Belki de 1,8 metreydi. Sandalye ve masa çok ergonomik değildi, masa çok yüksek, sandalye ise alçaktı. Bilmiyorum, sanki odayı büyük insanlar için tasarlamışlar ve ben insan dünyasında bir hobbitmişim gibi geliyor. Masaların cam üstleri, yerinde tutacak kauçuk ayakları olmadığı için kolayca kayıyor. Dolabın sürgülü kapıları kolayca üst üste binebiliyor ve düzgün bir şekilde kapatmak zor olabiliyor. Banyo kapısı gereksiz yere çok büyüktü. Küvetin kurulumu pek erişilebilir değil, o kadar yüksekte ki üzerine çıkmak için (hazırda bulunan) bir tabureye ihtiyacınız var. Tabure ve tutamağa ihtiyaç duyulması kaza riskini artırıyor (aldığımız oda yaşlılar/engelliler veya hatta yaralılar için uygun değildi). Sağlıklı bir insan olarak bile, taburede yanlış bir kaymanın felaket sonuçlar doğurabileceğini hissettim. Küvetin giderine kolayca basılabiliyor ve sonra kapanıyor, garip. Personel nazik ve güler yüzlüydü, ancak çeşitli otel politikaları ve kuralları veya hatta olanaklar hakkında çok bilgili görünmemeleri garipti: sauna bir olanak mı, şişe su istemek ücretli mi, resepsiyonda bir şey yazdırmak ücretli mi, veya elektrik kesintisi olduğunda ışıklar ne zaman yanacak. Elektrik kesintisinden bahsetmişken, jeneratörün devreye girmesi 5 dakikadan fazla, belki de 10 dakikaya kadar sürdü veya belki de elektrik zaten geri geliyordu - emin değilim. Ama otelin elektrik kesintisiyle ilgili müşterilerine karşı hiçbir ilgisi yoktu; biz odada ışıkların tekrar yanmasını bekliyorduk… Ertesi gün çıkış yaparken de bu konudan hiç bahsedilmedi. Işıklar tekrar yandıktan sonra da kimse bizi kontrol etmedi. Telefonun çalışması için elektriğe ihtiyaç duyduğu ve karttaki numaranın çalışmadığı için resepsiyonu aramak için numarayı kendimiz bulmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı sırasında restoranda sadece bir kişi işlerin başında gibi görünüyordu. Ayrıca toz ananas suyu kullandıkları da belliydi. Ama neyse, yatak gerçekten rahattı, her şey yeni ve temizdi. Oda da genişti.
