"Best hotel on our trip to China. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location very close to the train station, 25 min Didi trip to the Budha. The design of the decoration is a plus point, minimalist but with alot of design wood furniture. The garden room on the top floor are a very good detail. Good breakfast and the room for the meals was also very nice. Was a wonderful experience."

"The Lex hotel is a small, boutique-style hotel, with well-appointed rooms, and in a splendid location facing on to the riverside promenade. The generous Chinese-style breakfast (noodles, and a selection of fruits and sweets) set me up for a day's sightseeing, and the friendly and helpful staff added to the enjoyment of my brief stay there. I would certainly choose to stay there again should I return to Leshan."

"This hotel is located in a very old and protected part of Chengdu near the Giant Panda focus area. I loved staying in this hotel. The personnel were very attentive and polite. They didn't speak much English, but still helped with enquiries, especially when talking with Google translate. Lol. The public areas are all clean and well taken care of. I didn't eat breakfast there, but the restaurant looked fine enough. The hotel's exterior looked picturesque, a building you can imagine from a historical Chinese drama, but the hotel rooms and interior are very modern. I even got a Japanese toilet. The hotel does not have car parking, but a buggy can pick you up from a nearby public car park. No cars aloud in this old conservation area. Needless to say, I loved it there and would go back. ❤️"

"Stayed here with my mother and sister for a night. The room was excellent - spacious and lovely Japanese-style facilities. The temperature of the soaking tub was perfect and the tea they give you to pour in it made our skin feels great! The front desk staff was helpful and polite, thank you to 11, 12 and 16 for a great experience. I would definitely stay here again in the future."

"We are travelling from Canada! This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! It is right in the heart of Leshan Buddha tourist area. The ticket office is just a short walk away. The hotel is finsihed with modern yet rustic touches! The details are so stunning, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was spotless! The breakfast buffet included in the stay was very delicious with a lot of options and an espresso machine. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful! Xiaoting was available on WeChat for the questions we had! There is also a Luckin right outside the doors! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

MMisafir Kullanıcıthe stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

The hotel boasts gorgeous decoration and offers a tranquil setting, making it a perfect retreat. The beautiful tea rooms were a delightful touch, providing a serene atmosphere to relax in. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its spotless condition and the attention to detail. The linens and bed were of high quality, and the inclusion of every modern appliance and amenity ensured a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in arranging my day, ensuring I didn't miss out on any attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, with only a 15-minute taxi ride to the Leshan Scenic area and a short three-minute walk to the ancient snack street. The proximity to delicious local snacks and restaurants made dining options easily accessible. Being situated along the riverfront was a real treat, as I could take leisurely strolls by the water in the mornings, with the magnificent Giant Buddha visible in the distance. While it would have been nice if the hotel served breakfast, the abundance of snack options just minutes away compensated for it. I highly recommend Jishe Hotel to anyone visiting Leshan, whether they are friends, couples, solo travelers, or on a business trip. The location is unbeatable, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the hotel's cleanliness sets a new standard.

From the moment I arrived, Beka greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that I felt right at home. The check-in was quick, efficient, and she took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, including local tips for visiting Mount Emei, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Thank you Le Meridien Emei for making my visit so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning!

BBernicetjmXiao Zhou and his colleagues provided us with exceptional service during our one-night stay at the hotel! They were very nice and friendly, attentive to our needs and requests, and chatted with us in an open and welcoming manner whenever we inquired about aspects of the local environment, Mt Emei, etc. We had dinner at the hotel during our stay and ordered the chef's recommendations. The food was AMAZING and so fresh. The fish and chicken dishes that we had came from live fish and chicken that they reared within the hotel compound. If they were a local restaurant back in my country, I would frequent them without a doubt, and would love to bring my friends to try their cuisine. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, Xiao Zhou even brought us to take a look at the hotel's chicken coop and fish pond. When we had to leave for our hike to Mt Emei's summit, Xiao Zhou and his colleague kindly drove us to the nearest bus station so that it would be easier for us to access Mt Emei's public transportation, a gesture which we appreciated a lot! All in all, their attentiveness to us, good manners, and warm and friendly dispositions all contributed to a memorable stay. Of course, the rooms themselves were spotless and comfortable. Would love to come back here in the future!!

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

A big thanks to the customer service whom assist to arrange our huge luggages on the check in night and the next morning even though it was a rainy day. She also came to fetch us to the hot spring, a warm night porridge as supper which brought us a pleasure moment on the night.

The hot spring was clean and the environment was very good. MMisafir KullanıcıProbably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

YYS.２９１１The facilities are a bit old, but the service is excellent. Staff were very helpful even though I don’t speak Chinese. They offered free breakfast and explained the return cable car route. Dinner at the hotel was delicious — I recommend it. Go early for the sunrise, as it gets very crowded. I left the hotel at 8:00 and still caught the 11:55 high-speed train from Emeishan to Chengdu East easily. Buy round-trip tickets in advance if possible. As a Japanese traveler, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the amazing experience — I’ll never forget visiting Mount Emei.
