"酒店硬件還是不錯的，酒店裡麪環境也不錯，自助早餐雖然種類不是特別多，但是缽缽雞和泡菜以及其他特色小吃都有，麪條也不錯，餐廳服務人員的態度算很好的了。酒店出行方便，周圍吃飯的選擇也比較多。比較遺憾的是估計假期，歡迎水果太敷衍了，就兩衹耙耙柑還很酸，加上幾塊5號樓前台可見的免費餅乾，估計取消的效果還好一點。關鍵這種天氣，房間居然還有三衹飛蛾，最後一張照片留了個紀念。"

"My first stay at HUALUXE Hotel Leshan was beyond expectations! From the warm reception by Mr. Hu at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a room with a minibar, the accommodation was exceptionally quiet—perfect for families with kids. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring abundant local Leshan specialties like tofu brain, ka bing (stuffed buns), and both spicy/non-spicy boboji (skewered dishes). A special touch came from Ms. Lucky Mu Jin, who thoughtfully gave our child bread and yogurt. Access to the gym and swimming pool with room card registration was seamless, and the facilities were impeccably clean and well-managed. Every detail reflected genuine care, making this stay highly recommendable!"

Chinese and Western restaurants are available.This Emei Shan hotel is within close proximity of the largest outdoor hot spring in western China, Lingxiu Hot Spring. There are also indoor hot spring spa rooms. Guests may also enjoy KTV, the hotel bar, a trip to the sauna, billiards and working out in the gym. In addition, the hotel features a traditional open-door teahouse where guests can enjoy views of the mountains.
"When we arrived at the hotel my Alipay died and I couldn’t pay the taxi fare! No problem.. a very helpful member of reception staff named Xu Ting came to my rescue. She personally paid the driver with her own money! (Later, when my Alipay recovered, I repaid her.) She then went on to organise a lovely room for us with a few extra touches such as a special bathrobe for my son (to go to the water park) and children’s toiletries. In fact, she couldn’t do enough for us and it was her excellent service that made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is very slightly tired but perfectly adequate for the price, especially considering a good breakfast buffet is included. The location is excellent - a two minute walk to restaurants and the bus station to get up the mountain. The water park/hot springs was a lot of fun late at night with my son, but it was a shame some of the slides etc were closed. For the price I’m not complaining, but perhaps it needs a revamp. We planned to stay for only one night but after a long day climbing the mountain, I contacted Xu Ting and she once again sorted us a nice room and helped with getting our clothes dry! 5 stars Xu Ting."

"Staff was very friendly, but I have to say that the stay was mediocre. There room itself was nice, but there were several issues: From an AC that I needed to use for heating (horrible air quality). The gym is a joke - you should not advertise that at all. And the outdoor pools you can see on pictures was also closed. It was ok for a quick stay, but I would not go there again."

"Stayed for 3 nights here — could have easily stayed longer. Hotel itself has great facilities. Kids loved the hot springs and the play areas. The room itself was just as it appears on the website. Clean,spacious and comfortable. Any extras we asked for were brought quickly. Food in restaurant also great. We found it hard to find food our kids would eat in this part of china, so the food on offer at breakfast was a lifesaver."

The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall. The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

MMisafir KullanıcıService: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

MMisafir KullanıcıAlthough the private hot spring tub was stunning and the breakfast was good, I would not say that this property was particularly worth its money at a price tag of ~240€ + ~60€ for very mediocre food. Although the lobby and various public spaces are top-notch, the rooms show visible wear although it was not the biggest problem. The food offered (and lack thereof) was really below-par: which was offered was both of low quality (e.g. very swampy french fries) and extremely expensive (38 CNY for five small pieces of not special yellow cheese, otherwise offered at breakfast for free, 180 CNY for a low-end supermarket-grade bottle of red wine, etc.). We were denied railway station drop-off service at Emeishab, while it was stated on our Trip.com booking confirmation. We did not make a problem out of all of this as we had an otherwise good stay and enjoyed the day and the calligraphy session! We were also offered two-hours later check-out, which was geeat. At a bit lower price point, this would have been perfect. But considering our context, I believe this is an honest review.

Breakfast was plenty and focusing Chinese food, but enough items to survive as foreigner or dip into local food. Building 7 is newer than Building 5. They also have a hot spring building. Hotspring was included and a bit outdated but overall acceptable. Even tried the cleaning fish pool for an extra fee of 38RMB. Quite an experiance

NNick-Lv426Before coming to Emei Utopia Hentique Resort, I called and used their free gift pick-up service from Emeishan railway station. One of their staff was waiting with a sign and welcomed us warmly. The drive to the resort was very good. Upon arriving at the hotel, employees at reception helped us with a lot of information about the Mount Emei climb. The room is very well designed, a mix of traditional and modern architecture. Definitely, a room highlight is the garden with hot springs, I enjoyed it immensely. I would definitely come back to this place, I recommend it.

DDavid-OngWe booked 3 rooms for 7 pax for our recent trip to Ermeishan. Greeted by friendly front office staffs. Staffs are very helpful, they help us to book rides to both bus station and train station. Let us store our luggage bags when we went for our Ermeishan day-trip. It's a beautiful hotel with nice garden, indoor hot springs pool and swimming pool. Our rooms are spacious, family friendly themed with a hot spring tub for soaking. I appreciated the upgrade to suite for me and wife. All of us enjoy the spacious suite, we have our snacks and chit chat session for the evening. Breakfast was good, varieties to select from. Overall, we have to e a pleasant stay here, wish we could stay an extra day to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities . Highly recommended this hotel to any travellers to Ermeishan.

MMiludanbumilu帶娃第一次入住，總體很滿意。 房間設施對得起五星級酒店和這個價格，面積大，有陽台，有浴缸➕淋浴，兩個面盆，自動窗簾，電視大可投屏。各種用品也齊全，床墊夠支撐，腰不好的老母親也能睡得踏實。 餐廳早餐很豐富，特色的豆腐腦和蛋烘糕味道很不錯，塞上自然牛奶小朋友也愛喝。 尤其表揚所有工作人員，入住期間接觸的前台，擺渡車，客房清潔，游泳池，親子設施的大哥哥大姐姐阿姨們，都非常熱情，笑容滿面，尤其表揚小火車的珍珍姐姐和西瓜哥哥，對待孩子很親切，很有耐心！早晨帶娃去滑滑梯🛝還看到阿姨用乾淨抹布在認真擦拭，太棒了。 唯一的問題是對比我們以前住過的親子酒店來説，户外的場地和項目不算特別豐富，對於大一些的娃可能就活動不開了。但好在其他方面體驗拉滿，夏天價格合適應該會再來。

RRudolph WangHotel was located at a nice, quiet neighbourhood, but still walking distances to Emeishan Train Station, which was great! Our hotel room view, facing the lake, was very relaxing. Amenities were good with Dyson hairdryer. The staff really thought things ahead by taking the initiative of filling up the hotspring tub in our room just before our arrival, so to ensure we can have a very relaxing, enjoyable stay after the whole day out to the Golden Summit of Emei Mountain. Upon checking out, we were given a small paper bag filled with local peanut candies and the lychee flavoured Mr Emei Snow soda drink. It was a very nice, warm gesture from the Hotel. Definitely highly recommended!

LLveyingxiuzhu房間智能化做得可以，院子有電動雨棚，下午茶的籃子可以漂在池子裏是個不錯的創意，空調很足，洗澡水很大，給4瓶水很大方。周邊吃飯的館子很多，到遊客中心很近。 小佳服務很好，主動提行李，多要一套浴袍拖鞋很快就送來了。 一個建議，房間缺一個放行李箱的枱子，行李箱打開就衹能攤在地上。
