"We are travelling from Canada! This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! It is right in the heart of Leshan Buddha tourist area. The ticket office is just a short walk away. The hotel is finsihed with modern yet rustic touches! The details are so stunning, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was spotless! The breakfast buffet included in the stay was very delicious with a lot of options and an espresso machine. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful! Xiaoting was available on WeChat for the questions we had! There is also a Luckin right outside the doors! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"The hotel is really well located. right by the river and within walking distance of the entrance to The Giant Buddha. The room is ok, quite large with a view of the river, but everything is a bit worn. The staff is not very welcoming and it is a shame because it would have made the experience much better."

"Probably the best room I've ever stayed in. Very comfortable and the bed was great - slept really well. The shower was amazing - like standing under a hot waterfall. The breakfast had lots of choices but only Chinese food and I couldn't see any coffee. I enjoyed it though. Location was great for me - easy to get to the center of town and the train station."

"Cozy, Convenient, and Exceptional Service! If you're looking for a hotel that gets every detail right, look no further. The room was Cozy & Well-Designed Room and the location is incredibly strategic. Leshan Giant Buddha is not far away, which was our main reason for visiting. But the real bonus was how easy it was to find food and all within walking distance. We had no trouble finding delicious Sichuan classics like Bobo Chicken and local snacks just steps away. The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff provide outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Le Shan and will definitely stay here again."

"Brilliant hotel. We had our own onsen in the room, they provide jasmine tea to add to the water which is great for your skin. Close to the station and there’s a massive mall within walking distance. We needed help tracking down some lost luggage at the train station. The manager went out of his way to help contact the station and follow up with them later in the day. His English was superb. Fantastic service! Highly recommend staying here."

MMisafir Kullanıcıthe stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall. The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

The service from Derek was simply amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend this place as Derek helped us up to our room and helped to bring our luggages up to the top floor. The team also made a very decent breakfast and pre heated our rooms to the right temperature. View was great and access to the Golden Summit is apparently pretty easy although we did not do it to see the sunrise in the end as we were too tired from the previous day. Only tip for people coming is to make sure the knew the ride up to the hotel by car is very tight and tricky to navigate but our driver made a good job of it. Highly recommended for anyone coming to emei to visit.

The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

MMisafir KullanıcıService: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

LLveyingxiuzhu房間智能化做得可以，院子有電動雨棚，下午茶的籃子可以漂在池子裏是個不錯的創意，空調很足，洗澡水很大，給4瓶水很大方。周邊吃飯的館子很多，到遊客中心很近。小佳服務很好，主動提行李，多要一套浴袍拖鞋很快就送來了。一個建議，房間缺一個放行李箱的枱子，行李箱打開就衹能攤在地上。

MMisafir KullanıcıCleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas: 1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge. 2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful. 3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety. 4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests. 5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

There room itself was nice, but there were several issues: From an AC that I needed to use for heating (horrible air quality). The gym is a joke - you should not advertise that at all. And the outdoor pools you can see on pictures was also closed. It was ok for a quick stay, but I would not go there again.
