Great location and very clean throughout the hotel. The staff were truly amazing—super helpful and friendly, they really went above and beyond and deserve a big bonus for their service. There were a few insects in the room and some along the hall, but everything else was well maintained. I did go to the front desk to ask for pillows and waited for a while with no one there, but aside from that, the experience was wonderful overall. The staff all definitely deserve a BIG Bonus for my family of 9 there, would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hope they can improve on what I said ❤️ Thank you for all your help

the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

Pure Cloud had amazing room selections. The 2 and 3 bedroom options were exactly as we needed. The service from Derek was simply amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend this place as Derek helped us up to our room and helped to bring our luggages up to the top floor. The team also made a very decent breakfast and pre heated our rooms to the right temperature. View was great and access to the Golden Summit is apparently pretty easy although we did not do it to see the sunrise in the end as we were too tired from the previous day. Only tip for people coming is to make sure the knew the ride up to the hotel by car is very tight and tricky to navigate but our driver made a good job of it. Highly recommended for anyone coming to emei to visit.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

👍我去過全球大大小小的星級酒店，這個目前是我去過國內民宿天花板，他價格高，但在這裏你竟然能感覺到性價比！ 1.硬件非常好。這裏的室內設計，裝修和傢俱，絕對不是各種劣質ins風民宿可以比的（那些後期靠p圖）。自己做過家裝的人就知道，每塊木每塊石看着質感好，他的成本就很高。大量藝術品也不是三流**。 2.餐飲令人非常驚喜，我們是剛從澳門飛過來，我的小夥伴説餐飲不輸前兩天吃的三星譽瓏軒，這真的是很高的評價呢。想不到這山溝溝裏，竟然有這麼好的廚師，我們第二天中午在這裏吃飯，兩個人600+，性價比也可以。 3.酒窖的酒是國內的葡萄酒，很有意思。敖雲的也收了有不少（非賣品），老闆腔調還是很有的。而且紅酒價格性價比高不宰客。 4.性價比很高，週末來也很清靜。一開始很猶豫這個價格的民宿，但事實證明他值得。後面住了一千多高橋裏涵田，那簡直硬件和軟件都是天壤之別。酒店因為封路的原因（早9點-晚4點不可進出酒店），生意大受影響所以最近客人很少，我們週末衹有三個房間入住，但體驗就很舒服，一個人坐在山中央，感受和自然天地間的對話。 4.軟件服務很好，雖然來的客人很少，但服務沒有減分。客服一直很熱情，而且就算不可取消，他也可以讓你取消。還給我們免費升級環繞b型。標配六人車接送，免費洗衣服。 👎不足的地方還是有的：1.封路確實不方便，建議大家跟酒店聯繫，下午6:00後進入酒店（能節省很多繞路時間），下午4:00退房離開，這樣是比較合理。2.酒店有一個露天公湯開放，但時間很短（晚7-10）。3.酒店的娛樂項目很少，因為在酒店多呆兩個小時，但是可能客人少原因，頌缽也不能約，spa也不能約。住一晚夠了，兩晚確實無聊了。

去樂山大佛遊玩，選擇這家度假民宿，離遊船碼頭很近，遊船很方便。酒店安排接送去樂山大佛景區，還贈送了講解，講的很好，比自己瞎看好太多！ 小院子裝飾精緻，坐在院子裏發呆喝茶很不錯。房間很大，床品很舒適。早餐豐富，工作人員貼心熱情。樂山大佛景區附近難得的僻靜之地，值得推薦！

Good location, and the staff were happy to answer my many questions using translator apps, and provided valuable advice. The breakfast buffet offered quite a few Chinese dishes, which I enjoyed. I was given three complimentary meals per day (which I have not experienced at a hotel before), although I was only available to enjoy the breakfast each day.

Cleanliness and location are good, and this hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay if it can improve in the following areas: 1. Power outlets: Please consider providing alternative outlet types such as Type C (two round pins) to better cater to international guests. The current Type I and A outlets are more suited to local use. Emeishan was my final stop after visiting Chongqing, Yichang, Enshi, Chengdu, and Gaoping — and all those places provided Type C outlets. Because of this, I was unable to charge my phone here. Although the front desk staff eventually helped me with charging (somewhat reluctantly), I believe hotel staff should proactively offer assistance in such cases. Good service is essential in the hospitality industry and is what gives a hotel a competitive edge. 2. Bathroom hangers: At present, the only option is the grab bar inside the shower cubicle, which is impractical since clothes get wet during showers. Proper hooks or hangers in a dry area of the bathroom would be much more useful. 3. Bathroom amenities: Providing a floor towel (bath mat) would allow guests to dry their feet before stepping out of the bathroom, adding comfort and safety. 4. Storage: Instead of only a few wall hooks, a proper hanging closet or wardrobe would greatly improve convenience for guests. 5. Luggage storage: A luggage rack should be provided so guests do not have to leave their bags on the floor. These may seem like small issues individually, but together they significantly affect the overall guest experience. I share this feedback not as a complaint, but in the hope that it will help the hotel improve for future guests.

房間智能化做得可以，院子有電動雨棚，下午茶的籃子可以漂在池子裏是個不錯的創意，空調很足，洗澡水很大，給4瓶水很大方。周邊吃飯的館子很多，到遊客中心很近。 小佳服務很好，主動提行李，多要一套浴袍拖鞋很快就送來了。 一個建議，房間缺一個放行李箱的枱子，行李箱打開就衹能攤在地上。

Staff was very friendly, but I have to say that the stay was mediocre. There room itself was nice, but there were several issues: From an AC that I needed to use for heating (horrible air quality). The gym is a joke - you should not advertise that at all. And the outdoor pools you can see on pictures was also closed. It was ok for a quick stay, but I would not go there again.
