"We found the hotel in a peaceful neighborhood. We have to pay Php2k for a security deposit in cash and reimburse right after checking out. Our main concern in our room was the cooling of the air-conditioning; we had it somehow ”fixed,” but it didn't reach our expectation for the coolest temp. All praise to the chef (in the egg station) for his friendly approach and assistance with the station foods."

"Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit.
Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes.
If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by.
Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that."

"It was a very nice stay at Hotel H2O. Front desk and staff were polite and kind. The room were sparkle and clean. Even though the restaurants inside closes at 6pm we were able to order food from grab and food panda so it was very convenient. 10/10"

"We arranged airport transfer and waited over half an hour for it to arrive, a grab would have been just 5 mins and cheaper.
The reception was fine and the roof top terrace and bar was nice but the rest of the hotel was under renovation so very tatty and evidence of work ongoing.
It’s situated close to the airport but the area outside is quite run down.
Lots of KTV bars, but also lots of people sleeping on the streets and begging.
We decided to take a walk to the bay, which had a nice stretch of bars and restaurants and the walk through a town with a few sights was quite nice, however I would suggest catching a tuk tuk as it was quite a long walk and had to walk alongside a few busy major roads.
I can’t say it was an unpleasant experience, but I wouldn’t choose to stay again."

We stayed in a Club Room with access to the Executive Lounge, which also came with upgraded amenities that made our experience even more comfortable and special. Everything from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and sincere care stood out the most. Special thanks to Mr. Patrick, Ms. Roxette, Mr. Jared, Ms. Lycel, Ms. Hershey, Ms. Ann, and Ms. Chesca from the Executive Lounge for their attentiveness and gracious service. Their kindness added a lovely touch to our stay. The Housekeeping Team was also excellent, respectful, efficient, and very thorough. Every staff member we met embodied the genuine Filipino hospitality The Manila Hotel is known for. The experience was seamless, heartfelt, and truly world-class. Maraming salamat, The Manila Hotel! I look forward to returning soon.

Parking: A Major Inconvenience
The process for securing complimentary parking is excessively complicated and needs to be streamlined. For a 5-night stay, having to follow these steps every single day was truly exhausting and time-consuming:
Validate the ticket at the Front Desk for complimentary status.
Go to the Parking Cashier for a zero-value receipt.
Surrender this receipt at the parking exit.
This multi-step, daily requirement detracts significantly from the convenience expected of a hotel in this category, and I urge management to simplify it for long-term guests.
Front Desk & Check-In Issues
Service at the Front Desk also presented some challenges:
The check-in process was not smooth and took longer than expected.
I often had to wait for an extended period for the front desk to answer my phone calls, which was frustrating when trying to resolve issues or make simple requests.
Value for Money
The breakfast buffet, while excellent, is priced quite high, making it feel less like a value-add and more like an excessive cost for those paying in addition to their room rate.
Overall: The quality of the breakfast is great, but the cumbersome parking procedure and the inconsistent front desk service created daily friction that significantly impacted the overall comfort and convenience of my extended stay.

What truly sets Century Park Hotel apart is its service. Every member of the staff was professional, warm, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt well taken care of, with requests handled promptly and courteously.
The dining options were another highlight. The food was consistently delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety to suit different tastes. Whether for breakfast or a leisurely meal, the experience was excellent.
The hotel’s facilities are well-maintained and add great value to the stay, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Combined with its convenient location, Century Park Hotel makes getting around easy while still providing a peaceful place to unwind.

I had an amazing stay at Rosa Garden Hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spacious and well-maintained the property is. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and affordability, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.
Room: My room was large, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The modern amenities were all top-notch, and the bed was so cozy I almost didn’t want to leave!
Staff: The service was exceptional. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and attentive to all my needs. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about providing a great experience for guests.
Facilities: The hotel offers everything you could need—whether it's a relaxing spot in the garden or the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The whole place had a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home.
Location: Conveniently located, the hotel is close to popular attractions while still providing a quiet, relaxing retreat.

The best part of this hotel is the location within Intramuros. Despite the hot and humid weather, I was able to walk to key sites withing Intramuros. The reception seemed to lack in its tour arranging ability, but I was able to charter a TukTuk at a nearby museum, to go all the way to Malacañan Palace area.
