"The hotel is old, like really old, it was built in 1989 and it’s very visible. The bedsheets, towels are so old and dirty like 2 star motel. Deluxe family room looks like rooms in 1989 also. Not modern at all. We upgraded to villa (had to pay a lot for this) and it’s good, a bit old but much better, with beach view and private territory. The territory of hotel is really beautiful and big, it’s like a park and beach is great. You can also take cayak to get to the small island nearby. The birds (hornbills) that live at the hotel are really beautiful and worth seeing! Everything closes really early - even game room - it’s just a room with board games and we wanted to play there and the staff told us that they were closing at 7.30 p.m! Why not open this room until 10 at least 😀 No evening activities at all. Everything gets quiet and dead at 7 p.m. There is beach cinema announcement at reception on Sundays, but when we arrived on Sunday, the staff told us that there will be no movies 🫣 Отель очень старый, просто древний, постельное белье и полотенца в ужасном состоянии. Семейный номер на горе - это просто ужас. Детский бассейн на горе ушатанный. Единственное достойное в этом отеле - виллы с видом на море. В них нормальная мебель, полотенца и особое меню на завтраках. Прекрасная территория и пляж. Птицы-носороги - это восторг. Обезьяны нас не беспокоили - но мы жили на вилле рядом с морем. Думаю, в лесных номерах их полно.. В 7 часов вечера в отеле все закрывается, полная тишина. Никаких развлечений. Пляж прекрасный, надеюсь, что отель займется реновацией номеров, приведением их в современный стиль."

"Great place to stay have wanted to stay here on our last two visits to Kho Chang but it’s been to expensive or full we were lucky enough this time to get in for a reasonable price be it for only two nights. First night we had a problem with the air con not putting out cold air we had it set to 16 to try and cool the room but had to sleep outside the covers as it was so hot, told reception next morning they had Someone come out and fix second night it worked fine Location is great although white sand area has been hit hard with Covid, lots of empty bars and shops, it is also out of season which doesn’t help (June) we didn’t eat or drink here as it is over priced compared to other places we used on white sand Will defiantly stay here again"

"Уже много раз останавливались в этом отеле, но в этот раз в честь праздника, решили воспользоваться лакшери отдыхом и заказать свою виллу с собственным бассейном и это было большой ошибкой, если раньше нам все нравилось, тут было много того, что нам не понравилось. Все мебель старая, но по старый, есть ванна с джакузи, но нет горячей воды, есть бассейн, но он грязный, никто его не чистит, чистится условно, на дне просто жесть, территория бассейна иногда не чистилась вообще, иногда очень плохо, в последний день включился какой-то фильтр в бассейне, после чего мы почти всю ночь провели без сна, не говоря уже о не работающих лампах, подсветках на территории бассейна и в самом отеле, раньше была система кондиционирования, но и она уже не работают, стоит обычный слабенький кондер, крыша виллы где-то сломана и обрушена, за меньшие деньги в этом отеле есть намного лучше номера, так что задумайтесь при выборе, типо лучшего жилья) Пляж как всегда отличный, своя музыка, диджей. Завтраки на твердую четверку)"

"Pros: excellent staff that tries their best to welcome and make you feel at best during your stay. Great aircon, bathtub (water pressure), pillows n firm bed. Wide array of breakfast selections - from continental, indian, thai, chinese, sandwich station, noodle bar, fresh juice bar, etc. Great beachfront views with pool menu that doesnt cost an arm or a leg. Cool marshmallow ritual every evening too. Yummy welcome chocolate (not the cheap kind). Would definitely come back n recommend to friends n fam. Cons: sausages line for breakfast couldve use a more premium ones...egg station should be expanded with more staff since it is the busiest of all in the morning..water pressure (shower) couldve been stronger like the bath tub, cleaning hours could be better managed and attentive (they forgot to refill the soap/shampoo)."
