"This is one of the cleanest and most cozy hotels I've stayed in. I had a 4 bedroom bunk bed that is very comfortable for 4 people. The shared bathrooms were unique for a hotel so I was kind of hesitant in the beginning but upon seeing it in person, I was amazed at how clean and spotless, and well maintained it is. I will definitely stay here again and highly, highly recommend!"

"Unfortunately for me, checking in didn't work in the app so I had to go to the lobby to check in. However, checking out did work and it was extremely convenient. Room is not exactly spacious with that huge bed around so it's ideal for solo travellers. The shower can be better with greater water pressure to me but it's a personal preference. The breakfast was decent, the spread could be better."

"There was no drinking water given. It was good that they had a dining area but weren't offering breakfast. They had coffee and snacks from 6am to 6pm but not reliable. there were days when snacks weren't available and dining room staff weren't so helpful. cleaning was also so so and they did not fill up in room coffee capsules regularly. It was a good quiet part of town but not near enough for kids to take the walk to downtown everyday."

"Otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren resepsiyonistin tavrı sanki birisinin kendisine 5 milyon borcu varmış gibi sert bir yüz ifadesiyle karşılandı. İlk gün oda temizlenmedi, ertesi gün odayı temizletmek için aradım. Daha önce hizmetin iyi olmadığını söyleyen yorumları okudum, ancak bu kadar kötü olacağını beklemiyordum. Çocuklar için daha rahat olan odada iki adet büyük yatak bulunmaktadır. Odada bir kasa ve yerde bir çamaşır odası bulunan tesisler nispeten eksiksizdir. Metroya 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. "Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning."

"Convenient pick up at the airport (need to call ahead and the shuttle arrives 15-20 min later). Hotel is about 10min from the terminals.
Quiet and spacious rooms. Very nice service at the front desk. Gym, pool and laundromats available in the hotel.
Breakfast was ok. Very ordinary. "

"Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good.
Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this.
Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel."

CChan CharlotteIt’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect.
However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel.
When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help.
Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed.
From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish.
A request of a kettle took 30 mins.
We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent.
Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.

Housekeeper are very attentive, too. Facility in room was kept in good condition. Air conditioning in room was good and running quietly.
All in all, we are satisfied with the room standard and service provided by staff.

Душ и вся сантехника новые, все супер.
Современный телевизор
Свет, кондиционер, телевизор и пр. Управляется с планшета, что тоже очень удобно.
Есть два вида штор - блекаут и от яркого солнца.
Район удобный - можно быстро добраться до Кембриджа, до Даунтауна пешком 15 минут.
, тропа Свободы также находится рядом
Отель находится в здании автовокзала, но народу немного и это соседство не ощущается. Зато рядом есть большой фуд-корт, огромный супермаркет где огромный выбор всего, в том числе алкоголя и готовой еды. Также через дорогу - литл итали, где много вкусных ресторанчиков и баров.
В общем, мы очень рады, что выбрали этот отель.

TTravelTheSkyI highly recommend this hotel! I stay at various hotels throughout the world and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Staff were attentive and respectful, room was spacious, bathroom was spacious for a city hotel, everything was clean and location was great for many sites, drivers and subway/metro. I’m originally from Boston and Hotel Indigo will be top on my list for return visits. Comfortable bed, easy air con to adjust, plenty of towels. I always clean items like the remote control, phone and light switches with sanitary/bleach wipes before using them. I didn’t notice any dirt when cleaning these items…credit to the hotel’s hard working cleaning team! Thanks to the front desk team for an easy early check in and a quick check out!

MMatthew PapinoThe hotel room's thermostat was set at 68 degrees F when we entered but we found it to be quite warm, so we turned the thermostat down to 65 degrees, then further to 62 degrees because the room was still quite stifling. Around 2:00 a.m., uncomfortable and sweating while trying to sleep, we called the front desk and told them that we had lowered the thermostat to 60 degrees F but that the heat was just as warm as when we first entered the room (there was no way to measure it but I'm guessing it was close to 80 degrees). The front desk told us that the thermostat only controls the heat; that is, lowering the temperature will not actually cool the room or turn the heat off. They told us that the only way to stop the heat was to turn it OFF. We were also advised to open a window, which we did; but the noise from the city outside did not help us get a good night's sleep at all, and the room took a while to cool down enough to be able to sleep comfortably. This one issue---the extremely warm and uncomfortable room---is enough to make us not return to this hotel in the future.

MMisafir KullanıcıThe hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.
