"Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback."

"Das Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min. Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby"

"房間有點小，選擇了海景房，其實房間與海隔着一條大路，south 1，距離海邊有點距離，而且穿梭車流很吵。不如池景房安靜，是自己酒店的內部泳池，環境好。 酒店在預訂後不停降價，過了免費取消期後還在降，感到很不爽。入住酒店額外收取度假費，酒店確認單一個收費明細，離開酒店卻與確認單不一致，就沒有準兒"

"Great place to stay for escape room lovers… Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room. Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50. Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff. Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort. Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day. Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions."

"호텔분위기와 시설은 전반적으로 매우 마음에 드는편이었어요. 호텔에서 키웨스트 다운타운으로 가는 셔틀버스가 매시간 운행중이고, 카약킹,패들링,자전거 액티비티, 요가 클래스 같은 부가시설 다양해서 좋았어요. 액티비티 직원분들도 전부 친절하셔서 아이들이 매우 즐겁게 액티비티를 즐겼습니다. 수영장,아이들 놀이터도 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 내 식당겸 바 분위기도 가격도 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 매우 친절하셨어요. 다만 크리스마스 시즌 성수기라서 체크인이 너무 늦었어요. 다만 프론트 데스크 직원들의 태도에 기분이 매우 상했습니다. 체크인이 늦은것까진 (체크인 가능 시간 기준 1시간 10분 대기..) 성수기이니 이해하려했으나 제가 예약한 방이 아닌 아예 다른 방으로 배정해 주었구요. 방이 잘못배정되었다고 전화했더니 그럼 다시 프론트데스크 와서 룸키 카드 바꿔서 가져가라는 말만 반복.. 사과 한마디 없이요. 체크인 늦는 바람에 방에서 조금 쉬었다 관광가려 했던 스케줄도 다 꼬이고..기다리는 듕안 어디 쉴곳이 없어서 관광다녀와 체크인 수속 하러 한번,체크인 늦게 해주어 룸키 받으러 프론트 데스크 방문 두번.. 잘못 배정된 방때문에 룸키 교환하러 세번째 프론트 데스크 방문.. 피곤한 몸에 마음까지 너무 피곤해져서.. 그냥 서비스가 이런곳이려니 하고 넘겼지만.. 바쁜데 그럼 어쩌냐는 태도..제가 응대 서비스에 기분 나쁘다고 표시하니..그제서야 억지로 사과 한마디. 프론트 데스크 직원분들 제외 다른 직원분들께서 너무 친절하셔서 그냥 넘어갔지만 프론트 데스크에서 일하시는 분들이 호텔을 대표하는 얼굴이라고 생각합니다. 좋은 호텔임에는 분명하지만 제가 다녀본 곳중 프론트 데스크 직원분들 서비스는 최악이었어요. 분명히 개선되어야할 부분이라고 생각합니다."

"An excellent place to be at & relax!!! Everything’s been to our liking. Have no really big complaints other than the shower a tad too small for me and there’s a light or two out in the back parking lot. Other than, I’d DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to friends & family."

"Very beautiful villas, green and nice with a few pools and hammocks. It is far from city center and no access to the beach directly, if you would like just walk out and explore, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach and to the city center every other hour (sometimes two hours), otherwise for a lazy weekend - just perfect."
