房間有點小，選擇了海景房，其實房間與海隔着一條大路，south 1，距離海邊有點距離，而且穿梭車流很吵。不如池景房安靜，是自己酒店的內部泳池，環境好。 酒店在預訂後不停降價，過了免費取消期後還在降，感到很不爽。入住酒店額外收取度假費，酒店確認單一個收費明細，離開酒店卻與確認單不一致，就沒有準兒

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

Otelin harika bir havası vardı, bitkilerle doluydu ve lobide çok renkliydi, ismine yakışır bir his, Havana kulübesi. Havuz en iyi kısmıydı, çok temizdi ve etrafta yüzebileceğiniz ve rahatlayabileceğiniz iç lastikleri vardı. Check-in sırasında iki ücretsiz içecek kartı bir artıydı. Yemekler öğle ve kahvaltı için mükemmeldi. Aile gezisi olarak gittik, bu yüzden tek olumsuz yanı çok fazla çocuk olmamasıydı. Bir noktada ”sadece yetişkinlere” olduğunu düşündük ama sonra öğleden sonra daha fazla çocuk görmeye başladık. Odalar temizdi ve servis iyiydi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalacağım.

It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

Overall the hotel room was spacious and clean. Only minor complaint was the shower pressure could have been stronger. I also found a strand of long hair in the bathtub when I used the shower for the first time. Otherwise everything else was good.

An excellent place to be at & relax!!! Everything’s been to our liking. Have no really big complaints other than the shower a tad too small for me and there’s a light or two out in the back parking lot. Other than, I’d DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Отличный отель, очень уютно. Рядом все развлечения и достопримечательности, но при этом в самом отеле не шумно.  Хороший завтрак, есть счастливые часы вечером с вином, сыром и закусками.  Если не хватит места для паковки около отеля, то в паре кварталом можно припарковаться за 15 долларов за сутки.  Из нюансов - шумный кондиционер в номере и грязный бассейн (много листьев).

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sollte dringend renoviert werden. 1 Nacht für 400 Dollar, für zwei Betten lohnt sich dort nicht. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr teuer. CORONA- Dose für 8 Dollar usw. Check in Personal zum Teil sehr unhöfflich. Das Meer war auch nicht wie auf dem Bilder...

Fantastic historical house in the heart of Key West. Checkin is a breeze but if you like human interactions, this is not for you as you are on your own. There is a small F&B team on premise but that;s it. But all the instructions provided are perfect and it's a breeze to get into your room. The house is stunning and right next to Duval street and all the main attractions. The rooms are comfy and simple. Would definitely recommend!

Отель понравился, классная территория с бассейном, народу мало, с черепахами и попугаями, шезлонги и гамаки по всей территории. Очень порадовала бесплатная парковка. Вай фай хороший на всей территории отеля. Завтраки простые, без горячих блюд и каш. Номер скромный и совсем небольшой, в душе прохладная вода.
