"This place was ok, service wasn’t the best and a lot of things were just kind of expected of us and not communicated at all. Also we were asked to check out earlier than we planned while we were still asleep despite having paid for a late checkout. We ended up having to show them the charge on our card in order for them to believe us. Also as far as the rooms go, they are tiny. And bathroom is cramped with no privacy. TV did not work with our devices so we were not able to stream almost anything during our stay which I haven’t had to deal with at any hotel in years. Also our view faced the inside of the building which was another building about 15 feet away, so no view which we did not know until we showed up. However, the location is amazing is perfect for any events at Lumen field or T-Mobile Park being only a 10-15 minute walk. For over $600 for two nights, we were less than impressed about our experience."

"Stayed here for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features.
Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio."

"This is a good solid hotel with a good reputation. Rooms were spacious and classically decorated. Bed was comfortable. Daily room servicing was performed professionally to a high standard.
As with many hotels, management' always has a hand in letting DOWN the vibe. Introducing mandatory 'destination fee' is a good example of management going in the wrong direction. That would definitely deter me from staying here again."

"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to.
Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something].
Some things to note:
Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner].
Why not 5 stars all around?
The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

DDavid in ChinaThe location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days!
I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle!
One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had a very easy check in and they allowed us straight in our room at 12pm. We were given free happy hour drinks and credit for food which was a nice extra. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee. Our room had a good view. Highly recommend for location in the heart of downtown. Elephant and Castle pub below the hotel.

绿绿绿Betty第一次來西雅圖住的酒店，離downtown不遠，在8th ave附近，距離大名鼎鼎的亞馬遜總部spheres僅10分鐘步行遠，去熱門景點派克市場也很方便。
酒店設施整體很新，房間插座非常足夠，有c-type和usb插口，整體大氣簡約，一樓還有開放式吧枱可敍舊聊天，下次再來會再選擇

The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!
