The hotel is in best location to see table mountain and visit Cape Town. Our room on the 14. Floor is so big and luxury. The personal in Taj hotel are all so friendly and helpful, they try their best to satisfy the guests. The food and wine are fantastic!

Cape Town'daki Westin eski bir otel olmasına rağmen Cape Town'daki varlığını, kalitesini ve yüksek standartlarını korumaya devam ediyor. Bir arkadaşımızın Cape Town'daki 60. doğum günü kutlama etkinliği sırasında burada 8 gün kaldık. Bir yönetici odasında kaldık ve ayrıca 19. kattaki yönetici kulübüne erişim hakkımız da vardı. Yatak düzgün yapılmamıştı, halı zemin temiz değildi ve banyo yarı yarıya temizlenmişti. 5 yıldızlı bir otel için hiç iyi değil. Şikayet ettikten sonra, temizlik görevlisi durumu telafi etti ve temizlik standardı konaklamamız boyunca en yüksek seviyeye çıkarıldı. Oda servisinden de yemek sipariş ettik ve siparişlerimizin yarısı getirilmedi - bize başka bir şey verdiler, ancak orijinal siparişin bize getirilmesi için 45 dakika bekledikten sonra istemeyerek de olsa yanlış siparişi kabul ettik, yemeği yedik ve şikayetimizi daha sonra bildirdik. Kahvaltı büfesi fena değildi, ancak soğuk et bölümündeki soğuk et seçenekleri çok iyi değildi. Bu konuda gerçekten iyileştirme yapmaları gerekiyor. Genel olarak, The Westin'deki konaklamamızdan keyif aldık ve Cape Town'a bir dahaki ziyaretimizde kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor. Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Pullman Cape Town'daki son konaklamam genel olarak çok keyifliydi. Otel modern, bakımlı ve şehrin kalbinde elverişli bir konumda. Şık ve konforlu lounge alanı gerçekten öne çıkıyor ve harika Güney Afrika markalarını sergileyen mükemmel bir şarap seçkisi sunuyor. Şehri keşfetmekle geçen uzun bir günün ardından dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Resepsiyon ve resepsiyon personeli konaklama boyunca olağanüstü derecede güler yüzlü, ilgili ve verimliydi. Ancak bu yüksek hizmet standardı restoranlara pek yansımıyor. Restoranlardaki servis tutarsız olabiliyor; bazı personel harikayken bazıları biraz ilgisiz görünüyor. Kahvaltı en yetersiz kısmıydı; özellikle otelin genel standartlarıyla karşılaştırıldığında sınırlı seçeneklerle oldukça vasattı. İşlevsel ama akılda kalıcı değil. Olumlu tarafı, tesisin ücretsiz otopark sunması; bu Cape Town'ın merkezinde büyük bir avantaj, ancak vale hizmeti olmadığını belirtmekte fayda var. Genel olarak, Pullman Cape Town resepsiyondaki muhteşem misafirperverlik, şık bir salon ve mükemmel şaraplarla konforlu ve lüks bir konaklama imkanı sunuyor; ancak kahvaltıda aynı şıklığı beklemeyin.

DoubleTree Cape Town - Upper Eastside was a wonderful experience! The hotel was spotless, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The location was convenient for business meetings, and it’s just a short drive to major attractions. The room was modern, comfortable, and well-equipped for a productive stay. The amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were excellent. I really appreciated the delicious breakfast and, of course, the signature warm cookie on arrival! Highly recommended for business travelers and anyone looking for quality service and a comfortable stay in Cape Town.

I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!

Pros Great location - a short drive to the waterfront and close to Table Mountain, Lions Head and the Botanical Garden where Uber will get you there quickly and for a good price. Staff were very good Breakfast was cooked very well and with good quality ingredients and a varied selection. It would be better if they had soft bread rather than the heavier one provided (althouh this could be a more European variety i havent come across before). The room was homely, as is the whole building (a bit of a British Grade 2 listed building kind of feel). Nice views over capetown in some rooms and a mountain view from the back. Room has heating and air con for all seasons. Cons As mentioned in a previous review, the room is quite dusty so if you are messing around with plugs behind the bed or tv, it's a challenge not to breathe in the dust. I think this could be a SA thing rather than the hotel itself but they only provide 1.5l of water which for a week is not enough, even for a solo traveller. You have to pay for any more. I have never come across this in 25 years of travel across 35 countries but again, i know there is a water issue in SA sometimes and I believe the tap water is drinkable (although I wouldn't attempt this as a tourist). Bathroom towels not replaced - just left to dry which doesn't work particularly well in winter. The photo of the hotel being near blue water is a little deceptive - obviously it is not near a beach and they don't suggest so but the body of water across the road is a water storage facility (currently empty) so don't expect tropical views. Having said that, if you get a city view room, the sunrise is right in front of you and a perfect time lapse opportunity as the scenery changes dramatically during the sunrise. Stunning experience. Overall, I would stay again and recommend the hotel which is in a quiet location.

The hostel itself is stylishly designed with modern amenities and cozy communal areas where I could relax and socialize with fellow travelers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city.
