"Great room decent size friendly staff. Only down side to it the bed was hard and the pillows were thin. Hot water was hit and miss in the shower one day you will have some the next you don't. The heating didn't work in the room but got a heater from reception. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again."

"Great guest house, close to Barry Island, only a 10 minute walk and two convenience stores close by, one two doors down. Rooms very nice and beds are comfy. The owner Lyndon is very polite and can't do enough for you and cooks a great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"A great area of lodges, bars, food places and coffee! 5min walk from Asda and 20mins to the beach and amusement park. Stayed during the heatwave so the place was extremely warm and only a tiny fan which wasn’t much use. Very much out of control of the owners but consider if you know it’s going to be hot when you go. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking (no oven, but has a stove top and a microwave) and utensils. The shelf with crockery was dusty (and therefore the top most dishes and plates). The outdoor space could have been swept before we arrived. A cosy little place and in cooler weather would have been very comfortable for 2 people."
