"1. I booked a deluxe twin room, but the pictures in the advertisements didn't match the actual room; this is false advertising. 2. Upon arrival, the front desk said that if I canceled my online booking and rebooked through the front desk, I could get a free upgrade to a scenic twin room. Please, platform management, address this; what does this mean? 3. There's a cesspool right outside the hotel; it stinks terribly. Every time I leave and return, I feel nauseous and want to vomit. 4. There's a large step at the intersection of the hotel and the road, making it very inconvenient for electric scooters. I almost tipped over every time; it's too dangerous. 5. There's dirt on the right-hand side outside the hotel; cars kick up dust everywhere they go. 6. The hotel is extremely small and only has one old, dilapidated elevator that's incredibly noisy. 7. The room's decor is very basic, and the windows are broken and worn; I'm worried about my child's safety. 8. The hotel's name is like the "Regent Grand Hotel" from the movie "From Beijing with Love." Doesn't the government care? How dare such a terrible hotel call itself an international grand hotel? Does it deserve that title? 9. Went for breakfast at 9 am, and the few side dishes, like cucumber salad, were all gone, and they wouldn't refill them; the soy sauce in the vinegar bottle was so salty that vinegar lovers would find it unbearable. 10. The sink was clogged when I checked in, and they didn't care about the mess. 11. The door wouldn't close properly. 12. The bathroom was extremely small; the door was so small you couldn't even stand inside. The design was bizarre. In conclusion, this room is only worth 100-200 yuan, but it cost 664 yuan. If it weren't for the inconvenience of traveling with a child, I would have moved already. It's a total rip-off!"

From the cleanliness and attentive service to the prime location, every aspect deserves a five-star rating. Upon entering the room, I was struck by its impeccable cleanliness. The sheets and duvet covers were pristine white and soft, without a single lint. The bathroom glass door was crystal clear and free of limescale, the toilet was spotless and odorless, and even the grout lines of the tiles were spotless—I felt completely safe walking barefoot. The gardens and corridors in the public areas were also consistently tidy, with a subtle fragrance in the air. The service was incredibly heartwarming. During our pre-trip WeChat communication, the butler thoughtfully reminded us of the check-in instructions. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with our luggage and even upgraded us to a room with a terrace free of charge. When I casually mentioned that my child was afraid of the dark, the butler quickly brought a nightlight and children's picture books. Breakfast can be delivered to the room, and the seafood porridge was delicious—the attention to detail was remarkable. The location is truly prime; it's just a five-minute walk to Silver Beach, making it incredibly convenient for an evening stroll with the children. It's only a ten-minute taxi ride to Qiaogang Style Street and Wanda Plaza. Restaurants and shopping are readily available nearby, and the villa area is exceptionally quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful rest. This vacation with the kids was worry-free and comfortable from start to finish. My child kept saying they wanted to come back again before leaving. I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Beihai, and I'll definitely choose 8861 again next time!"

"I booked a 12-day Guangxi tour through Trip.com, and spent the last two nights at the newly opened HUALUXE. The hotel's facilities and hardware are top-notch. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it has direct access to the beach and leads right to the Huan Island Cafe. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable. Our tour package included two nights in a sea-view king room, and even a complimentary meal. While the food wasn't amazing, I can't complain too much since it was free. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the service definitely needs improvement. Coming from the adjacent Reef Hotel, the service here felt like a huge downgrade; it was almost entirely self-service. There were a lot of families with kids staying, and the restaurant floor was often messy, but cleaning was slow. Finally, check-out was chaotic when it came to getting a ride to the pier. We were told to wait in the lobby and someone would call us when it was time, but no one ever did. Eventually, a crowd of people squeezed to get on the electric shuttle, with no one managing the queue. It left a sour taste at the end of our stay. I hope the hotel gets its service up to par once it's more established, otherwise, it really won't do justice to its excellent facilities."

Stepping into the courtyard was an instant surprise! The design, a blend of modern Chinese and Japanese styles, is small yet exquisitely detailed, showcasing the owner's thoughtfulness. The lobby is elegant and pleasantly fragrant, and the warm and efficient service from the front desk staff further enhanced our positive experience. The rooms feature natural wood elements, clean, warm, and refined. The bedding has a subtle fragrance, making it so comfortable that I fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. The location is also superb! Beihai's largest seafood market, Nanzhu Seafood Market, is just steps away. The owner not only enthusiastically helped me choose and bargain but also recommended a seafood processing shop next to the courtyard, where I ate the freshest and most delicious Beihai seafood I've ever had! For breakfast, we also tried the local internet-famous pineapple tree pork trotter noodles—crispy skin, tender meat, and an unforgettable flavor. As a foodie from Guangzhou, staying at Jingyi Courtyard was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed a quiet and elegant environment, satisfied my taste buds, and found it incredibly convenient for getting around! Next time I come to Beihai, I will definitely choose this place again without hesitation!"
