"Öğleden sonra 3'e vardık - otelde pek fazla insan yok. Temizlikçi kadınlar bize anahtarları verdi. Oda beklendiği gibi çok basit ama mesele bu bile değil - sadece sıcak suyun çalışmadığını ve çok basit olduğunu belirtmek gerekir. Volkan turu rezervasyonu yapmak istedik ancak sahibi orada değildi. Seyahat danışmanı aracılığıyla rezervasyon yaptırıldı. Sahibi akşam 6'da geri geldi ve onun aracılığıyla rezervasyon yapmadığımız için tamamen öfkelendi. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla bizden ayrılmamızı istedi ve yağmurlu bir gecede, onun aracılığıyla rezervasyon yapmadığımız için bizi sebepsiz yere odadan attı. Sözünü tuttu, paketledi ve geri vermek istemediği paranın iadesini istedi. Bu nedenle ne olursa olsun kaldık. "Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard."

Bathroom was dirty No tissue paper in Bathroom or the office The door to terrace would not open The Louvres would not close A fire was lit near our room, smoke filling the room The shower hose was split and water drain out of the bottom The swimming pool was only 70 % full The hotel looked unloved."

"This place was recommended by a friend, and although it was a little over our budget we went and booked it anyway. We travelled as a group and took 10 rooms. The rooms were very clean but they were too damp, in some rooms the water heaters were not working properly, the pillows were in poor condition. All the furnitures were beautifully handmade but all were too low that they were not really comfortable. Some beds were not in good shape. The complimentary breakfast could be much better, maybe like adding local fruits to the selection (we paid 500k-750k per room). Putting the owners’ potraits in the guest bedrooms was a little eerie 😅. However, the service was exceptionally good, manager was super friendly."
