"We spent four wonderful nights here and left with nothing but great memories. The resort is brand new (still in soft opening), and it shows in the best way: everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Rooms: Our Deluxe King room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive throughout our stay. Location: Right on the beach, with the ferry terminal just steps away — incredibly convenient for a getaway from Singapore. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, and the beach and pools are a real highlight. Dining: We ate across several of the resort's restaurants. Port 19 was excellent for a relaxed dinner with great grilled options, Yokatta served genuinely good Japanese food, and Soñada Beach Club was the perfect spot for a sunset dinner right by the water — the setting alone makes it worth it. Staff were very accommodating with a food intolerance, always happy to suggest suitable dishes. Spa: We had three treatments during our stay, and the therapists were skilled and professional every time. The spa itself is a calm, beautifully designed space — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Service: Being a new property, a few small things came up here and there, but every single time the staff resolved them impeccably and without any fuss. That kind of attentiveness says a lot about the team. Overall: We felt genuinely well looked after from check-in to check-out, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape from Singapore."

"This is my second time staying at this Villa. Really love the room and the private pool. Except you have to be careful of the food left outside. Not sure it's the bird , squirrels or monkey that came to eat. Besides this, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We communicate our needs through WhatsApp. And they were very responsive. The breakfast was served in house. Their hot chocolate is very nice. Nearby the Villa is the Lagoi Bay Beach, and a shopping area. There is a big Mustafa there, and Japanese Ramen Restaurant. They even provide driver to pick us up from the Ferry Terminal to the Villa. Will recommend all to stay here for a time of relaxation."

"Loved the location as it was away from everywhere. A nice resort with lots of privacy. There wasn't much to do and it was a good getaway if you juz need that time to chill and read a book. Loved the generous use of space but wished that they labelled which is the shampoo and which is the bath gel in the bathroom. Yes there were flies when there's food, spotted a small cockroach and ants too, but oh well, that's life. The food wasn't fantastic and so it is a good time to eat lesser :)"

"The hotel is quite unique, being a tent-style accommodation. The environment is lovely and very clean, with no mosquitoes. The only issue was that perhaps due to the rain and humidity, I got a few bites from some kind of bug on the bed. The only other downside is that there's only one restaurant."

"Very nice service! Staff was great. Our group could not drive but they are helpful in arranging a driver to drive the buggy every time we needed to about the resort. However the master bedroom toilet had a bit of smell when we got there, and had to wait a few hours for it to dissipate. Otherwise recommend as there are many fun activities to do there!"

"Iy was a great stay. My family were impressed by how clean it was and how they maintain it. They think its very neat. Swimming pool was clean and barbeque they made it easy for us. It would be right if yall booked for 3 days 2 nights and also prebook your activities. Like barbeque they need time to prepare for you guys. If you want things immediately its better to prebook.We prebooked most and some items we book on the spot so we knew. Also if yall are the type that are looking forward to peace and quiet this is the place. You can relax as much as you want. There is tv and amenities as well. I love their welcome drink haha. The staff are very friendly and patient too. We liked our stay. Those who are looking to relax and stay this is for yall."

"If you want to chill and relax, this is an ideal place. Lovely cottages with own private beach. Very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and clean. Almost all amenities, except toothpaste and toothbrush provided. Staff is excellent. Would like to specifically mention a young lady, Dewi, who took personal care of guests. Breakfast is provided in the room price and it is quite filling. It is a haven for cat lovers. They host a bunch of friendly cats who come and mingle with guests without fear. Now the not so good part: 1) The resort does not have a shuttle service so you are dependent on booking car for few hours as there are no taxis or ride hailing services. One way rides are expensive. 2) The resort does not have any activities of their own. They do have tie ups with spa, snorkelling, etc but that means travelling elsewhere & added cost. 3) The menu was extremely limited and portion sizes tiny. That was the worst part of the experience. Prices almost matched Singapore. We got them to curate a special menu for our anniversary which was decent, substantial & reasonable. Wonder why the regular menu cannot offer a proper serving size."
