"Service was on the ball from the moment we reached the Bintan Ferry terminal where we were housed in waiting area to board the shuttle. Check-in was smooth and a great intro on the facilities around the resort. Unfortunately the weather was not favourable on Day 2 and there was slight leakage from the top; fortunately not affecting the beds area. There was no hair dryer in the room and the toilet bowl flushing buttons were infected with green fungus. But overall, food from Compass Rose and Tippi Bar were delicious and live band performances in the evening were entertaining. Spa services were great too as opted the Couple Escape was value for money."

Loved the generous use of space but wished that they labelled which is the shampoo and which is the bath gel in the bathroom. Yes there were flies when there's food, spotted a small cockroach and ants too, but oh well, that's life. The food wasn't fantastic and so it is a good time to eat lesser :)"

"Iy was a great stay. My family were impressed by how clean it was and how they maintain it. They think its very neat. Swimming pool was clean and barbeque they made it easy for us. It would be right if yall booked for 3 days 2 nights and also prebook your activities. Like barbeque they need time to prepare for you guys. If you want things immediately its better to prebook.We prebooked most and some items we book on the spot so we knew. Also if yall are the type that are looking forward to peace and quiet this is the place. You can relax as much as you want. There is tv and amenities as well. I love their welcome drink haha. The staff are very friendly and patient too. We liked our stay. Those who are looking to relax and stay this is for yall."
