"The Hampton by Hilton Binzhou Fuyou Street boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The hotel's spacious square offers ample parking, and the lobby's layout and ambiance are quite upscale, giving it a grand feel. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic; the front desk agent even upgraded us to a family room. Every staff member was kind, welcoming, and professional, and a cute robot delivered welcome fruit to our room. All the facilities and amenities were comprehensive, the room was clean, and the breakfast spread was rich and varied. Next time I'm in town for the tulips, I'll definitely choose Hampton again."

They proactively upgraded our room for free, brought us a fresh fruit platter upon check-in, and even prepared cute little gifts for our child, who was absolutely delighted. The room had complete smart facilities, was spacious and clean, and Qinhuang River Wetland Park was within walking distance. At checkout, the staff kindly gave us egg tarts and yogurt, showing great attention to detail and making us feel very welcome. IU Hotel (Shandong Aviation College Binzhou Medical College Branch)
"Late info checking."
JI Hotel (Binzhou Shandong Medical University Hotel near Binzhou Medical University Hospital )
"Quite speechless, from checking in to entering the room to checking out. A few questions. After checking in, the room was clean and ok, but there were some things missing in the room. Then what? I called the front desk, and their tone was speechless. Contacted the front desk three times, twice questioning the customer! It feels very uncomfortable when customers raise problems but instead of solving them, they question them. Female receptionist. The car was stuck when I was leaving the hotel. All in all, the experience was extremely bad! I was woken up around five in the morning, probably by some noise coming from the gym or somewhere else!"
JI Hotel (Binzhou Shandong Hangkong Xueyuan)
"The room is clean and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, the intelligent control facilities are very novel, the buffet breakfast is rich in variety and solid in ingredients, and it is really cost-effective to stay at this price during the May Day holiday. Overall, it exceeded expectations a lot and it was a very satisfactory stay."
