The only issue we had with the hotel is no milk so could not enjoy a cup of tea . We asked the reception for some and they didn’t have any. Also would of been nice to have an option for breakfast . Would stay again. "

"A staff will reach out to you the day before check in and provide you details. You will collect the apartment keys from the keybox at the apartment building. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable."

"This hotel was looked newly revovated. Thus, it was clean with new furniture and decor. The room was clean and the house keeper took actions to our request efficiently. However, their gym was small and only few equipment provided . Besides , it had very bad lighting. I arrived the gym at about 9:30pm, I had doubt and fear to enter the gym because the corridor was dark and the gym was located at the corner of the lift lobby."

"Overrated old style hotel, cheap & greedy management style. No coffee nor espresso machine in the room, spa access charged 32€ etc … Restaurant menu @ Michelin prices but no food appealing there. I left the table without ordering as it was so mediocre. Noisy housekeeping who came into my room at 7 AM, no excuse received though. It’s more of a 4 star hotel by international standards. I bet you can get better value for money with a Airbnb on the waterfront."

"Cleanliness: It was alright, quite clean. Facilities: There's no elevator; you have to carry your luggage upstairs yourself. Service was unremarkable. Aside from communicating with the front desk during check-in and check-out, there wasn't much interaction with the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the soft lighting, pleasant scent, and the sense that everything had been carefully thought out. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, explaining everything and making sure I could fully relax without any worries. The treatments were fantastic – after the red light therapy and infrared sauna, I felt lighter, refreshed, and completely clear-headed. For me, Vitalness is exactly the kind of place you want to return to whenever you need to escape the everyday rush and find a bit of peace."

"I only write reviews when I get outstanding experience. I experienced the real sense of hospitality which lacks in general in Europe. Philip, the reception manager is kind and thoughtful. For my small asks, he could have shrugged them away as generally happens in European countries. But he found solutions. I called to see how to make the AC work, I was told there is no air conditioning for cooling. But in some time, he brought me a standing fan which was a pleasant surprise and made my stay comfortable during the hot summers. Thank you Philip and also the other girl, who did not speak much, but was generous and helping too."
