Getting to the bridge takes less than 10 minutes by car, which is very convenient. There's also a 20% discount on parking."

"It was a 20min walk from the train station. We stayed in the hotel for the Balloon Fiesta. The bus stop for the shuttle to the fiesta was just opposite the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants near the hotel which is really convenient. The hotel staff accomodated our request and helped to look for a twin room for us. Our room had a nice city view and we managed to see the morning ascent from our hotel room."

"The hotel's decor is relatively new, and the style is quite nice. However, it seems like it was just a quick fix to cover up the old interior. The water pressure was very low; when the faucets were first turned on, the bathtub faucet came out first, and the water was yellow. The hotel's shower gel contained a lot of black stuff; I don't know if it was dirt or if that's how it's supposed to be. The toilet had a strong odor, which wasn't completely blocked even with the door closed. Other than that, there wasn't much else to complain about."
