"We stayed one night at Catalina Tropical Lodge and it was great. The room was modern, well decorated with incredible views. The garden is beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. A great place to stay near Cabrera. The staff was friendly. Highly recommended"

"We went for lunch twice, recommended by our rbnb super-host, Diana, Puerta Al Mar, in Cabrera. Friendly atmosphere, excellent customer service. The cocktails, Spritz and Rum and Coke and Gin Tonic, very good. The food was excellent, shrimp tacos, good salad dressing, soft tacos, shrimps perfectly cooked. Yuca frita is a must, really good fish with good curl fries, a hearty meal. The pasta, al dente and not salty, and the cream sauce was light. I recommend La Catania restaurant with a well balanced menu, diverse and non greasy. The chef came out to say hi and we congratulate him for a job well done, we liked that the kitchen is exposed, very clean and well lighted. The atmosphere, peaceful, beautiful grounds, you can use the pool or just relax and lounge in a small piece of paradise in Cabrera, Dominican Republic. "
