"My partner and I stayed for a few days so we could attend a wedding. Before we got there, I contacted the company to enquire about the parking. As I'm heavily pregnant, we wanted to reserve parking so I didn't have to carry luggage too far. The lady I spoke to was more than helpful, she even went the extra mile to book us onto the first floor so I didn't have to take the stairs just in case the lift had broken. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The only tiny thing it was missing was an oven mitt or a tea towel to get things out of the oven. The location was excellent with all amenities in walking distance and you can't tell you're by a main road when the windows were closed. It was very quiet. We would 100% recommend to our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"The hotel manager was abusive and ******. Started shouting at us when checking out because we were a bit late in checking out due to disruption by housekeeping. I have never witnessed such foul language and abuse by someone who is management in hospitality. This person should not be allowed to work in such environments. I have had to lodge complaints everywhere as she made me feel very threatened for no reason."

"I was in the UK for a couple of weeks and during that time had two stays here. On both occasions, and before when I’ve stayed, the staff were ALL exceptional. Honestly, they couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming and it really does make a difference. Thank you!! In addition the rooms are, as ever, very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The only slight down side is the off site parking but it’s easy to drop others and luggage off at the hotel first before parking and it’s only a few minutes walk."

"The apartment in Camberley was tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. The amenities provided were well-maintained and contributed to a comfortable experience. It had a fully equipped kitchen including a washing/drying machine. A bit noisy when opening the windows as is in the main road. The bed was comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located in the town centre, next to the Atrium. The wifi was reliable. There was coffee and milk ready for me. The staff were always available via email or phone and ready to help with any requests or questions I had. Though it may not have a full range of on-site amenities, the overall experience was very satisfactory. "
