"I really hope this review gets the attention of the hotel management. I travel a lot for work and usually don't leave reviews, but every time I come to Cangzhou, I typically stay at this hotel. However, today I witnessed something pretty disgusting: someone was washing shoes in the washing machine. It really grossed me out. There are even clear signs strictly prohibiting washing shoes, but some people just ignore them completely. I felt I had to report this problem and hope the hotel takes it seriously to prevent it from happening again. Just imagine if someone was unlucky enough to catch an infectious disease because of this – what then? Some might think, 'That's what a guest did, it has nothing to do with the hotel,' but it absolutely does. It's a lapse in hotel management. The truth isn't always pretty, but I do like this hotel and hope it continues to improve."

"The room I booked didn't tell me that it didn't have a window. It turned out that both rooms had no windows. When I raised it, the only reason was that it was full and I paid the same amount. Why should I share the room without a window? We negotiated with multiple parties, but after repeated hesitations, they just gave me a solution. Ordered one, very dissatisfied! I used points in my order to redeem fruits for my stay, but they were not delivered at all when I arrived at the store, and they were not even mentioned at the front desk. Bad review. There is no essential difference between the so-called smart king bed room, deluxe king bed room, and business king bed room. The reason is that as soon as I checked in, I was told that I had been upgraded to a deluxe king bed room, which was the one without windows. Later, I was upgraded to a business king bed room. There is no difference in room type and equipment at all. Doesn’t it hurt your conscience to deceive consumers like this?"
