"Around 10 minutes walk from Cannes train station. Near attractions in the harbour and old town. Breakfast is 9 euro, is a set. Shower and basin is in the room, the toilet is shared per floor. The owner is very very nice!"

"The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, a short distance from the coast and near Cannes airport. The hotel is, however, quite attractive and modern with a spacious reception and bar area with the restaurant being also fairly open plan. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter."

"I stayed for 5 days with them. When I checked in they had a problem with Amex which was my only credit card, so, for the security deposit they charged me €120. They promised me that the day I’ll do the check out they will get it back to me. I let them know I was leaving al 4 am in the morning and they said that was not an issue. Guess what? The security guy at 4 am did not know how to do it and I still don’t have my money back."

"I stayed here for one night. The location is very convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are shops, restaurants, and a market nearby. The port is a 5-7-minute walk away. The toilets and showers are shared and located on each floor. Overall, for the price, this is a good and quite comfortable option for a short stay."

"The only reasons I booked this hotel were the location, price, and spa services—but it seems I made the wrong decision. We had the worst spa experience ever: the area was dirty and wet, clearly in need of a full renovation. The sauna door wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air to come in. There were no towels, no staff to assist, and no one to answer our questions. We had to walk all the way back to our room in wet slippers, passing through the reception—I guess they like us cleaning the floor with our wet slippers! Breakfast was poor, and the rooms were not soundproof. I couldn’t sleep all night because of the loud noise from people coming in and out. Overall, we understand it’s not a 5-star hotel, so for the money we paid, I guess it was just okay."
