"We stayed at Wild Cat Resort at Tadoba for 3 nights and we had the best stay of our lives. The resort is well planned, designed and built with impeccable taste with the owners taking care of the smallest details. Water supply is from the natural reservoir inside the resort and every care has been taken to make use of the natural resources and preserve the environment. Few hundred fruit trees and different plants have been planted in the resort giving it a feeling of a mini forest inside Tadoba reserve. The owners Prerana and Madhukar, were always there to take care of our smallest needs and providing us with suggestions to plan our sight-seeing activities. All the staff (who are locals) were absolutely humble and courteous. The food is tasty yet homely and we didn’t feel we were eating in a restaurant although it was restaurant quality. Overall the service was of the highest quality, which is lacking in many of the so called big resorts. We would love to visit the resort again and enjoy the superb hospitality of Wild Cat resort."

"I would highly recommend this property for your visit to Tadoba. From the experience with the sales personnel to hotel staff it was all just delightful. The place is a clean, well kept property with caring staff and super value for money. The food and service is also of a much better standard than my other experiences at such locations. They were kind enough to fulfill special requests on menus! All requests for services from any department were attended to promptly! I will definitely go back here and stick with them at other parks where they have a presence!"

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, warm, and always welcoming. The service was excellent, with every request handled promptly and courteously. The food was delicious, fresh, and had a great variety throughout the stay. The entire team made us feel comfortable and genuinely well cared for. The hospitality added so much to the overall Tadoba experience. A special mention to the staff for their warmth and attention to detail. A well-deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating for both the property and the service — highly recommended!"

"The hotel experience was average and below expectations. Despite booking an AC luxury villa, maintenance was poor, with mosquitoes, lizards, and ants raising serious hygiene concerns. It did not appear that proper pest control had been done recently. The check-in process was underwhelming, with no basic welcome gesture. The waiting area is non-AC and uncomfortable in the heat. Recreational options for children are limited. Indoor games like carrom and chess are available, but the room is poorly maintained and extremely hot. The swimming pool area lacked an attendant, had no nearby washroom, and the filtration system did not seem operational. While the staff were courteous and polite, overall maintenance, hygiene, and amenities need significant improvement."

"We booked Wagharanya Resort solely because we were specifically promised a Tadoba jungle safari by their Mumbai-based manager, Swati Madam, after paying an extra premium. The room tariff itself was almost double compared to the neighboring resorts, which we agreed to only because the safari was assured. We drove all the way from Nagpur and reached the resort by noon on 29th December 2025 (Monday). We were told that the safari confirmation would be done by 9 pm. Since the safari was scheduled for 5 am on 30th December (Tuesday), we wanted to sleep early. Shockingly, at 10 pm, we were finally informed that they cannot arrange the safari at all. So not only did we waste: Our time and travel from Nagpur Higher resort charges A full day waiting for confirmation …but the biggest surprise came later — there are NO core safaris on Tuesdays at Tadoba. This basic fact should have been known and clearly communicated before taking money and confirming bookings. Promising something that is structurally impossible shows complete lack of professionalism and transparency. Overall, very poor coordination, misleading commitments, and absolutely no accountability. Would strongly advise travelers to verify safari logistics independently and not rely on verbal assurances from the resort management."

It was a nice and cosy stay But however the drawback is there is a gym on the second floor and it gets very loud with all the music and the dropping of heavy weights on the floor was disturbing. "Here comes my review for Irai Safari Retreat. I could not wait to write about it. The resort has very nice, tidy and spacious tents. Food is the USP here. It’s simply awesome with varieties of cuisines. Staffs (Ganesh, Praful, Atul, Vaibhav, Mangesh, and Lala) are friendly and well mannered, and take great interest to interact with customers and help them out. They helped us in getting best possible tour to the Jungle and we were very lucky enough to spot 4 tigers. Post Safari, we enjoyed swimming at the resort. All these luxuries comes here within an affordable cost which is surprising and I would recommend this place to anyone looking forward to have best possible trip to Tadoba. "I had a wonderful stay at Red Earth, thanks to the warm hospitality of Jeswin, Jezreena, and their entire team. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, hygienic, and well maintained. The food was truly scrumptious, thoughtfully catering to the diverse palates of guests staying at the lodge. The forest setting had a calm, grounded, and earthy vibe that made the experience even more special. The staff were respectful and attentive, and I especially appreciated that members of the local Gond community are employed at the lodge. The attention to detail stood out throughout my stay—packing cakes with coffee for safari drives, being mindful of weather conditions, and designing menus around seasonal vegetables while making excellent use of locally available resources. The soups, in particular, were a highlight for me. I genuinely can’t think of anything that could have been done better. If I could give more than five stars, I would happily give ten."
