"Our first visit to India. I was not looking forward to my travels after having my visa being rejected and last minute stress trying to get a new visa. Wagoba was our 2nd Tiger Reserve on our 34 day Tiger Safari trip. We were welcomed and looked after very well, upon arrival and through out our 4 day stay, From the GM Amit, Naturalists, dining staff, house keeping, practically ALL staff that worked here were always with a smile and most helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble. There was always staff around to make sure, their guests are well looked after. Rooms, spacious and very comfortable, we have traveled extensively, mostly in Africa, and we found Wagoba lodge as good or even better!!! Thank you for a memorable stay, we will be back for another visit."

"If any resort deserves 5 stars, it's this one. There is a saying "small things are usually the ones that matter the most". This resort implements it to perfection. When we came from the first safari we were practically swimming in sweat. The management gave us ice cold towels which helped us cool down. This is only one of the many small things that they perfected. The management's ability to forsee the customers needs and perceive what they currently require is astonishing. One of the larger factors impacting our travels was the food. We were supposed to arrive on Wednesday at 8:30 am. But our train came 10 hours late.(2 hours journey to resort) hence we arrived at 6:30 pm. The staff immediately asked about our journey and whether we wanted pakodas with tea and coffee. The food was prepared hot and absolutely incredible. During dinner I went inside the dining hall with 0 expectations and left knowing that I would return to pune 10 kgs heavier. The food has raised my bars on what resort meals should taste like. Never have I ever tasted chicken so well prepared. As we come from pune, we cannot handle much spice. Tadoba is near nagpur,where spice is very common. When we asked for less spice we thought maybe they would give us a sweet dish. But, they listened and made our food exactly like we wanted it. The views are incredibly mind boggling. It truly feels like heaven. This resort is incredibly underrated. Tiger's heaven resort enhanced our tadoba experience by an unfathomable amount. Would definitely recommend this resort to tadoba newcomers as well as veterans. Thank you 👍"

"Overall we enjoyed the stay at Jharna Resort. It is located close (200 meters) from the Navegaon gate and probably the best stay option in that area. The food in the Restaurant was also good, the packed breakfast basket was good but not as luxurious as some of the other jungle resort breakfast boxes. The only issue we faced and hence 4/5 rating is that there was a musty/moist smell in the Sapphire cottage that we stayed in (Room 109)."
