I would also like to sincerely thank Nayan and Samrat, the two wonderful naturalists who accompanied us on our jungle safaris. They shared fascinating insights about the forest and its inhabitants, making the safaris both exciting and educational. "The hotel experience was average and below expectations. Despite booking an AC luxury villa, maintenance was poor, with mosquitoes, lizards, and ants raising serious hygiene concerns. It did not appear that proper pest control had been done recently. The check-in process was underwhelming, with no basic welcome gesture. The waiting area is non-AC and uncomfortable in the heat. Recreational options for children are limited. Indoor games like carrom and chess are available, but the room is poorly maintained and extremely hot. The swimming pool area lacked an attendant, had no nearby washroom, and the filtration system did not seem operational. While the staff were courteous and polite, overall maintenance, hygiene, and amenities need significant improvement."

"We booked Wagharanya Resort solely because we were specifically promised a Tadoba jungle safari by their Mumbai-based manager, Swati Madam, after paying an extra premium. The room tariff itself was almost double compared to the neighboring resorts, which we agreed to only because the safari was assured. We drove all the way from Nagpur and reached the resort by noon on 29th December 2025 (Monday). We were told that the safari confirmation would be done by 9 pm. Since the safari was scheduled for 5 am on 30th December (Tuesday), we wanted to sleep early. Shockingly, at 10 pm, we were finally informed that they cannot arrange the safari at all. So not only did we waste: Our time and travel from Nagpur Higher resort charges A full day waiting for confirmation …but the biggest surprise came later — there are NO core safaris on Tuesdays at Tadoba. This basic fact should have been known and clearly communicated before taking money and confirming bookings. Promising something that is structurally impossible shows complete lack of professionalism and transparency. Overall, very poor coordination, misleading commitments, and absolutely no accountability. Would strongly advise travelers to verify safari logistics independently and not rely on verbal assurances from the resort management."

The serene and relaxed atmosphere immediately washes over you, setting the tone for a truly rejuvenating getaway. We visited in June, and every single member of the staff was an absolute delight – incredibly courteous, genuinely friendly, and always eager to help. Our welcome was particularly memorable; we were greeted with refreshing cold lemon juice upon arrival, a thoughtful touch that instantly made us feel cherished before being escorted to our beautiful rooms. And let's talk about the food – simply outstanding! The variety on offer was superb, catering to every palate. For those early morning safaris, the resort went above and beyond, providing delicious packed breakfasts with a fantastic selection (we loved choosing from Poha, Upma, Parathas, Omelettes, and Sandwiches!), ***** with refreshing cold water. And for our afternoon excursions, we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful snacks, cold juice, and more water – they truly anticipate your every need! The ambience of the resort itself is an experience not to be missed. Situated right next to a vibrant waterhole, their Machan offers an unparalleled spot for wildlife spotting – it's magical! Our rooms were not only spacious and impeccably clean but also thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities one could wish for, including reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Plus, it's wonderfully kid-friendly, making it perfect for families. It's clear that the owners and the entire team at Tigers Heaven Resort pour their hearts into making every guest's Tadoba experience a memorable one. They certainly succeeded with ours! We're already dreaming of our next visit and wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional resort to anyone seeking a truly special and unforgettable escape."

"We had booked a suite. Washbasin tap had no water. Hotel staff saw but didn't solve it. They dint have inhouse plumber. Food not so good. There were cockroaches in bathroom and room. It's mainly a banqueting & conferences hotel not for rooms only. Overall not a good experience. But options are limited in chandrapur. Hope somebody starts a better hotel in chandrapur."

"The location was good. The service and the food quality was good. But there is nothing much to do after the safari timings. We booked entire trip through Camp Serai tiger team, they gave good support from Nagpur to Nagpur. The service during safari was also very nice."
