"This has to be the worst Sheraton by Marriott. The facilities are old and outdated. They started clearing dishes for breakfast before I even finished eating, which points to a management issue. There were foot massage ads prominently displayed, and the elevators are shared with other businesses, making it feel more like a small guesthouse. I could understand this if it were a different brand, but for a Marriott Sheraton, it really changes my perception of Marriott. Perhaps this is just what Marriott has become in its old age."

Later, we asked a staff member to get some fruit, and they only gave us two kinds, oranges. It was utterly ridiculous. The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The food was even worse than a guesthouse."
