Hours after checking out, they even called to ask if we had checked out. The management is chaotic. Environment: We booked a room with a view, and the spot for watching fireworks was quite good."

My biggest complaint is how incredibly small the room was. I've never stayed in such a tiny hotel; it barely fit two beds with just enough room to walk. There was no desk, only one chair. The facilities were very old and run-down. The wall outlets were so loose that my charger wouldn't even stay in. The air conditioning would turn off shortly after being switched on, requiring me to get up and restart it every time. I couldn't tell if it was broken or intentionally set up that way. Luckily, it wasn't cold during my stay, so the AC issue wasn't a major problem."

"Housekeeping: Maybe it was a holiday and not the regular staff, but there was still water on the bathroom floor after cleaning. My pajamas, which I'd left on the bed, were turned into a rag on the table by the hotel staff. Breakfast: There was a wide variety, but the taste was average. The best thing was the special soy sauce noodles. Inside the restaurant, there was a large rickshaw used as a decoration, with no barrier around it and its handles pointing outwards. I was carrying a tray, tripped over it, and took a big fall. Room: The bathroom was decent, with a large tub and good water pressure. However, the doorknob came off when I pulled the room door, and my hand got a nasty bruise from being pinched. They fixed the door, and as an apology, they offered a souvenir. No thanks, I don't need it! Big place, poor service. If you want to experience a temple fair atmosphere, you can go. If you're looking for a comfortable family trip, I'd suggest looking elsewhere."

"I visited right after the Chinese New Year holiday, so it was post-peak season and business was slowing down. As a result, the coffee shop said they had no coffee beans, and the buffet was closed. Upon check-in, there was no front desk staff, just two employees who seemed like volunteers helping guests download an app, as if they had download quotas to meet. The room facilities couldn't withstand close inspection. It was quite frustrating to find cockroaches and bed bugs even in the middle of winter. It's hard to say if the water cups and kettle were cleaned and maintained. The hardware and environment should actually be quite good, considering the tea garden and the cabins. It's a shame they aren't properly maintained. The shuttle bus response was pretty quick, but walking a short distance is fast enough too."
