"Dissapointing , this is one of our favourite Pubs. However we were not impressed with our Meal. My husband AND I had the roast Lamb. Firstly they forgot my roast potatoes , There were two very thin slices of lamb . We had difficulty cutting it as it was so tough and fatty. I left mine has I couldn’t chew it We did mention it and was told they would tell the chef . It’s such a shame as we have always loved the food here"

"Visited 3 days ago then again today with friends. It was extremely busy on both days but the staff were friendly, efficient and very switched on and so organised. Food was very good service great. Would highly recommend this tearoom. As we were going in there was a small queue the couple coming out said it's worth the wait so they were happy customers to."

"Excellent location, very clean room, bathroom was lovely with underfloor heating , fantastic lighting in the mirror in bathroom for applying make-up etc.. shower was large and nice big shower head. We had a four poster bed which was very comfy , lastly breakfast was really nice great choice, you leave your choices menu on the table in the breakfast room the night before . Micheal’s restaurant downstairs is very nice for dinner we throughly enjoyed our meal , staff were really friendly too."

"The duvet cover was covered in black spots and stains that looked like mold, in unacceptable hygienic conditions. The next morning we woke up with numerous bites that continued for several days. We wouldn't be returning."
