The appearance is OK, but from the first call at the front desk, people doubt the comfort of this hotel and the professionalism of the staff! It was shown online that the hotel has its own independent parking lot, but when we arrived, the front desk allowed us to park as we pleased. I just wanted to ask a weak question: If the hotel has a parking lot and you let the guests park wherever they want, who will be held responsible if something goes wrong? The facilities are very old, and it can be seen from all the details that the room management staff of this hotel should not pay much attention to the user experience! (Cat’s Eye: The last guest blocked it with paper towels. If it is so obvious, it means that the room check may not have been done at all and the guest will take over directly. The white edge as big as the middle of the “Garden” lawn textile mat can be cut off and connected seamlessly with glue. Didn’t the lady who cleans the shower open it to flush the bathroom? If it did, why would an unusable shower be left on the guest’s hands? Not to mention the meticulous hygiene of the floor...the housekeeping staff did not do anything. No matter how powerful the OTA operation is, it always equals 0. Good operation must be matched with good products. Good products need good details. Only good details can determine whether you can become a real winner. The young man who went to the room to handle the complaints at night was very nice. His professionalism was ok and he deserved to be trained by the managers of this store. When checking out in the morning, the sister at the front desk paid a return visit to inquire about satisfaction and his attitude was ok, but there was a lack of closed-loop actions! It’s not embarrassing to write a review, but I hope the managers can pay attention to the user experience! That's all!"

"This hotel is nestled in the mountains and is absolutely beautiful, perfect for photos! The service was excellent, and the hotel dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the Chishui White Striped Fish – it was incredibly fresh and tender. I can't handle spice right now, but even the non-spicy version was fantastic. The hotel also treated us to an afternoon tea, which was so relaxing. It's truly ideal for a family vacation, everything was great! The only thing to be aware of is that there are a lot of bugs and mosquitoes in the mountains. One spray of repellent isn't enough; you need to keep reapplying it. My family and I were outside taking photos for a bit, and every exposed area was bitten, and not just by mosquitoes. There were also these tiny flying insects that caused incredibly itchy bites. I ended up with over twenty huge welts on my hands, and my family members had more than fifty bites on their hands and legs – it was ridiculous! 😂"
