"This Hotel is The Best Hotel I've stayed in on my trip to Japan. Located in Chitose, it's meters away from Great Food, Aeon Shopping Mall, Lawsons and JR Station. The staff were EXECEPTIONAL! "For Japan, the room wasn't small; it was actually pretty good. You could easily open two or three suitcases without any issues. For a 'pigeon-coop' hotel in Japan, you can't ask for much more. The lady at the front desk and a slightly plump guy were both very enthusiastic and had excellent attitudes. I went during a very sensitive time, and there were absolutely no problems. I'm not sure if they spoke Chinese or English, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is not far from the JR station, maybe a 10-minute walk. Breakfast is served at the izakaya next door, which was decent and filling, and they even offer airport transfers. If you need to go to the airport, this is definitely the place to book. Otherwise, if you're coming from Hakodate or some other remote place, it's quite a long journey, and if you miss your train, you might have to wait several hours for the next JR. Staying here in advance is the safest bet. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, is that there aren't many shopping centers or entertainment options nearby, and it gets dark early. If you're flying home, you absolutely, positively must book this place!!"
