Service: Hotel prices tripled during the holiday, but breakfast was still not included; we had to buy it, and the staff even had a notebook to keep track of it. It's incomprehensible why they offer late-night snacks but not breakfast."

The cleanliness and service were superb, the facilities were excellent, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, the comfort was exceptional, parking was convenient, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. "My first time booking this hotel was for a business trip, and it was recommended by a local friend. My experience was excellent after checking in. This year, for my family's trip, I booked this hotel for them again, and they gave great feedback. They even got an extra complimentary breakfast! First off, the hotel's location isn't right in the town center, but then again, the town isn't very big. A Didi (ride-sharing service) ride to the town's 'Fish Street' is only about 10 yuan. But what's really special is that the exit of this Fairfield hotel leads directly to a beautiful lakeside. The rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. I highly recommend it; I really love this place. I'll definitely stay here again when I travel with my kids later."

"The hotel is located in the central area of Qiandao Lake. There's a private lakeside area right outside the hotel, and the outdoor swimming pool faces the lake. We booked five rooms, and the receptionist upgraded us to lake-view rooms free of charge. We were very satisfied with our stay."

"Club Med Qiandao Lake: A 4-day, 3-night Stay Review **Experience Description:** Two days before our trip, Suki from Guest Relations went above and beyond, meticulously arranging everything via WeChat to accommodate the needs of my two elderly parents and one small child, and outlining important itinerary details. We checked in on July 14th, and the experience was superb! The view from our balcony was like a traditional Chinese ink painting; even breathing felt easier. The best part was not having to worry about what activities to do with my child – everything fun was available right within the resort. The infinity pool, kayaking, evening water fights in the plaza, bonfire parties, and shows were all favorites with the little one. The hotel's buffet was incredibly rich and delicious. The Fish Restaurant at the Resort Town (朋友圈鱼馆) was also tasty and offered great value for money. There were shuttle buses connecting all points within the resort, and frankly, the outstanding hardware, software, and detailed management were impressive. We even received a farewell gift. I felt particularly bad that Suki was out in the blazing sun showing us around the environment. Our emotional and perceived value were completely satisfied. Club Med will definitely be our first choice from now on. Special thanks to the hotel front desk staff and Ethan, and a huge shout-out to Suki!"

"Okay, so we went during the national holiday so I appreciate that the prices were higher than normal but I really feel like for the amount paid, it just wasn’t worth it. The room amenities were lacking and didn’t include basic things like conditioner (which were listed as included on Trip) so when we asked for some, the very lovely staff rallied to find us some small travel bottles but they weren’t great so we ended up buying our own (limited options because it’s far out). The breakfast was okay but the choice was limited and the tables were always a bit sticky and unclean- and the coffee machine was terrible... It’s a shame, the staff really were very nice and helpful but the hotel prices just don’t match what you get. The pool was closed, the bed was loud and squeaky, the tables in the room were different from the photos- balcony was half the size, sofa was stained and dirty…again not terrible but really not worth the high price paid."

"This hotel is amazing. We accidentally discovered this inn while cycling in Qiandao Lake on May 1. After visiting it, we felt that the environment and the attitude of the staff were great. It was quite expensive during the 5.1 holiday and it was fully booked, so we decided to stay here during our self-driving tour. As a result, we and two other families basically reserved the place on May 6-7. It was a pity that dogs were not allowed in the swimming pool and the glass boat was not allowed. At noon, a few girls passed by on their bikes and came in to eat. Overall, this hotel is like a secluded little paradise. It has everything you need. You can also experience a singing bowl when you check in. I was a little tired because of the self-driving tour + outdoor experience, so I made an appointment for an attributed body treatment. Overall, this was a very good experience. I also made an appointment to take my parents to experience it during the Dragon Boat Festival."

"This is my second time at the Brette Hotel. This time, I contacted our butler, Xiao Zhang, in advance, and their arrangements were absolutely spot on. We got a lake-view room, which offered an amazing view. The one-bedroom, one-living room lake-view suite is perfect for families. The hotel room facilities are all comprehensive, and the room's scenery is beautiful. We were lucky enough that both the outdoor and indoor pools were open, and the kids had a blast. We also caught some activities for Children's Day on June 1st, which made the experience even more fantastic! The hotel's breakfast is buffet style and served until 10 AM, which is very thoughtful and convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely be back to Brette again; it's perfect for a getaway and escaping the city. I highly recommend it! My last review was 5 stars, I don't know how it ended up as 4.8. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating!!!"

Before I checked in, Xiao Wu from the reservation department contacted me in advance and added WeChat to send me the hotel introduction and location, which made the check-in experience more perfect [rose]. You can dig bamboo rafts at the door of the hotel. There are big geese and ducks in the stream. Entering the homestay, you can see that the designer's skills, Chinese poetry and Western classical art complement each other, there is no sense of contradiction, and beautiful photos can be taken everywhere. Not to mention the bamboo forest landscape surrounded by 360°, people and nature seem to be integrated. What makes me most unforgettable is the owner and housekeeper of the hotel.
