"This is 1st time for me and family to stay with the Valley Resort and i would likt to said our stay are good and comfortable. The service are good ,the staff are friendly and also best of all since i celebrating my bday the room i stay the arrange with nice decoration and wishing word"Happy Birthday" ,i feel really touching for the services.the food for breakfast can be more good with more variety specially can add salads and hot soup in future ya 😉. I booked 3 room since i came with my family,1 of the room are connecting and it is perfect specially for my parents as they are older so good we can look after too,the view are good as we choice rhe room type with balcony so we can enjoy the view. Only the amenity lil bit rundown specially go car area perhaps can fix as well with lift for old people quiet challenging for up and down on the hills,others like mini bird park,chicken farms and playgrounds are vakue add to the resort😉. Gym and swimming are good specially with the hill views since the resort allocated above hills ,my nephews and sister are enjoying ,only some equipment in gym must more maintance and can be more better. Overall we enjoy stay at the resort and will recommend to family and friends to stay for some changing views and experience in Bandung ,Good Job the Valley resort hotel keep it your good service ya and Thank you for welcoming me and family 👍😉"

"What a great hotel. Sense of beauty and artistry is incredible. Staff are amazing, the service is fantastic. The ONLY thing that makes me a bit sad was, you can’t have a friend using real camera takes photos of you. You can only use your personal phone camera. I think is ridiculous."

"The sheets, pillows, and even the disposable slippers in the room had all been used. I have photo evidence. I reported this to the housekeeping manager, and even after changing rooms, there were still no new disposable slippers. I'm speechless. A five-star hotel can't even provide guests with a pair of slippers to wear. I've traveled to many countries and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this."

"Pros: + The place looks beautiful and has a beautiful view, but the trees in the hotel block most of the view. + The staff are very friendly and speak English. + Good value for the money. Cons: - The place is averagely clean, but not very clean. The corners of the room, as well as the wooden stairs in the bathroom, are unkempt. The toilet has yellow water stains. - The bed sheets and covers are old and have many stains. The duvet cover is much larger than the duvet. It's shameful that a hotel of this stature can't provide decent duvet covers. - The windows don't open, and the room feels stuffy. - The breakfast, in my opinion, is poor because I smelled something bad. The noodles, cupcakes, and waffles, except for the fried rice and soup, made me unable to eat anything at breakfast."

"New villa 3KT , equipped with swimming pool, karaoke, billyard, complete cooking tools & dining tools, very convenient, located in the very cool Dago Village area & many luxurious villas. Some shortcomings like: - Karaoke facilities seem to have some broken speakers, because the sound is not ok - The living room air conditioner can't be turned on on the day of ke-2 , I don't know if the battery is remote, the remote or the unit is problematic, fortunately the air is cool, so it's not too a problem All reviews have been sent to admin & responded very well."
