"The hotel is conveniently located near Central street. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. I left my charging cables and adapter in the room when I checked out and they reached out to me via Trip.com app to inform me to pick up. Very pleasant experience . The gymn is very new as well and clean ."

"This hotel is located near St Sophia Church (300meter) and Zhong Yang Street (400m) , and also behind this hotel is Halal Lanzhou ramen restaurant. Convenient for Muslim travelers. "Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night."

"Good location with an airport bus stop in front. The duplex room is strongly recommended. It has high ceiling and large space at the living room to relax and place the luggage. The hotel has free laundry which is efficient for long stay. Very convenient to walk to the Zhongyang central walking, Saint Sophia's Catherdral, morning market and food market"

"We had a wonderful stay at Homeinn Plus Harbin Central Avenue. "Great hotel located in the heart of Harbin, very close to all major attractions. Rooms where very clean and extremely comfortable. Decor was also beautiful. My only complaint was that nobody here could speak English. For an upmarket hotel some of the employees must be able to speak English otherwise it brings the value down. One thing I do appreciate is that they have cat houses outside the hotel for stray cats to find a place of warmth during the very cold winters. A hotel that cares for animals is beyond amazing in my view and that's why I give them five stars ."

"This is a good hotel in a pretty decent location. It’s next to the river and close to the metro (5 minutes walk). The breakfast was good and inline with what we have experienced with other Shangri-La hotels. The room was spacious though not as large as one expects from a ‘Premier King’ room. The staff were helpful. The hotel feels a bit old, though it seems like improvements are being made. We were at the hotel in late December and yet the hotel was always warm."

"I had a wonderful stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the breakfast was nice - though I wish they had a larger seating area. The F&B staff are very hardworking, kudos to them. The location is excellent, just next to the alley of Central Market (in front of Naibatu). They also offer complimentary low-caffeine coffee, water, and red date tea in the lobby. They have 24-hour free laundry service, which helped us a lot and was very convenient. Will definitely be back."
