"Booked 1 night stay for our driver. It was a basement unit without windows, while i booked via my tour agent was the bigger room. Experience was good, reception very welcoming and helpful.  Always smiling. Place was clean, both cleaner aunty was very detailed in their housekeeping.  Location very near and walking distance to Daoli Market, Central Market and Sophia Cathedral. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends * this hotel come with AI control, and BEST was its with Aircon!"

"Konumu da iyi, Sophia Kilisesi'ne yakın, alışveriş, seyahat ve yemek için uygun. Kazakistan’a geldiğimde aslında birkaç otelde daha kalıp bu deneyimi yaşamak istemiştim ama orada kaldıktan sonra ayrılmak istemedim ve Kazakistan’da kaldığım süre boyunca sürekli burada kalmaya karar verdim. Kuzeylilerin samimiyetini ve misafirperverliğini gelip deneyimlemek kaderinde olanlara içtenlikle tavsiye ederim."

"Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport."

"I forgot to take picture of our hotel room 😂.. but the location is just across of Zongyang Street. We went to Zhongyang Street everyday during out 3 days stay here. The room was for 4 pax but when i informed them through Trip.com there were 5 of us the provided bath towels for 5 pax. Breakfast was plenty and the most delicious among the 5 hotels we stay during our January 2025 Harbin trip. Recomended."

"The hotel is excellently located right next to the Metro station, making travel around Harbin very convenient. Service from all staff was truly exceptional, reflecting the unique training and high standards carried across the team. The breakfast spread was lavish, and we especially appreciated the hotel’s generosity in extending breakfast hours. We would like to give special mention to Ms. Air （刘金玲）and Mr. 小宫 who went above and beyond their duties to make us feel so warmly welcomed. "Mary & Zoey front desk is helpful and out of way reach up . Interesting they don’t or not yet in uniform indicate is new management . Didi map still retain former hotel name . Breakfast is good . We got family room spacious well equipped. Right in pedestrian must visit street also near morning market ."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from St Sophia Church. Staff very helpful and courteous. Special mention to Miss Wen Wen (文文 姑娘） who insisted she helped to carry my luggage even tho drizzling n waited for my taxi , very much appreciated 👍. No cigarette smell or bad odour in the room. Only d lobby n lift has d smell of cigarettes. Overall, highly recommended"

"Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!"

"This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀"

"The hotel itself was lovely and the perfect location for walking directly to the Ice Festival. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was so nice to open the windows at night for some cold fresh air. That being said, we had to DiDi into town for food and coffee everyday because there’s not really anything else on the island. Something to consider if you’re traveling to Harbin."
