My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Habsburg Hotel near Sofia Church on Harbin’s Central Street. The location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from the iconic St. Sophia Cathedral and right in the heart of the historic Zhongyang (Central) Street pedestrian area. This made it incredibly convenient to explore Harbin’s beautiful European-style architecture, shops, restaurants, and evening lights without needing transportation. The hotel itself has a charming, elegant atmosphere that fits perfectly with the historic surroundings. My room was clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated given Harbin’s cold weather. The bed was cozy, the heating worked perfectly, and the room was well-maintained with all the essential amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the view and proximity to Sofia Church—waking up and stepping outside to see such a beautiful landmark was a memorable experience. The hotel also offers great photo spots nearby, especially at night when the area is beautifully illuminated. Breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day. The selection was simple but satisfying, with a mix of Chinese and Western options. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and the dining area was comfortable and pleasant in the morning. It was very convenient to enjoy a warm breakfast before heading out to explore Central Street. I would also like to give a special thanks to one of the staff members, Jenny, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She kindly prepared a cute drink for us, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Her warm service really made our stay feel extra special and added a personal touch to the experience. Another staff member at the laundry room was also extremely kind and helpful. When one of my clothes was accidentally damaged, they patiently helped repair it for me. I really appreciated the effort and kindness—it showed how much the staff care about their guests. Overall, Habsburg Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Harbin who wants to stay in the most iconic and convenient location. It combines comfort, charm, good breakfast, and excellent service with unbeatable access to the city’s most famous attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Harbin.

A Masterclass in Service at The Mansion 1903 Harbin My stay at The Mansion 1903 was exceptional, thanks to its outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were evident. They proactively assigned me a quiet room, anticipating my needs even before I expressed them. Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish. At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

Overall it was a nice stayed in Echarm Plus Hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs are kind enough to help us carry our luggage during check in/out. Good location - walking distance to Harbin Zhongyang Dajie and Suofeiya Cathedral. Harbin was our last stop after Yabuli, Xuexiang, Yanji and Changbaisan. We thought the hotel should be better than those we stayed throughout the travel journey unfortunately we felt disappointed that the hotel heating system is not working good enough to keep the entire building warm😅 feeling cold 🥶 when we entered in to the hotel lobby and also the room. One of my friend forced to request room changed at 1am 😭

The hotel is quite nice. Very clean, quite modern and new. Breakfast was nice, the personell could not speak English but was helping wherever and whenever they could. Unfortunately it is a bit far from downtown but definitely easily reachable with a DİDİ. I really recommend the hotel

The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

All basic amenities were provided, including a refrigerator. We stayed in a four-bed room, and the value was incredible: the full price was 5,000 THB, but we used a discount code and only paid around 2,800 THB. This was extremely good value for money ! The in-room amenities were quite high-tech. We could control the curtains with a switch right next to the bed. The room was equipped with both a heater and an air conditioner, a hairdryer, and a dedicated clothes rack suitable for hanging coats. 👩💼 Staff: Friendly and Helpful The staff were friendly and welcoming. Since I could speak some Chinese, I was able to communicate relatively well with them. For any words or phrases that were unclear, Google Translate was a huge help and smoothed out the communication process. 🚿 Bathroom: Cleanliness and Comfort The bathroom was very clean. The toilet featured a heated seat, which was a nice touch, especially in the cold weather—no cold surprises! However, the high-tech flush system might be a bit tricky to operate for those who are not familiar with technology-heavy systems. 📺 Entertainment & Rest: Great Comfort After a Long Day The room featured a very large digital TV with a variety of channels to watch. After a tiring day of walking and sightseeing, we could come back and rest fully. The sleep quality was excellent; I felt completely recharged after just six hours of sleep because the bed was so comfortable and spacious. If you needed anything extra, such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, or towels, the staff were happy to provide them upon request. ⭐️ Overall Experience: Impressive and Convenient Overall, I was very pleased and impressed with my stay. This includes the helpful staff, the breakfast area, and the food itself. The breakfast was delicious, flavorful, not bland, and not overly greasy. We were also able to store our luggage at the lobby after check-out, provided we picked it up later that same day. If I have the chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely stay here. The location is right in the heart of the city, close to the main tourist attractions, many of which are within easy walking distance.

My recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10
