"Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too."

"Oda, web sitesinde göründüğünden çok daha küçük görünüyor ancak tek başına seyahat etmek için yeterli. Su şişeleri her gün değiştirilmesine rağmen, 4 günlük konaklamam boyunca kirli çay bardakları asla çıkarılmadı veya yıkanmadı ve banyoda durulamak zorunda kaldım. Çöp kutusu her gün boşaltıldı ancak yatağınızı toplamıyorlar. Duş başlığı kırıktı ve kullanımı zordu ve yatak örtüsü yatağa göre çok büyüktü ve sürekli kayıyordu. Personel çok cana yakın ve yardımseverdi. Otelin konumu zordu çünkü otel çok işlek bir ana caddede yer alıyor, tek yönlü bir güzergah ve arada çok az geçiş var, yani taksiler sizi bırakmak için geri dönmeden önce otelin epeyce yanından geçmek zorunda kalıyor. Didi veya taksi kullanmanın olumsuz yanı kaba ve sabırsız şoförler. Noel döneminde ekstra yüksek ücret alıyorlardı. Trafikte sık sık sıkışıyorduk, sonunda otele 2-4 km yürümek zorunda kalıyorduk. Genel olarak şehrin kendisinden hayal kırıklığına uğradım. Birçok bina bakımsız ve ihmal edilmişti, kırık camları ve dökülen boyaları bana *********************'i hatırlattı. Sokaklar çok kirliydi ve yakındaki bir okul, otele gidip gelirken yaşanan trafik sıkışıklığını hiç kolaylaştırmıyordu. Noel'in çok yoğun olmadığı ve Harbin'i ziyaret etmek için daha iyi bir zaman olduğu söylentileri doğru değil. Kalabalıklar, özellikle de kilise merdivenlerinde ve köşelerinde dondurucu soğuklarda gülünç kıyafetler giyip poz veren ve fotoğraf çekme fırsatlarını kaçıran influencer'lar, Ayasofya Kilisesi'ndeki deneyimi mahvetti. Kilisenin etrafındaki tezgahlar ve dükkanlar çok pahalıydı. Ayasofya Kilisesi ve Jile Tapınağı gibi çabaya değen birkaç kiliseyi daha ziyaret ettim. Gezimin en önemli noktaları Volga Malikanesi, Barok Caddesi ve Songhua Demiryolu Köprüsü'ydü. Sun Island kar heykelleri çok keyifliydi, gezinmesi kolaydı ve insanlarla dolu değildi. Parkta yürümek, karda oynamak ve nehrin üzerinden teleferikle geçmek için bolca alan vardı. Güneş Adası tarafında kuyruklar uzun değil, ancak Harbin tarafına geçince teleferiğe binmek için çok uzun kuyruklar vardı. Barok Caddesi bölgesindeki Danny's Beer mutlaka ziyaret edilmesi gereken bir yer ve sıcak, samimi ve lezzetli yemekler ve misafirperverlik sunuyor. Songhua Nehri köprüsünden 4,7 km'lik bir yürüyüş mesafesinde ve çok uygun fiyatlarla lezzetli yemekler sunuyor. Üç saatlik bekleme süreleri, çok fazla insan ve kaygan hava koşulları nedeniyle Buz Heykel Parkı'nı veya ışık gösterilerini ziyaret etmedim. Kaplan Parkı ise vasat bir deneyimdi ve çoğunlukla insanların kaplanları ulaşamadıkları et şeritleriyle kızdırması nedeniyle can sıkıcıydı; hepsi sadece fotoğraf çekmek içindi. Hayvanseverseniz, Kaplan Parkı'nı atlayın. Son olarak, Songhua Nehri yakınlarındaki umumi tuvaletlerin etkileyici derecede temiz olması büyük bir artıydı."

"1.3凌晨入住的，表揚前台小哥，服務態度極好，專業性很強，誰家酒店有這樣盡職盡責的員工都是福氣。選這家酒店是其一是看它新開的，設施方面一定比較新，果然入住後環境相當好，乾淨寬敞裝修好，一點都不照騙，甚至比照片更好。另外在篩選機場酒店的時候看各家的差評，看到這一家衹有一條差評且店家長篇回覆相當認真，顧客提到的每一點評論都跟進反饋了，可以預想酒店管理維護會做的比較好。當晚機場接機晚了半小時左右，前台小哥幫我們升級房間，附贈一個水果罐頭，最重要的還是態度，態度是行業楷模，聊了幾句原來之前的長評回覆就出自他之手，實在是優秀員工，一般我衹寫負反饋，特意來寫個好評。早班晚班機的話在這裏住一晚，非常合適，推薦入住，以後有機會再來哈爾濱的話我也會再住這裏。聽説正餐也很好吃，價格很便宜，可惜沒時間吃。"

"Arrived late in the evening. Quick check-in process. The cleanliness of the room was okay, with daily towel replacement. There're a few local restaurants right outside the hotel, and supermarket within 5 mins walk distance. Easy to travel around Harbin, as the hotel located not very far from the major attractions. Temperature outside was -20, but it was always perfectly warm inside the room. Hot water with a good pressure. Overall very good choice."

"This hotel is located near St Sophia Church (300meter) and Zhong Yang Street (400m) , and also behind this hotel is Halal Lanzhou ramen restaurant. Convenient for Muslim travelers. In front of the hotel there are convenient stores like 7 eleven that open 24hours. I would suggest my friend to stay here while visiting Harbin. 👍👍👍👍👍"

"The most difficult thing we experienced was during check-in. Upon seeing our passports, the desk simply told us “we are not authorised to receive foreigners, go to Shangri-la”. Luckily, trip.com intervened to solve the issue, but it made us had a bad time at the start. In addition: The room looked much larger in the pictures, the phone in the room did not work, and the mini-fridge in the room did not work either. One of the days, we had to leave the shower open for 10 minutes before we had warm water. In general, we think this hotel is not a three but a two star hotel. The location and the cleanliness were good in general."

"We had a pleasant staycation at Jinjue Hotel.We originally booked our accommodation for 5 nights but we loved it so much we extended it for another 3 nights. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, always giving the best service! Our room is really nice, especially with non smoking area. We had the city view room with window which is perfect for us. The location is very handy, accessible to what we need. Mostly walking distance. And the best part is, the buffet breakfast! we enjoyed the variety of local food. We want to thank the whole team for the excellent service they provided. Well done! Five star service!"

"Good location with an airport bus stop in front. The duplex room is strongly recommended. It has high ceiling and large space at the living room to relax and place the luggage. The hotel has free laundry which is efficient for long stay. Very convenient to walk to the Zhongyang central walking, Saint Sophia's Catherdral, morning market and food market"

"Located near to airport with free shuttle available to and fro from hotel to airport.. Overall was a good experience except the water flowing down after shower is slightly slow which hotel should look into it. Overall highly recommended for people needing to catch early flight."
