"This is a really a MUST to stay In Harbin. The reasons? First of all, the staff are really really helpful and friendly (Like 梦梦 and 小雪 and the rest). You will feel love by them. 2nd, the hotel is strategically located, to Sophia Church is only 10 minutes by cab. 3rdly, hotel has non-stop coffee, cookies, fruits and yogurt ❤️, finally the room iis cozy, beautiful and everything is boutique style room. 第一次到哈尔滨，如何住入这个酒店，真的真的太值了。我不知他们如何训练，每一位都超级好笑容，乐于助人，就重要照顾到我们无微不至。我需要感谢梦梦和小雪，你们很棒🙏🏻。地点方便，好多甜品，咖啡☕️，最重要免费 😘。当然我和太太喜欢她的房间，全部还很新。我和太太已经决定了，我们再过几天又要住这一家，这就证明这一家有多好 ❤️"

"I had a fantastic stay at Harbin 23 Mansion hotel in Harbin! The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of Central Street, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were just right,the round tub was something else… What truly made my stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They were super helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. If you’re looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Harbin, I highly recommend this one. I would definitely stay here again…"

"Hotel has convenient location nearby Zhongyang walking street. No problem with taxi or didi car coming to this location. Wifi is decent, you don’t need to enter a phone number. Room is beautiful and spacious. Issues I had with my room is that every day my key card will not work. I think this problem happens when cleaning staff access the room. Everyday I would have to get the keycard fixed by the desk staff. Also my sheets were never changed or cleaned. In the shower did not have conditioner and body wash bottle was already near empty. You’re only given a tiny roll of toilet paper. Room was way too hot at night, with no way to change the temperature. Overall the experience was ok"

"I stayed at Manxin Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was an overall fantastic experience! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Sofia Church, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. We booked two rooms, and both were spacious with a beautifully designed bathroom. The heated toilet seat was a thoughtful touch, especially during the winter months. One of the highlights was ordering food through ******* – the delivery came via a super cute delivery bot, which was a fun and unique experience! The front desk staff and housekeeping attendants were extremely warm and welcoming, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also offers a self-service laundromat, with two washers and two dryers. Although there was a bit of a wait to use them, it's great that the hotel provides this service for guests. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. A big thank you to the team at Manxin Hotel for making our visit so memorable!"

The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price."

"This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in China. The service is excellent. I had an issue with my mobile network and Mr Wang took us by foot to a mobile shop located some 1km away. Hotel is very strategically located just 5 mins to Central Street and within walking distance to St Sophia. The room and bathroom are both spacious, clean and there is no bad smell. The room is quiet at night. Breakfast is buffet style plus a selection of different set breakfast which were all delicious. Hotel also provides a nice afternoon tea spread. We highly recommend Junyi Hotel.😀"

"A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings."

"If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee. One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark."

AAnonim KullanıcıThe homestay is superb! The room is very spacious with high quality facilities. There is even a self service type of WC that is used generally in Japan & Korea. Lodge owner & wife ate extremely friendly, helpful & nice. They will ferry u around to activities in Yabuli free of charge. They can help to arrange tickets to attractions & help u with itinerary if u need advice. Even lend us ski jackets & helmets & googles without charge when go skiing. Even buy fireworks for my boy to play. Outside the lodge has snow slides & snow toys to play freely. This homestay is highly recommended. I will give 10 ⭐️ if there is. 😃👍

This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. MMisafir KullanıcıIt is certainly an overwhelming experience of my stay, this property is located just a few steps from Central Avenue (Zhongyang Street) which is the iconic landmark of its city, connecting to the major tourist attractions such as St. Sophia church, Zhaolin Park, China Baroque History Culture Scenic Area, Dragon Tower ( Long Ta ), Sun Island, Ice Show World etc wherever can be reached by metro, makes perfectly sense to leisure travellers, practically for purpose of the visit to Ice Show World when on winter season. Upon reaching the entrance of the hotel, the staff was enthusiastic and helpful, stepped out to help me take the luggages for check-in, they gladly introduced the history of the hotel, I was astonished to learn that it's been standing over 100 years, well designed in every part of foyer, full of Russian style, feeling like I'm staying in as a membersof the nobility. As I booked the superior room, the staff suggested a limited offer that I can go on the different type of suite, before the decision, they escorted me to have a view of the room, and I finally chose the 55sqm room, that was a big bargain for the upgrade paying just ¥500 extra. I was shocked at the time I stepped in to the room, it is elegantly decorated. Whenever you sit in watching the TV, lying on the bed immersing yourself enjoying the bubble bath, you would almost be resisted to leave. Finally I will undoubtedly give the full score of 10 for what I deserved from this property, and this will be a good place to be on my next visit, hopefully December the year for Ice Snow festival.

MM526657****After comparison and repeated screening on Ctrip, the most correct choice for this trip is to choose Huaxia homestay, which makes the disappointed journey fruitful. 1️⃣ First of all, the service of the B&B is considerate, thoughtful, clear surrounding arrangements, no procrastination, and the analysis of our situation gives us the best advice. 2️⃣ Environment, I can't tell what the specific style is, just a lot of elements, but it's not abrupt at all. They all appear in the right place at the best time, just beautiful! 😊3️⃣ Meals, you can have everything you want to eat for breakfast. They are the most basic. The fried eggs are the boss's mother is 81 years old. The red sausage is customized by the boss. The taste is very good. There are no preservatives. Stir-fried dishes and cold dishes are all Northeast flavor. I love to eat stewed vermicelli with pickled cabbage. I actually ate a plate by myself. The bread is whole wheat, delicious, and the juice is The black currant has a little wine flavor, which shows that it has not been added! 👍👍👍4️⃣ I put the accommodation in the back because it is really comfortable. The mattress is imported from Italy, the toilet is smart, and the headboard is a 10cm thick wooden board, which is Okan, which is very precious. I like the shower curtain very much, velvet. PPumpkin LLove the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

NNiz MWe stayed for one night at the hotel. Transportation is not an issue, DiDi e-hailing cost us around 65 Yuan from city center. Check in is smooth. The hotel situated at a picturesque landscape offer Russian tradisional architecture, ornate churches and rustic old vodka factory create a charming atmosphere. We took a leisure walking throughly the entire village and took a lots of picture.

Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes. His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
