"Nice hotel with a broad range of food for breakfast with not only chinese breakfast type but also toast, butter and jam). Nice service and follow-up as well. All the seats in their shuttle from the airport were booked so they offered to pay me back the taxi fees (please note that there is a maximum amount). And when you check-in they will provide a welcome pack with every practical things needed to resist the cold weather in Harbin."

"Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!"

"I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^"

"A very cozy place, a lot of wood inside and feels warm. Although the temperatures outside were down to -19 deg.Celsius inside it was always pleasant. Food was very good, cleanness perfect, no complains at all. I would like to stay there again. The staff is as helpful as they can be, but they can be so only up to a level. There is unfortunately the only complain: NOBODY in the hotel speaks English (or any other language, for that matter - I speak 5 but it didn't help). Not one person at the reception, not one single waitress, absolutely nobody. Therefore whatever you want to ask at the reception you can only do it via hand-held translators which is slow, uncomfortable and prone to misunderstandings."

"Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here. The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island. A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road. For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of. Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious. Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food. Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left. There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered. Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night."

"Fantastic 3 nights stay at Manxin Hotel. The Hotel is located right on the square with Saint Sophia Church. It's a great feeling to walk pass such a beautiful landmark everytime we leave or return to the the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and impeccably clean. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were evident. They proactively assigned me a quiet room, anticipating my needs even before I expressed them. Housekeeping left thoughtful daily touches, like local snack recommendations and hand - written notes about nearby attractions. In the restaurant, the waitstaff expertly guided me through the menu, suggesting perfect wine pairings for each dish. At checkout, the staff remembered every detail of my stay and gave me a personalized souvenir. The Mansion 1903 sets a high standard for hospitality, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

TTianyuanaliceMe and my husband with three kids from Canada came to China to travel. Our kids have never been to China before and this is their first time traveling to China. We stayed at this beautiful Hua Xia Qu She B&B, the butler and owner were very friendly, we really like the decoration style of this place, and the accommodation supplies were also very complete. The shower and hot water were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. My kids likes small animals. there are cats and dogs in the B&B they are very friendly and suitable for playing with children. Here, we went to Sun mountain Ski Resort, Tiger Park, Train Museum etc. my kids first time watched fireworks here and left them unforgettable memories.The owner also gave us a lot of travel advice and guidance, which made our journey very smooth and enjoyable! We would definitely come again in the future.

MMinnie RexThis is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

AAshley HoIt was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

YYemzyThe hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

MMisafir KullanıcıThis was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

MMisafir Kullanıcı這次出行入住這家酒店真的太值了，全程體驗感直接拉滿！首先最貼心的就是接送服務，從入住到出行全程安排得妥妥帖帖，完全不用自己費心找車。老闆娘人更是好到沒話説，温柔又熱心，事事都替我們考慮周全。酒店房間特別乾淨整潔，採光也好，住進來特別舒心。平時我們糾結想吃什麼，老闆娘都會耐心推薦當地靠譜好店，還會親自開車接送我們來回，吃完再把我們安全送回酒店，全程一條龍服務特別省心。之前我們玩了一天特別累，想着去泡個温泉放鬆下，老闆娘立馬推薦了超讚的森林温泉，還貼心給我們爭取了折扣，比外面直接付費便宜了二十多塊，真的特別實在。森林温泉那邊體驗也超棒，負20度的天氣泡著40度的温泉♨️ 他們家的攝影師都是大師級水準，隨手一拍都巨出片，好看又好逛，除此之外還有摩託車等多種遊玩項目，可玩性超高，體驗感直接拉滿！之後老闆娘還帶我們去吃了當地特色鐵鍋燉，味道真的絕了，肉質鮮嫩、湯汁濃郁，香到讓人回味無窮，全程都是車接車送，出行毫無後顧之憂。臨走時，老闆娘早就提前幫我們叫好出租車，直接送我們到亞布力西站，特別省心。更驚喜的是，等車出發前，我們還和老闆娘以及其他小夥伴一起打了雪仗，歡聲笑語不斷，玩得特別盡興，這段回憶真的太難忘了！真心推薦這家寶藏酒店，不管是服務、環境還是性價比都無可挑剔，下次再來一定還選這裏！

I stayed in room 244, which the bathroom could not be flushed, but otherwise overall good. Check-out time is 10am. You can leave your luggage when you go for a walk inside. The view in the castle is very good.

It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!
