"I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5) The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5) The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5) The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5) I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral."

"The hotel impression is not quite great for me. It look chaos and no place for car to go near lobby. just park aside road and take few times before staff can see and help us for luggages. The room is spacious and comfy. i love the massage chair that help a lot for long day in harbin. however i expect more for minibar that they provide 2beers and 1 mineral water,4 tea bag. that's all. Welcome fruit was good,but still wonder for tomatoes are could be welcome fruit tho. Mattress is the best point, i sleep so tight and i promise it not because i am tired 😗 for the doll keep, get 6 coins and cant get the doll 🙂↕️ (need to ask staff for the coin, they not provide you when check in. That why i am not that satisfied for their hospitality much) tea break is variety but near playing area so it quite not make you feel rest. Breakfast is variety and nice taste! and heat water is fast it locate 50 m. from Shanghai street metro. that is super nice too. my room can see Ice and snow festival from windows, easy for booking to see the firework on newyear! overall is good for room, location but can improve for staff and lobby environment."

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

Junyi Hotel is exceptional! Greeted by all staffs present during our check-in. Throughout the stay, there were so many incredible moments. Easy contact concierge via WeChat. One day we accidentally left our windows open when we left the room, they WeChat us to check if we wanted the room cooler, and that allowed them to help close the windows or we will be returning to a -20deg room after a long day, so thankful. Used the self-service laundry (Free of charge) at the 7th floor. Forgot to collect my laundry and they actually helped to collect and send to our room and even helped to hang dry some not totally dried laundry. There was a day that my slightly late collection of laundry, when I went to the laundry room, it was already taken out and folded nicely in my laundry bag. We did not opt for breakfast, however the hotel have free coffee/tea machine and light snacks daily from 11am. Our rooms were always well made-up. They even gave lighters, warm sticky patch to me for free when I asked them where I could buy them from. There was a day I chance upon the housekeeping staffs cleaning even the walk way display to the most meticulous detail. Junyi hotel really impressed me even though they were my last hotel throughout my 2weeks trip in China. So grateful! Thank you so much!

It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

This is my first time traveling to China and the first time I was very impressed, both the accommodation and the people. This hotel welcomed me very well, provided tea, the staff were smiling, even the housekeeper was lovely. The hotel is clean, beautiful, near the main road and many important places, easy to travel. If I have a chance to go to China again, I will definitely stay here again.

I don't know how much I can thank the staff of this hotel for giving me the best treat for my birthday, especially by upgrading my room with a window-view and a bath-tub, thank you so much, because you put me gave me a window-view, I saw snow falling, on the day of my birthday! Everything about the hotel is very commendable for me: location (near Central Street), cleanliness, service, and facilities! Their services are even over the top for giving me snacks for my overnight flight! Thank you so much for the very nice experience on my first visit in Harbin! ^_^

This was my first time staying here, and overall I was very satisfied. When I first arrived, I didn’t have high expectations since the lobby is not located on the ground floor. However, once I went up to the 4th floor, the lobby felt spacious and luxurious. The check-in process was fairly standard, taking around 10 minutes. The staff had limited English skills, and there was no warm welcome as you might expect from a four-star hotel. However, since this is in China, this may simply be the local standard. I stayed in a room for three people. The room was not very spacious, but still acceptable for three large suitcases. One strange thing was that only two towels were provided, and even until check-out, they were never replenished to three, despite the room being booked for three guests. The room heater worked well. There was no bidet in the toilet, and the shower’s hot water was sometimes inconsistent, occasionally turning cold unexpectedly. The TV channels were limited to local Chinese channels only, and the TV was not a smart TV. Breakfast was quite varied and tasted good. The location is excellent — about a 7-minute walk to Zhongyang Street, a 2-minute walk to Sophia Cathedral, around an 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is directly connected to a mall next door, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the supermarket for daily needs. Overall, it’s a fairly good option. If I visit Harbin again, I would consider staying at this hotel again, especially considering the reasonable price for such a strategic location.

What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

My recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!

Xin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10
