"Nice clean hotel. Very good airport shuttle service . Room was small but everything was spotless. Had a small problem with foot massager not working, but the front desk agent addressed the issue. Traditional breakfast was tasty and very reasonably priced. If you need a clean place to stay that is close to the airport, this hotel works fine. Obviously there were some minor language differences, but our host was very accommodating and helpful. Visa card was accepted , but if you wish to use cash, please have the correct currency as there are very limited currency exchange . Overall, this nice little hotel served our purposes just fine for an overnight stay close to the airport."

"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jenjue Boutique Hotel in Harbin, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The front office team was always approachable, ready to assist with questions, and patient in guiding us on directions and local addresses. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome.
The hotel's breakfast was cost-efficient, delicious, and nutritious. I appreciated the variety, as they prepared different meals each day. Plus, the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch—just ask the front office staff, and they will be more than happy to provide it.
Location-wise, Jenjue Boutique Hotel couldn't be more convenient. It's just a short walk to Wanda Plaza and various shopping malls, and the subway station is only about five minutes away, making it easy to explore the city.
The room was immaculate, with a comfortable bed and a lovely window view that added to the overall ambiance.

"Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for.

Location /Convenience- The hotel is 150 meters from the start of ZhongYang Street and about 400 meters from Shangzhi Street Metro Station.
Cleanliness - Towels and rubbish bins are changed daily.
Bed sheets are not replaced daily as part of environmental saving. It changes the bedsheets every three nights. This is an ongoing hotel industry policies.
Customer Service- Front Desk Staff are professional but with extra effort Zhaoling Xiao and Liulimin went extra mile to guide us in reconfirming our flight and information to specific sites.
Taxi Drivers via roadside hailing boarding were honest and courteous. These are unofficial ambassadors of China and Harbin. Because of them, I decided to revisit Chinatown.
Courtesy - In public areas, there is a general lack of courtesy in all age groups but those in hospitality are professional. We also made every effort to always be courteous to local people.
I am looking forward to visiting Heilongjiang soon.

"I forgot to take picture of our hotel room 😂.. but the location is just across of Zongyang Street. We went to Zhongyang Street everyday during out 3 days stay here. The room was for 4 pax but when i informed them through Trip.com there were 5 of us the provided bath towels for 5 pax. Breakfast was plenty and the most delicious among the 5 hotels we stay during our January 2025 Harbin trip. Recomended."

MM223340****這次哈爾濱之旅的華點就是在雪谷！就是因為住宿選得好~客棧老闆娘和老闆新福哥超級温柔，下車時還來接我們，進入客棧的第一印象就是温馨，是温柔的力量顯化，暖乎乎的炕和香噴噴的飯菜，真的很有歸宿感~酸菜豬肉餡餃子很好吃，酸菜脆脆的，和廣東的不一樣，更別提這勁道的餃子皮了~鐵鍋燉更是饞哭我了，超正宗的柴火鐵鍋燉，衹在電視裏見過，東北果然是糧倉，鍋貼的玉米香越嚼越香，第一晚吃的是小雞燉蘑菇，第二晚吃的是排骨，真的是雞有雞味，豬有豬味，土豆有土豆味還非常軟糯，廣東人最高評價了哈哈哈~~早餐的五常大米粥簡直了，第一次吃粘度那麼高的米，真的超級香，配上涼菜真的是一絕。晚上還玩了潑水成冰，新福哥手把手教學，一次成功！超棒！！第二天還去了霧凇嶺，新福哥帶路超有安全感！第一次來到緯度這麼高的地方！第一次見雪！真的好興奮！！客棧周邊環境很棒，還修了條滑道，還有很多積雪，很乾凈，晚上還能看見滿天的星星~客房很大，熱水熱得很快，水壓也高，第一次睡炕，比想象中還舒服，不硬，棉胎也暖和，在廣東冬天睡覺都沒試過從頭暖到腳板底的哈哈哈，簡直太舒適了！從硬件設施到人文關懷都是一等一的好~新福客棧，真的有給我們家的感覺。感恩的心❤️謝謝！（最後5張照片是霧凇嶺，簡直是仙境，再次感謝新福哥帶我們玩，感謝老闆娘對我們的關照，咱們下次見噢~）

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

MMisafir KullanıcıHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

WWPWThe location of the hotel is excellent, with a large convenience store nearby, making it very convenient for travelers. The room size was decent, and the staff were nice and helpful-especially the doorman. Free bottled water and luggage storage are nice touches. It would be more convenient if there were a clothes hanger in the shower room.
However, I believe the hotel management should have some improvement. We booked a City-View Superior Family Room, but were given a standard City-View Family Room, which is a lower-priced option instead. There was no explanation or apology provided, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, the booking mentioned a free magnet gift, but we had to ask for it ourselves—something the staff should have been aware of.
Overall, while the location and basic amenities were good, better attention to booking details and guest communication would greatly improve the experience.

CChunxiaqiudong酒店門口是一條單行線，路兩側都可以停車，但是一小時6塊，晚上8點到早上7點不要錢，酒店門口好像有幾個免費的車位，反正我是沒佔到，也沒見他空出來過，開車來的朋友一定要注意。
酒店走着去大教堂，也就幾分鐘，算是比較方便，性價比還是不錯的。
酒店應該開的時間挺長的了，房間都不大，有一點值得表揚，就是水特別沖！酒店服務員態度也不錯。

We appreciated the cleanliness throughout the property.
The presence of a humidifier in the room was a great addition, especially because it helped combat the dryness inside. It contributed to a more comfortable atmosphere.
The room temperature tended to be on the warmer side, requiring us to open the window slightly for cooler air. However, leaving it open overnight could potentially lead to catching a cold, so caution is advised.
There were no issues with the hot water supply for showering, ensuring a comfortable bathing experience.
The bed linens were clean and fresh, and the pillows provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
Convenient Ski Access: The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts. The ski area was just outside, allowing easy access to the slopes.
Hassle-Free Ski Experience: The hotel provided all the necessary ski gear, which was already prepared in the lockers. This hassle-free arrangement allowed us to travel light and enjoy a seamless ski getaway.
Alternative Dining Options: For those who may not prefer Chinese cuisine, there is a nearby KFC that offers a view of the slopes. It's a nice option to have for a change of taste.
Breakfast Buffet: The hotel included a breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of food options. Though not extensive, it was sufficient and enjoyable.
One area that could use improvement is the hotel's restaurant. It appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
The staff at Yabu Loni Hotel Yabuli were truly amazing. MS WAN XINTONG and her team went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. Despite our limited Mandarin language skills, they made every effort to address our concerns and ensure our needs were met. Ms. Wan Xintong even took the initiative to arrange activities and airport transfers for us, ensuring our safe and timely arrival at the high-speed bullet train station.
Staff Mr. Xia Xiangxing from the ski department was truly amazing and extremely helpful throughout our ski session.
Mr. Xia Xiangxing went above and beyond to ensure that our ski experience was enjoyable and well-organized. He took the initiative to arrange a ski instructor for both me and my friend, which greatly enhanced our skiing skills and overall experience on the slopes.
His assistance guided us through the process of selecting the appropriate equipment and ensuring that everything was well-prepared for our skiing sessions. His attention to detail and willingness to assist made us feel supported and taken care of.
Thanks to Mr. Xia Xiangxing's assistance, we were able to make the most of our time on the slopes and enjoy a memorable skiing experience.

IIBRAHIM إِبۡرَاهِيمَ 依布拉欣If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed.
On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee.
One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to strip your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.
