Me and my husband with three kids from Canada came to China to travel. Our kids have never been to China before and this is their first time traveling to China. We stayed at this beautiful Hua Xia Qu She B&B, the butler and owner were very friendly, we really like the decoration style of this place, and the accommodation supplies were also very complete. The shower and hot water were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. My kids likes small animals. there are cats and dogs in the B&B they are very friendly and suitable for playing with children. Here, we went to Sun mountain Ski Resort, Tiger Park, Train Museum etc. my kids first time watched fireworks here and left them unforgettable memories.The owner also gave us a lot of travel advice and guidance, which made our journey very smooth and enjoyable! We would definitely come again in the future.

For the price paid, the hotel is good and clean. All the plugs are with universal plug so I don't even need to use my converter plug which is great! Due to the weather outside, inside can be quite stuffy as in Singapore we are too used to air-conditioning. But opening the window a little bit did help. They have a tub too.. nearby just behind the hotel there a playground and area to play with snow.. the big mall is also nearby..

The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

It was awesome hotel with superb service from top to bottom. From the time we reached there butler and service staff to welcome us. The reception is at 54 floor, you have take the escalator up and register your stay. Then take the second escalator down to your room of another escavator is you are staying in executive suites. Very interesting, to get down you need to go up to level 54 and take the lift down. To get to the bar u need to take the lift 58. Very nice lounge with interesting cocktails. They use electric toilet bowl which is convenient when the very cold. Been staying here 3 nights when I reached Will come back and stay in the hotel again if I am back to Harbin.

We recently stayed in Yabuli and cannot speak highly enough of our host, 董姐. Her kindness and dedication truly transformed our ski vacation from a simple trip into a wonderful, stress-free experience. From the moment we arrived, she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. She didn't just help us rent ski equipment; she ensured we got well-fitted gear, saving us time and hassle. Her help went far beyond the expected when she even assisted us in buying breakfast, offering great local suggestions. The highlight was her personal touch in arranging for us to experience authentic local cuisine. She didn't just give us a name; she made arrangements and helped us get to a fantastic local restaurant we would never have found on our own. It was the best meal of our trip! What sets 董姐apart is her genuine care. She wasn't just providing a service; she felt like a friendly local guide, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment at every step. Her hospitality made us feel welcome and well-looked after. If you are planning a trip to Yabuli, we highly recommend staying with her. Her exceptional service and warm heart are exactly what you need to enjoy this beautiful region to the fullest. Thank you for everything!

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to everyone out there looking for hotel in Harbin

The hotel does very little to communicate and fully explain in detail to their guests when they check in, we did not know that the hotel was offering dinner to their to its guest on the day of our arrival, we had to ask around, and in so doing it seemed as though we where trying to get crush for a free dinner, the package we booked for had an executive lounge happy hour and light dinner, we had to prove ourselves that we had booked and paid for a package deal. The hotel really needs to improve on their service and alert their guests on what is happening in the hotel so as to avoid embarrassing and unnecessary confusion. The room was clean, but the amenities offered are not up to par. The air conditioner was not making the room cool enough. The room was hot, and the air was tight. The food was good and we were satisfied, this was the best part for my family and I, we where actually skeptical thinking that it's going to be all Chinese but surprisingly we ate more than we anticipated for. The hotel is a good hotel. Would i recommend someone to go and stay there? Yes! But they need to seriously improve on communication and overall service towards their guests, especially foreign guests who want to try out Chinese cuisines, you need to raise the bar and look for service providers who are bilingual so as to facilitate a good service. And please add more pastry recipes to your menu 😋

All thanks goes to Sunny she really made our stay worthwhile. She is an awesome person, very jovial, warm, and friendly, she really went above and beyond to cater for our breakfast on the day, and am sure she communicated well with the rest of the stuff to have us catered for on our second day during our stay for breakfast as well. Thank you so much Marriott staff for making our stay very enjoyable, The breakfast was good, though I feel you need to add more variety for non Chinese guests so that we have a plethora of food choices. But overall, we had a relaxed time and my family was really happy 😊 thank you for your great service.

房間很大，衞生也不錯，就是温泉裝修陳舊。温泉水很乾凈。 温泉水熱，室內温度較低，在水裡泡着熱，出來冷。有游泳池，水温也較低，遊一會得去温泉池泡一會，人不多，室外池子很不錯。 總結，酒店房間大，乾淨，床寬。室外温泉乾淨，選擇性多。室內温泉區冰火兩重天，餐廳味道還可以，消費平民，有汗蒸房，休息大廳，免費給泳圈打氣，水上大鴨子出租20元，屬實驚喜。
