"A Wonderful Stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (Beijing Panjiayuan Fangzhuang Subway Station) From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel genuinely welcome. They kindly upgraded us to a larger room with more comfortable beds, which was a lovely surprise. One staff member in particular, 小红, stood out for her exceptional friendliness and professionalism. She patiently answered all our questions and went out of her way to ensure our stay was safe and comfortable. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary laundry service offered by the housekeeping team — a fantastic perk for travelers who prefer to pack light and freshen up their clothes during their stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Many thanks to 小红 and the entire team for making our visit so pleasant and memorable!"

"Otel muhteşem, çok iyi bir konumda, gerçekten merkezi, Yasak Şehir, Wangfujing vb. yerlere çok yakın. Personel de gerçekten mükemmel. Otele vardığımızda 10 yaşındaki oğlum pasaportu da dahil olmak üzere küçük çantasını takside unutmuş. Resepsiyon personeli son derece hızlı tepki verdi. CCTV kayıtlarında taksinin plakasını bulamadılar. Müdür hemen karakola başvurdu ve Bay Dylan Dou bize eşlik etti. Oğlumu rahatlatmak için zaman ayırdı ve karakol ofisinde bizimle birlikte bekledi. Bu işletmeyi şiddetle tavsiye ederim; çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Pekin'e bir sonraki seyahatimizde tekrar geleceğiz."

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. I stayed one night. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Fiona at the front desk speaks English and is very polite and helpful. I stayed in room 3080. It gave a 5 star experience. Yvonne at the concierge desk is absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond to assist me with ordering some things I urgently needed late at night. She is very polite and kind. She is definitely irreplaceable and very much appreciated! Overall, the experience was great and I will be sure to stay here again when I visit Beijing!!"

"We recently stayed for 3 days at this hotel as a family with an infant and while the overall stay was pleasant, I feel compelled to share some important points that made our experience fall short of what we expected from a five-star establishment. To begin with, we had booked a Premier Suite, anticipating a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, several issues left us feeling like we were staying in a three-star hotel at best. * Cleanliness was disappointing — the floors were visibly dirty, and when we wiped them with a white towel, it turned dark. Photos attached clearly show the level of cleanliness we encountered. * The room showed noticeable wear and tear, with interior elements feeling aged and in need of refurbishment. Some parts felt like they hadn’t been updated in decades. * On our last night, the bathroom light could not be turned off, which made it very difficult to sleep. With our baby already asleep, we couldn’t call anyone to fix it without disturbing her. * The spinning chair in the room looked stylish but made loud, unpleasant noises, making it impossible to sit and relax in peace. * Several power sockets (about four) were not working, which was frustrating — especially when we tried to make tea or charge devices. We had to use inconveniently placed sockets instead. * A lingering smell of cigarette smoke was present in the room throughout our stay, suggesting the furniture and fabrics have absorbed it over time. * The female sauna was completely non-functional, which was a disappointment. * We consistently pressed the ”Do Not Disturb” button, hoping for privacy, but every time we left the room, it was cleaned despite our request. While it's nice that the room was cleaned, our preference should have been respected. * We also attempted to order food by phone twice, and our orders were never received. Whether this was due to a language barrier or other reasons remains unclear — but it was frustrating nonetheless. Considering that Sofitel is a well-established and globally recognized luxury hotel brand, you would never expect to come across such issues. All of the above certainly will influence our families and our friends future decisions when choosing Sofitel hotels . I want to stress that the stay overall wasn’t terrible — we enjoyed our time together as a family and had some positive moments. However, the above issues significantly detracted from what should have been a premium five-star experience. For the price and rating, we expected more attention to detail and basic functionality."

"I wanted to give a Golden Stars to Akeno staffs, SPECIAL thanks esp. To Mr Zhong. He is superb helpful as we took a night flight and didnt slept well, arrived as early at 8am. He manage to upgrade our room and we had our check in ard 10am. My bb and I were overly exhausted almost fallen asleep in the restaurant. ( b1st were nice soup mianxian, although with not much variety) 5***** Cleanliness & Hygiene is our main concern. Very spacious large room, remote curtains, heater, big tub, 1WC, 1 bathroom were all spic and span clean, AC is adjustable too. It was such a wonderful trip to BJ. We will surely visit Akeno again! Very gentle lady rings 30mins before our checkout if we would like to extend our stay or they can extend checkout timing for us too. So warmth and lovely! I made the right choice booking experience. "Bu oteli konumu ve oda büyüklüğü nedeniyle seviyoruz. Yer çok lüks ama geliştirilebilecek bir şey odaların sıcaklığı. Isıtıcıyı aşırı kullandılar ve düşürmelerini istemek zorunda kaldık. Hala çok sıcaktı. Oda penceresini açmalarını istedik ama hala çok sıcaktı. Kahvaltı, bazı iyileştirme alanları ile çok iyiydi. Büfe, restoranın bir bölümünde sıkışık görünüyordu. Bazı öğelerin konumu en stratejik olanı değildi. Örneğin, biraz meyve almak için salata barındaki diğer öğelerin hemen üzerinde olmanız gerekiyor. İnsanlar kelimenin tam anlamıyla yiyeceklerin üzerinde nefes alabiliyordu. Genel olarak bu otel harika ama odalarda ve spor salonunun/havuzun ıslak alanında büyük bir yükseltmeye ihtiyaç var. Oradaki duşların biraz çalışmaya ihtiyacı var. Buhar odası çalışmıyordu. Sadece kuru sauna çalışıyordu. Ayrıca daha iyi temizliğe ihtiyacı var"

"As a five star hotel, one still can tell there is a gap in service level compared to others. An example is when I asked the bellman to take luggages and help my parents to their room, he looked surprised/unexpected. Later, when I asked the same person about the direction to a restaurant, he simply told me he doesn’t know. It turned out that the restaurant is next door, 10 meters to the left after going out of the gate. I had a hard time believing the response I got and intentionally told the same person about whereabout of the restaurant after I came back to confirm my perception, and the facial response I got tells me he doesn’t care. This is a startling contrast to other 5 star hotels."

"8 ve 10 yaşındaki çocuklarım konaklamalarından keyif aldılar. Odada küvet olması hoşlarına gitti. Özellikle bütün gün yağmur yağarken yüzebilmeleri çok hoşlarına gitti. Odanın tasarımı eski olsa da konfor sunuyor. Yastıklarda boncuklar var, uyumak çok keyifli. King yatak büyük, 4 kişilik bir aile uyuyabilir. Ayrıca güzel bir bahçeleri var, yağmur yağdığı ve yerin ıslak olması nedeniyle yürüyüşe çıkamadığımız için çok üzüldük. Kazın etrafta dolaştığını görebildik. Personel ilgili ve kibar. Paket teslimatımla ilgili bir sorun yaşadım. Yerini bulmama yardımcı olmak için emek ve zaman harcadılar. Oda genişti, küçük bir masa ve iki sandalye vardı, bu da paket sipariş ettiğimizde yemek yememizi kolaylaştırdı. Paket servisi otelin girişindeki güvercin yuvalarına bırakabilir ve oradan alabilirsiniz. Mac Donald’s, Lawson Mart, bir fırın. Ayrıca helal bir restoran olan 紫光园 3-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Restoranın kahvaltı ve öğle/akşam yemeği için farklı menüleri var. Yemekler lezzetli (öğle/akşam yemeğini daha çok seviyoruz). Metroya yürüyerek gitmek biraz zaman alacak. B çıkışı otele en yakın çıkış. 1 numaralı metro hattında çeşitli turistik yerlere ulaşmak kolay, çünkü çeşitli turistik yerler burada bulunuyor."
