A Pleasant Stay at a Brand-New Hanting Hotel in Beijing. I recently stayed at this Hanting Hotel in Beijing during a winter trip in December 2025, and it turned out to be a great budget-friendly choice. As a brand-new property (opened right around this time), everything felt fresh and modern, which made the experience stand out compared to older chain hotels. The staff are friendly and pro-active to help considering my limited chinese. I give them 5 out 5 stars because thats is the same service level i get when i am in 5 star hotel. Location: The hotel is conveniently situated just outside a residential complex, literally a one-minute walk to the main street. It’s quiet yet accessible perfect for avoiding the hustle of central Beijing while still being close to amenities, shops, and transport options. No complaints here; it struck a nice balance between peace and convenience. Facilities and Design: The lobby is cozy and appropriately sized—not too grand, but welcoming. What surprised me pleasantly was how large the hotel actually is once you explore it. The overall design theme is warm and relaxing, with soothing tones and modern touches that create a calming atmosphere throughout. Room Experience: For the price point, the room was impressively spacious. It was sparkling clean (as expected from a new hotel), with a large, comfy bed topped with four plush pillow, perfect for a good night’s rest. There’s a big TV, and the bathroom is a decent size with a spacious shower and toilet. Winter in Beijing can be brutal, but the heater worked wonderfully, keeping the room toasty and comfortable. The real highlight was the smart features: voice commands control everything, lights, curtains, TV, and other appliances. It felt futuristic and super convenient! The One Drawback: The only downside I encountered was a lingering smoke smell in the corridor near the elevators on the second night. Apparently, a guest had smoked while walking to his room, and while the staff responded quickly by spraying air freshener, the ventilation system didn’t fully clear it out. I understand that smoking tolerance can be more lenient in some places in China (even in restaurants), but for a brand-new hotel in the capital, I hoped they’d enforce stricter no-smoking policies to set a better standard. It didn’t ruin the stay, but it was noticeable. Final Thoughts Overall, this Hanting Hotel exceeded my expectations for a budget chain, clean, modern, comfortable, and packed with thoughtful features like voice control and solid service from all the staffs. It’s a solid option for travelers wanting value without sacrificing quality. I’d stay again and recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something new and relaxing in Beijing. Just hope they tighten up on the smoking rules moving forward!

Odamdaki akıllı termostatla ilgili olarak, sıcaklığın beni rahatsız etmesi nedeniyle konaklamam sırasında bana yardımcı oldular, odayı nasıl daha serin hale getirebileceğim konusunda faydalı ipuçları verdiler ve anahtar kartımda sorun olduğunda hemen sorunu çözüp açıkladılar (Telefon veya diğer cihazlara çok yakın tutmayın, aksi takdirde manyetik özelliğini kaybeder). Tesisler: Otel, konaklamayı kolaylaştıran odalardaki akıllı kontroller de dahil olmak üzere kapsamlı ve akıllı tesislere sahiptir. Yemek sipariş ederseniz, robot aracılığıyla doğrudan kapınıza teslim edilir. Duştaki şampuan ve vücut jeli hoş bir kokuya sahipti, bu çok güzeldi. Havlu boyutu iyiydi, ortalamadan daha büyük bir bedene sahibim ve beni sardı. Ancak duş başlığımda püskürtme/sızma ile ilgili küçük sorunlar yaşadım, bu küçük bir şeydi ve kapı tabelamda ”rahatsız etmeyin” veya ”oda temizliği” işaretleri yanıp sönüyordu/çalışmıyordu. Bunu personele söylemeye vaktim olmadı, aksi takdirde hemen çözülürdü diye düşünüyorum. Odada çok fazla vakit geçirmediğim için bu da benim için sorun olmadı. Havalimanı Transferi: Belirli saatlerde WeChat üzerinden havalimanı karşılama ve bırakma hizmeti sunuyorlar; rezervasyon yapmadan önce onları eklemeniz gerekiyor, bu da benim için oldukça kullanışlıydı. Bırakma işlemini ayarladım ve sonunda hizmeti kullanmasam da, süreç boyunca iletişim mükemmeldi.

The service from the staff was absolutely excellent. To find the entrance of the hotel, you have to go alongside the left of the tower and use the lift as in the picture to go to level 5. The breakfast was a delicious buffet. The room with no external window was very quiet, clean, and functional, the mattresses large and firm but comfortable, we slept well. However, it was still a bit hot in November with no air-conditioning, so we had to leave the door open, as the corridor was cooler, but it was a bit strange for us. So, I would objectively rate the room 9/10 and the service 11/10, so 10/10 in total ;)

Hotel was about 15-20 min walk to the subway station, which consider pretty far. Not like what other review says it's within minutes walk. Will be difficult if you're pushing heavy luggage. Do take note that nearest station is DongZhimen station which by far, I've not found any elevator nor downward escalator, which will make it difficult when going to airport by subway train. There should be one downward escalator somewhere but eventually we decided to take a cab down which takes about $160 yuan for a 6 seater. A lot of eateries around the hotel area and a pharmacy next door which makes it convenient if touch wood , any co-traveller falls sick. But not a very friendly pharmacist there. Our hotel room is the bigger one with projector with movies. Just need to use WeChat app to scan to access. Basic stuff provided in the hotel. Anything else, you have to ask , eg shaver, or floss etc but no safe and fridge , wardrobe though. There is a Korean restaurant in the hotel which makes it convenient if you decide not to dine out. Customer service wise, housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request here and there. Except one day-shift front desk who is not too helpful nor friendly. Sometimes when we asked for extra bottles of water or tissue packs, she would be reluctant and ask for our room number to keep track of our usage. As my co-travellers caught a flu in between, we need more tissues. At one time, when I asked for two more packs of tissues, in the end she came up to tell me hotel run out of tissue and can only give me one pack, the rest is toilet rolls. But when later, I approach the housekeeping staff, the cleaner lady gladly handed me what I needed. Too bad I didn't know the name of the unfriendly front desk. But she's the smaller built size one. On the contrary, one night shift front desk is to totally extremely helpful and friendly, she goes by the name ”Xiao Li staff number 000”. As my co-travellers fall sick in the middle of the night, running fever and catching cold and cough, I have nowhere to buy medication. She helped me to order online with ”mei tuan” which we foreigners have no way to order unless with a local number. She even offered me more water and tissue packs without me requesting. The next early morning, when I walked past the reception to get my breakfast, she even asked how my co-travellers are doing and whether they recovering. On the day of departure, she helped me with the booking of a cab to airport and gave me a few pointers going to airport. Her presence make me gives an extra star to this hotel. She is definitely the best staff in the hotel. Overall, if you are travelling alone or with adults companion, this hotel is considered decent but with children, you may want to be prepared to walk more or take a cab to any of your destinations.

設施：這家酒店的設施設備齊全。 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔。 環境：環境簡單幽靜。 服務：前台服務很熱情。入住他們家酒店旁邊新城市廣場有一家停車場，收費還可以，性價比挺高的，因為他們家酒店的位置在臨街，所以説比較方便。對於我們出行來説的話，出來旅遊還是挺方便的，雖然説他們家沒有停車場，但是酒店對面停車也挺方便的，還是總體來説還是挺滿意的。前台服務也挺好的，還貼心的給我們介紹周邊的停車場哪些比較實惠的一些停車位非常喜歡他們家酒店的服務熱情周到，酒店下面還有茶飲可以喝，在外面太冷了，然後可以感受到這家酒店的温度和温暖，還是比較滿意的。推薦一下這家酒店。

Otel iki metro istasyonunun ortasında oldukça merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Her istasyona 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otel temiz. İhtiyacınız olan her şey var. Otelin hemen altında bir süpermarket bulunmaktadır. Yakınlarında birkaç kafe bulunmaktadır. Personel güler yüzlü, kendileriyle online tercüman aracılığıyla iletişim kurduk, ama bu konuda hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık. Benim odam küçük tek kişilikti, tek kişi için yeterliydi ama iki kişiyseniz daha büyük bir oda seçmeniz daha iyi olur, otelin böyle odaları var.

高中生一同出遊，錦江之星和平店是同事推薦的，確實不錯，性價比高，交通方便，環境安靜。服務也非常好，入住前有詢問，知道是小朋友還特意關照。看到撥來的是銀川駐京辦的電話也感到很親切。

不得不誇一下這家酒店的服務，每一位員工都熱情周到，讓人如沐春風。房間佈置温馨，設施齊全，尤其是衞生間的細節處理非常到位。早餐種類繁多，美味可口。下次還會選擇這裏。

Super séjour de 6 nuits au cœur de Beijing. L’hôtel est calme et le service est impeccable. Les personnes en charge de l’accueil sont très aimable et super serviable ! Toujours avec le sourire😁. Elles m’ont accueilli le soir vers minuit ! L’hôtel se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied du métro 东西 ligne 5&6, très pratique. Avec en plus une petite épicerie voisine de l’hôtel. Je recommande

Avantajı Nanluoguxiang'a yakın olması ve Davul Kulesi'nden uzak olmaması.Dezavantajı ise plastik terlik olmaması.Banyo yaparken sadece tek kullanımlık terlikler giyebilirsiniz.Çok kaygandırlar ve kolayca düşebilirler. Kaldığım odadaki klima maksimumda açıldı ve iki saat sonra sıcaklık 23 santigrat dereceye ulaştı, bu da aşırı kuruydu. Rüzgarın hızı kesildikten sonra sıcaklık hızla 20 santigrat dereceye düştü. soğuk ve kuruydu ve bütün gece pek uyuyamadım. En memnun olmadığım nokta otelin tavrıydı.Kızım prizde kırmızı bir ışık buldu ve kamera olduğundan şüphelendi.Bölgedeki bir polis arkadaşının teşviki ve yardımıyla karakolu aradı.Polis geldiğinde, USB gösterge ışığı olduğunu söylediler, bu ilk başta iyi değildi. Polise ve mağazaya sorun çıkarmaktan çok utandım ama daha sonra elektriğin tamamen kesileceğini beklemiyordum. Mağaza incelemenin yapıldığını söyledi Sebebini bulamadık, kızımla birlikte küçük, karanlık bir odada 40-50 dakika bekledik ve sonunda tamir edilemeyeceği söylendi. Elektrik olmadan ısıtma olmaz, yıkanmak veya sıcak su içmek mümkün değildir. Soyunma odalarını önerdim ama otel sahibi tamamen dolu olduklarını ve odayı değiştiremeyeceklerini, sadece paramı iade edip başka bir yerde kalabileceklerini söyledi. Akşam 10.30’da dışarı çıkıp otel aramamız söyleniyor, bu bir şaka değil mi? ! Hemen eşimi ve yakınlarda yemek yiyen arkadaşlarımı aradım, mağazayla yaptıkları pazarlık sonucunda bize yeni bir oda açmaları, eşimin arkadaşının da elektriği olmayan odada kalması yönünde anlaştılar. Oda değiştirdikten kısa bir süre sonra elektriği olmayan odada da elektrik vardı! Çok sinirlendim, dolu değil mi? Tamiri imkansız değil mi? İkimize de zorbalık mı yapıyorsun? Polisi aradığımız için bizi mi cezalandırıyorsunuz? Aslında çocukları dinlenmeye götürmek için çıkmıştım ama bu kadar yürek parçalayıcı bir şeyle karşılaşacağımı beklemiyordum! Hayatımda ilk kez polisi aradığım an gerçekten unutulmazdı!
