I love the staff who clean the toilet and bathroom frequently to ensure the amenities with cleanest possible.

MMisafir KullanıcıHotel was about 15-20 min walk to the subway station, which consider pretty far. Not like what other review says it's within minutes walk. Will be difficult if you're pushing heavy luggage. Do take note that nearest station is DongZhimen station which by far, I've not found any elevator nor downward escalator, which will make it difficult when going to airport by subway train. There should be one downward escalator somewhere but eventually we decided to take a cab down which takes about $160 yuan for a 6 seater. A lot of eateries around the hotel area and a pharmacy next door which makes it convenient if touch wood , any co-traveller falls sick. But not a very friendly pharmacist there.
Our hotel room is the bigger one with projector with movies. Just need to use WeChat app to scan to access.
Basic stuff provided in the hotel. Anything else, you have to ask , eg shaver, or floss etc but no safe and fridge , wardrobe though.
There is a Korean restaurant in the hotel which makes it convenient if you decide not to dine out.
Customer service wise, housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating our request here and there. Except one day-shift front desk who is not too helpful nor friendly. Sometimes when we asked for extra bottles of water or tissue packs, she would be reluctant and ask for our room number to keep track of our usage. As my co-travellers caught a flu in between, we need more tissues. At one time, when I asked for two more packs of tissues, in the end she came up to tell me hotel run out of tissue and can only give me one pack, the rest is toilet rolls. But when later, I approach the housekeeping staff, the cleaner lady gladly handed me what I needed. Too bad I didn't know the name of the unfriendly front desk. But she's the smaller built size one.
On the contrary, one night shift front desk is to totally extremely helpful and friendly, she goes by the name ”Xiao Li staff number 000”. As my co-travellers fall sick in the middle of the night, running fever and catching cold and cough, I have nowhere to buy medication. She helped me to order online with ”mei tuan” which we foreigners have no way to order unless with a local number. She even offered me more water and tissue packs without me requesting. The next early morning, when I walked past the reception to get my breakfast, she even asked how my co-travellers are doing and whether they recovering. On the day of departure, she helped me with the booking of a cab to airport and gave me a few pointers going to airport. Her presence make me gives an extra star to this hotel. She is definitely the best staff in the hotel.
Overall, if you are travelling alone or with adults companion, this hotel is considered decent but with children, you may want to be prepared to walk more or take a cab to any of your destinations.

РРом@Otel iki metro istasyonunun ortasında oldukça merkezi bir konumda yer alıyor. Her istasyona 5 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. Otel temiz. İhtiyacınız olan her şey var. Otelin hemen altında bir süpermarket bulunmaktadır. Yakınlarında birkaç kafe bulunmaktadır. Personel güler yüzlü, kendileriyle online tercüman aracılığıyla iletişim kurduk, ama bu konuda hiçbir zorluk yaşamadık.
Benim odam küçük tek kişilikti, tek kişi için yeterliydi ama iki kişiyseniz daha büyük bir oda seçmeniz daha iyi olur, otelin böyle odaları var.

MMisafir KullanıcıAn excellent location HOWEVER the overall quality of the place was substandard. Considering the images made the place look modern and clean, we were very disappointed - you can find much higher quality, cleaner places in Beijing elsewhere. Many other negatives as well which I listed below.
Some positives were that amenities were generally well provided (HOWEVER they do not have a dryer, refused to provide washing detergent, and did not have enough towels for everyone, instead providing ‘disposable towel kits’ which were a poor replacement). The host is responsive and there is a 24 hour help desk. There is a 24/7 Chagee and convenience store below which was really great. Someone also comes to tidy up and restock amenities everyday - they also provided free water bottles which was great.
There were plenty of negatives not including the ones aforementioned. Our place was on the top of the building and unfortunately during the morning and afternoon the rooms would become extremely stuffy and hot (as the sun would make the place unbearably hot). However, because it was winter time, regulations mean that we cannot use the aircon (it only releases warm/hot air). The only solution was to open the old windows fully (which meant loud roadside noises would come in, howling winds, and insects YET it still did not adequately solve the stuffy heat problem). Another huge negative was that despite the place advertising two showers, both showers were actually in the SAME bathroom. Hence with a group of 8, everyone had to shower 1 by 1 waiting for the same shower. Other negatives include the place generally seeming more rundown than the pictures suggested, there was even a cockroach in the room. One of the bathrooms had a very musty, old stench to it that was very unpleasant. The couch also had many ugly stains and was clearly super old. Further, there was a neighbour down the corridor with chihuahuas who would piss on the hallway and you’d have to dodge a new puddle everyday - and no one ever cleaned it up, it would dry up on the corridor.
Overall, the location is great, but plenty of negatives which means I would certainly not return to this booking, and certainly not recommend it. They call it a hotel, but it’s really just a mediocre, serviced apartment in an old building.

1. Free Room Upgrade: I initially booked a single room, but to my surprise, they upgraded me to a double-bed room at no extra cost.
2. Exceptional Support for Foreigners:As a foreigner, it can be difficult to communicate in China because most people don’t speak English. However, the hotel front desk staff were incredibly helpful. They supported me at every step and gave their 200% effort to solve any issue instantly via WeChat.
3. Clean & Comfortable Room: My room was 100% neat and clean. Housekeeping provided all necessary amenities daily, ensuring maximum comfort.
4. Great Location: The hotel is surrounded by plenty of Chinese restaurants, and there's even a McDonald’s within 500 meters — making it easy to find good food nearby.
5. Delicious Breakfast Buffet:The hotel offers a buffet-style breakfast every morning, with a wide variety of tasty and high-quality food options.
6. Free Airport Drop-off:After checkout, the hotel even provided me with a free drop-off service to the airport, which was incredibly convenient and thoughtful.
I couldn’t find a single drawback during my 10-day solo trip in Beijing. If I come here again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

MMisafir Kullanıcıi would like to thank the hotel staff a lot for being accomodating and helpful to our group as there were miscommunications as we didn't know chinese and relied on translation apps that weren't accurate for the most part. i acknowledge that they did extra things that came with having guests like us who couldn't understand chinese (ex. how to work the washing machine for example, or letting us borrow their wechat to deliver food the first night because we were hungry and there was no place to eat that was open on that day-CNY) and they helped as in every step as much as they can, which i really appreciated.
the hotel cleans the rooms every 3rd day too but they always give new towels, and water bottles and slippers every day. which i think are very kind of them. the rooms are VERY spacy too which is great. the beds were comfortable as well. you can also request toothbrushes if you need more. there;s a lso a very good and restaurant next to the hotel that is open very late if anyone was wondering (esp since the location is a bit far from others). the washing machine was very confusing though because we would wait for the whole time it would say it would take to finish, but when we would check after that stated time, it would add like another hour. and it would do that every time so we had to physically ask to override the machine everytime we would need our clothes.
only downside was there was miscommunication with communicating through trip.com and the hotel because i would message trip for help and they would say that the hotel said one thing but then it wouldn't exactly be correct. (like my family wanted to get the coat rack fixed because it was broken and it was maybe 3 days before it was fixed--the problem was trip told us it was already fixed in the 2nd day? so it was a bit confusing when we arrived. the hotel staff were very kind though and fixed it on the 3rd when we specifically went up to the front desk for help). i also think trip.com should maybe not put that breakfast is available as the hotel breakfast is a bit debatable and not a full meal. my father need FULL meals for his medication so one factor for our booking this hotel was because there was breakfast available. but the hotel only provides a few fruits, boiled eggs, and plain toast. so we often got breakfast outside still.
overall, the hotel itself and hotel staff was very good and comfortable to stay with! thank you!

Kaldığım odadaki klima maksimumda açıldı ve iki saat sonra sıcaklık 23 santigrat dereceye ulaştı, bu da aşırı kuruydu. Rüzgarın hızı kesildikten sonra sıcaklık hızla 20 santigrat dereceye düştü. soğuk ve kuruydu ve bütün gece pek uyuyamadım. En memnun olmadığım nokta otelin tavrıydı.Kızım prizde kırmızı bir ışık buldu ve kamera olduğundan şüphelendi.Bölgedeki bir polis arkadaşının teşviki ve yardımıyla karakolu aradı.Polis geldiğinde, USB gösterge ışığı olduğunu söylediler, bu ilk başta iyi değildi. Polise ve mağazaya sorun çıkarmaktan çok utandım ama daha sonra elektriğin tamamen kesileceğini beklemiyordum. Mağaza incelemenin yapıldığını söyledi Sebebini bulamadık, kızımla birlikte küçük, karanlık bir odada 40-50 dakika bekledik ve sonunda tamir edilemeyeceği söylendi. Elektrik olmadan ısıtma olmaz, yıkanmak veya sıcak su içmek mümkün değildir. Soyunma odalarını önerdim ama otel sahibi tamamen dolu olduklarını ve odayı değiştiremeyeceklerini, sadece paramı iade edip başka bir yerde kalabileceklerini söyledi. Akşam 10.30’da dışarı çıkıp otel aramamız söyleniyor, bu bir şaka değil mi? ! Hemen eşimi ve yakınlarda yemek yiyen arkadaşlarımı aradım, mağazayla yaptıkları pazarlık sonucunda bize yeni bir oda açmaları, eşimin arkadaşının da elektriği olmayan odada kalması yönünde anlaştılar. Oda değiştirdikten kısa bir süre sonra elektriği olmayan odada da elektrik vardı! Çok sinirlendim, dolu değil mi? Tamiri imkansız değil mi? İkimize de zorbalık mı yapıyorsun? Polisi aradığımız için bizi mi cezalandırıyorsunuz? Aslında çocukları dinlenmeye götürmek için çıkmıştım ama bu kadar yürek parçalayıcı bir şeyle karşılaşacağımı beklemiyordum! Hayatımda ilk kez polisi aradığım an gerçekten unutulmazdı!
