在停車的時候就有管家在旁邊等待了，看得出來服務非常貼心。到了大堂辦理入住的時候，也有免費的小吃飲料可以品嚐，更讓我開心的是，還幫我們免費升級了房間，可以更好地去欣賞雁棲湖的美景，房間的桌子上有水果和酒品可以享用，還能聞到管家提前準備好的香薰，讓我沒想到的是浴室的地上也貼心地鋪上了防滑墊。管家還去拿了我們的行李送到房間，讓我沒想到的是當天氣温有點低，管家居然還把放在車上的厚衣服也拿了下來，可以看出超級貼心了！！！本來一開始的時候就説拿行李，後來等人家去拿的時候才想起來，結果沒想到人家貼心地把厚衣服給拿了過來！！！還參加了下午文化之旅，可以更進一步地去了解酒店的設計風格和理念。餐食也很不錯😌，酒店的設施，衞生，環境都很棒！！更不用説管家的服務了，特別好！！！推薦來雁棲湖的家人們入住這個酒店，如果以後我們還會去的話還會再次選擇雁柏山莊的！！！

Thank Mr Balan and his team. We enjoyed the healing wellness and learned the correct technique of breathing. Thanks Mr Bob Chu taking care of us very well at hotspring. It is better than in Japan and Taiwan. First time we enjoyed outdoor hotspring without getting cold as there was private toilet and heater. Mr Bob provides us towel and water. The team also provide us cake for birthday celebration. We will definitely come again and refer our friends here.

週末從深圳飛抵北京，雖然是一場短暫的相遇，卻因華爾道夫而變得格外從容，特別感謝私人禮賓Murphy從抵京前的細緻溝通，到入住時的無縫銜接，都讓我們倍感安心。 期間Chloe的服務響應及時,早晚送來的問候和關心，以及我們有需求都會第一時間迴應我們。原本緊湊的行程，因為貪戀這裏的舒適與靜謐，我們毫不猶豫選擇了延住一天，也十分推薦大家來體驗一下北京華爾道夫的四合院。

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, and the experience was truly wonderful. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and professional. Every interaction was pleasant, and we felt genuinely welcomed. The in-room facilities and services far exceeded our expectations and added great value to our stay. We left with an excellent impression of the hotel and its commitment to quality. I would like to thank the hotel management for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-organized. I truly appreciate the high standards maintained throughout our stay. I now look forward to receiving the refund for the room deposit soon. Thank you again for making our visit memorable.

酒店的服務還是挺好的，前台熱情迎客，主動幫助拿行李，服務人員彬彬有禮，有問必答。由於初來乍到，對酒店的結構佈局和路線不是太瞭解，前台主動將我們送到房間，服務員耐心指引從酒店進入園區的路線，當我駐足看園區的遊覽圖時，有人上前主動介紹園區的情況，如何看燈會等。特別值得一提的是，房間內有一台膠囊咖啡機，夫人愛喝咖啡，但是不會用，於是把前台服務員叫來，示範操作了一遍，順利解決了問題，還送來足夠數量的瓶裝水供使用， 酒店的建築很有特色，外觀一派江南風味。酒店設施一流，房間夠大、裝修古香古色，傢俱齊備，物品放置方便，衞生間面積較大，乾濕分離，還有一個大浴缸可泡澡。前台特意把我們安排在了朝陽的房間，供暖設備有熱風和地暖雙管齊下，室温白天可達25度，夜間23.5度，供暖不錯。 坐落在園區內，是酒店得天獨厚的一個條件，無論是白天遊園還是晚上看燈會，都可自由出入園區。酒店還準備了一些特色活動，如世園湯泉泡温泉的門票，距酒店開車約10分鐘，雖前往稍有不便，但票面有3個月有效期，自己可靈活安排。入住當晚，酒店送了特色酸奶和小食品，離開時，又送了一個小禮物。 這個園區距城裡較遠，工作日客人不多，對於酒店提供的早餐，我是做好了沒有自助餐而提供套餐的思想準備的。但是沒有想到的是，這個套餐的品種極為豐富，質量很高，用餐期間，服務員詢問吃得夠不夠，要不要添加等，我們吃得很滿意。 在本酒店入住的體驗總體來説是好的，但也存在幾點不足： 1所提供的無線網絡不太穩定，時有掉線的情況發生。 2在網頁的設施服務內容上，寫有室內泳池，辦入住時，前台告知因人少現停開，當我們表示想參加這個體驗時，前台表示可以在上午為我們單開，後來我們考慮到停開後，室温和水温上升緩慢，可能不達標等因素，果斷放棄了。 3在網頁的設施服務內容上，寫有充電樁，但在地下停車場我沒有看到，經諮詢前台得知，在地上某處有2個特斯拉專用充電樁，看來這個定位不是對大眾羣體的。一聽是這樣，我也就放棄了充電的念想。 4在網頁的酒店政策內容上，標明早餐的營業時間是每天07:00—10:00開放，可被前台告知因照顧大多數客人睡懶覺的習慣，早餐時間改在了8點開始。雖然前台説可以為我們提前到7:30開始，但在人員的值班安排上會有一定的困難。為此我們更改了早起的習慣，睡了一次懶覺，也沒在7點30分去餐廳，而是熬到了8點才去。 我認為，既然已經寫在網頁上的承諾，就應該認真執行，如在執行中存在問題的話，那就應該改寫或取消某條款，或者採取一些變通的方法和措施。例如：因人少自助改套餐就做得很好，品種的豐富，製作的精美，數量的保證，這樣的套餐不僅展示了酒店的廚藝，還給客人帶來了良好的體驗。否則的話，酒店將在客人面前失去信譽。 我們和世園璞燊酒店還是有一定情緣的，早在2019年園區要辦廟會，那時酒店標價是兩千多元，我們就想住他一次。可惜因為疫情的原因，活動取消了。現在終於圓了這個念想，而且酒店的價格還這麼實惠，性價比這麼高，真是超值呀。如果你想看燈會，想遊園，來這裏入住，是一個不錯的選擇。祝願酒店能吸引更多的客人，越辦越好。

Love this tranquil and scenic hotel. One of the best hotels ever stayed. Service is very good and room was clean, spacious and comfy. The view of the Yanqi Lake is fanatic where you can see sunrise. The pagoda next to the hotel was quite a view especially at night. The landscaping is also flawless especially during the time I visit in Autumn where you see the colorful foliage. The hotel is situated close to Mutianyu and Jinkou Great Wall sections which is very convenient for my hike in both sections during my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

I might be the first Thai guest to stay here! The hotel is absolutely amazing it has a large gym, a hot pool, a regular swimming pool, and a sauna, all free to use all day. On the 64th floor, you can enjoy coffee and desserts while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding skyscrapers. On the 80th floor is the legendary Atmosphere Bar, which offers a daily happy hour from 6 PM to 8 PM for in-house guests. The location is very convenient, with a direct walkway from the hotel through a luxury mall to the subway station. The staff provide excellent service and speak good English. I’ll definitely stay here again next time!

Our stay at the Kempinski Sunrise hotel was excellent. The rooms are spacious and have a great view on the lake. What especially stood out was the breakfast and the kind and warm service of Sophia. She explained everything well and with a warm smile. Thanks Sophia and the Sunrise Kempinski hotel!

Yoğun programım nedeniyle birçok turistik yeri ziyaret edemedim. Pekin'e bir sonraki gidişimde ”Elegance Inn” yine ilk tercihim olacak. Ay Yeni Yılı'nın ikinci gününde giriş yapmış olmama rağmen, tatil gününe rağmen hizmette hiçbir eksiklik yoktu. Resepsiyon ve temizlik personeli son derece ilgili ve detaylara dikkat eden kişilerdi. Otel çok iyi bakımlıydı ve sergiler ile dekorasyonlar çok zevkliydi. Orada kalmak bir müzeyi ziyaret etmek gibiydi. Acele programım nedeniyle rehberli tura zamanım olmadı, ancak bir dahaki sefere diğer katlardaki koleksiyonları görmek için kesinlikle zaman ayıracağım.

Big thanks to Kevin Mario who made out stay feel like 5 start hotel, unfortunately front desk seems to be lacking training and communication skills. Hopefully next time they can do better.
