We had a pleasant stay here at the Mike service apartment. This is the second stay within a month (totaling 3+ weeks). The room was large and quite new, and was cleaned each day to our satisfaction. The hotel staff were all nice and helpful, especially XiaoKe. We will certainly book again when visiting Shanghai next time. Thank you.

Otelin önünde kullanabileceğiniz bisikletler mevcuttu. Şehrin merkezi noktalarına bisikletle, taksiyle ve hatta yürüyerek ulaşma imkanı vardı. Son olarak, otelin bulunduğu konumun arka sokaklarında bisikletle veya yürüyerek Pekin'in yerli halkının evlerini görmek ve onlarla tanışmak mümkün! Otelin en alt katında spor salonu, bilardo salonu ve mutfak hizmetleri mevcuttu. Odalarda da elektrikli ocak, mikrodalga fırın, ekmek kızartma makinesi ve kurutmalı çamaşır makinesi mevcuttu. Genel olarak bu otelde kalmanın Pekin seyahatimizi daha keyifli bir hale getirdiğini söyleyebilirim.

Overall, we are satisfied with the hotel and our experience. But there are some key things I would like to point out. Maybe it will help the service become better. 1. Noisy - one of the biggest problem we have faced. I am not talking about the noise from outside. It is unavoidable if your hotel is facing a busy street. The problem was the staff making the noise in the morning while cleaning. We had chosen “quiet room” to enjoy our quiet vacation, but heard loud talking at approximately 7-8 am right in front of our door. 2. Hygiene and cleaning - I would say it is 4 out of 5, if there weren’t some details. But they should be improved in general, not by daily cleaning. 3. Location - not the best, but it is good for the price. 5 minute drive from the metro station. Hotel has a little supermarket and restaurant nearby. But that’s all. Other restaurants and supermarkets are 15-20 minutes walk away from the hotel. 4. Team - very sweet and nice. The receptionist girl is very cute and approachable. 5. Check in and check out - fast and convenient If these details are improved, the hotel will be on top. Thank you for having us as your guests.

This was my favorite place to stay during my month in China! Excellent location, once you figure it out it's easy to find (my taxi drive had a bit of trouble at first). I stayed here the longest so it felt the most homey, and I had most of the things I needed for everyday life. The first week I stayed here was booked through my Chinese colleagues, so this may have influenced the room I was given or similar. My room was quiet and comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a safe and plenty of towels and many other things I needed for daily life. The manager, Carrie, spoke English very well and was super competent. The security guards and maids were very friendly. I basically only have one critique: There were no pots and pans, oil or anything really for daily cooking. There was a fridge, a mini stove top, a kettle and a microwave as well as four plates, two sets of chopsticks, two forks and two knives, two small spoons and two mugs. There was no kitchen knife or peeler, cutting board or anything like that (or sponge & dish soap!). So the stove top was basically useless. That was disappointing for what is called a serviced apartment. The maid did clean dirty dishes, if there were any.

I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

Wonderful Stay at Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel – Perfect for a Special Celebration! I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. This was our very first hotel stay experience in beijing. I felt that its location is far from downtown area. The cleanliness was lower than my expectation and very noisy that i can clearly hear people's talk behind our room door. Tho, it is budget hotel so those are understandable i think, staff were quick and tried their best to help to things that i asked.
