這家民宿必須5星🌟好評，非常值得推薦👍我帶娃旅遊這麼多年，這是我住過最好的民宿，先説説環境和衞生方面，真的寬敞整潔沒得説，房間不僅大，還明亮，衞生間沒有異味特別乾淨，我家兩個娃到這的第一天就特別的開心，説這個房子太好了，有家的感覺，不像其他酒店感覺哪哪都不敢碰，這個小院乾淨清爽的感覺跟家裡一樣。再説説漂亮的老闆娘阿姨，真是人好的不知道用什麼語言來形容了，我們是兩天的環球行程，不僅每天親自開着大商務車，車接車送，還特別的體貼，我們晚上回來的特別晚，她還耐心的開車帶着我們去買吃的，真的就像家人一樣，人美心善。我們原本定的住3 天，結果孩子接下來的行程不想再換其他酒店了，我們臨時又➕了一天，其實想➕兩天，但是沒辦法了，人家已經都提前訂出去了。我們退房後，美女老闆娘又親自開車送我們去的地鐵站，我們分開不到兩個小時，我的小女兒突然就跟我説“媽媽，我好想念清清小院，想那個阿姨了”這次北京之旅真的太幸運了，選到了這麼好的店，真的給我們的旅行增加了太好的體驗感。推薦推薦，這個店你來北京，特別是帶娃旅行的，你就閉眼定吧，用我們東北話説“包你一住一個不吱聲👍👍👍”

The room was very clean and spacious, and exactly as pictured. Complete towels, comfortable mattress, and excellent service. You can borrow cooking utensils and a washing machine. The location is 500 meters from the train station and about 300 meters from the bus station. It's about 1 km from a major mall. It's a bit far from the city center. Thank you

五一假期到處都是人，衹想找個不堵車人少的地方清靜一下，這裏真是一個非常不錯的選擇。京蔚高速出來沒多遠就到了，面對大山，兩個泡池，孩子玩得高興，我也可以躺椅上聽着音樂享受着寧靜。下次再去的話應該帶上燒烤食材，小院免費提供烤爐、木炭和佐料。

We had an amazing staycation at this hotspring resort. I was very impressed with the customer service we recieved. Everyone was incredibly kind and went out of their way to help. The staff has clearly had 5 star training. I would like to make particular note of Mr. Lee at the front desk. Upon check-in, he served us and acknowledged that not all the staff spoke English and that we should contact him directly over Wechat if we needed anything. On several occassions I contacted him and he was prompt and curtious. He was a great ambassador for the hotel. For example, room service forgot chicken on on salad, and he promptly pologized and arranged for two new compelmentary salads to be sent (i believe this was an oversight as the hotel was very busy with a special chiristmas dinner that night). It is common in Beijing for hotel staff not to speak English, however we did found several memebers of staff that did. For example. when we went to the dining hall, they sent an English speaker over to help us. Further, the dining hall manager checked in with us and personally cleared plates away. Buffet breakfast was above average with western and chinese food. Also, when ordering room service, though they did not speak English, they sent someone to our room with a menu so that we could point to the items we wanted. Overall, the hotel is new and to Western standards of cleanliness and quality. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We were with my 2 month old baby and my 85 year old father, all generations enjoyed our time. The hot springs were very clean (not always the case in China) and they were alongside swimming pools with kids climbing apparatice and water ball pit. It was also nice that there were complementary refreshments (snacks and drinks) at the hot springs. In the winter air, the outdoor hotsprings were great. Finally., though it wasnt a huge attraction, its nice to see the lammas, chicken and horses. Overall, I could not recommend this place more. I will defintely stay again.

I think we can all agree that the sole purpose of staying at this hotel is to gain immediate access to the Wall as soon as it opens in the morning. I guarantee you that this is the best way to experience the Wall without the crowds and you will have a greater chance to be able to capture shots of the Wall without anyone in your pictures. Your ticket for the Wall is included in the booking. The Hotel really is just a one nighter. I would not stay here longer as it provides the bare bones of a hotel. I would rate it three diamonds at most, not four. The room is spacious and warm, that's definitely a positive in winter. However, you do have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs when arriving and departing so beware if you have a dodgy back! There is an elevator but it only takes you from the parking lot to the lobby and not the rooms. One huge surprise for us was how delicious the dinner was at the hotel's restaurant. We were the only guests and they cooked everything from scratch for us. The breakfast (also served by the restaurant) was included in the booking and it was not quite to our taste but the staff had a cheerful disposition and were so kind and welcoming that we probably had a few more mouthfuls just to show our appreciation even if the food was not to our Western palate. Our trip was during the off peak season and the Wall opened at 8am. However, the breakfast started at 8am as well. I would recommend the breakfast be open 30 minutes before the Wall opened, otherwise guests will rush their breakfast, leading to some wasted food. The hotel advertises a transfer service from the airport but after making the booking we contacted the hotel on the Trip app and were told they do not offer this service so we had to arrange a Didi which was quite expensive, so please keep this in mind when making your booking.

Wonderful Stay at Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel – Perfect for a Special Celebration! I had an amazing 6-day stay at the Beijing Champs-Elysees Hotel, and it was the perfect place to celebrate my son’s second birthday! The hotel is conveniently located near the Panjiayuan Shilihe Subway Station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. It truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff—Chi Chi, Chi Linfeng, and Henguan. They were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. A big thank you to Chi Linfeng for his assistance in booking tours to the Temple of Heaven and the Great Wall of China, which were highlights of our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. The hotel’s attention to detail and the wonderful service from the team made my son’s birthday even more memorable. The hotel has a nice concept or safari theme but somewhat under delivered. The pictures were nice but I think these are old pictures as it definitely needs upkeep or we think due for renovation and cleanliness of the surrounding needs more manpower. Pool is questionable and not inviting. Plus side: Very close to the great wall you can literally walk about 1km away to the gate. And the nearby grocery is a cheap way to buy local gifts to bring home. However you are far from the main Beijing City as in more than 1 hour by taxi and 2 hours if you get caught in the rush hour of beijing cost which cost about US$20 one way. The room is clean, big and decent for the price but really needs repair and I really question the security of the door as it was no secondary lock. The hot water is plenty, aircon is nice, internet is ok, soap is great. Service: They are family run I think 3 or 4 people, they try to accommodate but unlike other hotels in China, they don't try to utilize tech to translate. I understand they are kinda old. They don't automatically make up the room even though we stayed for 3 nights. so our garbage filed up. But we are ok with it. They were waiting even though we arrived at 2am which we appreciated. And the iced coffee is nice. Bad: Food maybe it is not our preferred taste. It is definitely not a buffet and we only eat once. You have alternative restaurants across the street or in the Great Wall commercial area but it is expensive. So will we recommend it, maybe. Yes, if you want a quiet place to unwind and want to explore the great wall for more than a day. no, if you want to explore beijing, it is far from the city and conscious of cleanliness and upkeep.
