"this hotel left such a memorable impression on me. the place is incredibly comfortable, and the design feels so warm and homey. i met so many wonderful people here even though i can’t speak Chinese, they still tried to talk to me🥹🫶🏻. everyone was so friendly and every night there were fun activities like games and singing, and it was always such a great time. i honestly regret staying for only a short while🥲"

Will definitely come again if I ever repeat Harbin. 10/10 ❤️"

"The hotel has a very convenient location, within walking distance of Subway Line 3 (Friendship Palace Hotel Exit 2), Zhongyang Street (Central Avenue), the Morning Market, Songhua River, St. Sophia Cathedral, and Manhattan Mall. The area is surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores, making it easy to find food and daily necessities.
The lady owner speaks English very well and is very responsive, kind, and sweet. She even surprised me with a cake for my birthday. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and they invited us to a Christmas Eve party with free food, which made our stay extra special.
The room is quiet and spacious, with free bottled water provided daily. What I liked the most was the large window, perfect for people-watching and enjoying the view of cars passing by 😆. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. 💕"

I would not recommend it as a room to relax for long periods or work in. The woman who runs it is very lovely and hospitable, making the whole experience positive. A good option for those who want to save money and intend spending most of their days out exploring.

Host is really nice and helpful, we did different activities such as hotpot dinner with friends. And he also provided all the information I needed to visit Snow Town. If there's a place to stay not far from downtown, this is the place to go!
Hoping to come back anytime soon!!

As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.

We are from Malaysia, and we coincidentally found this hotel after we failed to book a train to Harbin City. Fortunately, we found hard seating available to Harbinxi, which led to our journey here.
The family room in this hostel is very spacious, and the private bathroom is large with solid concrete walls, unlike many budget hostels that use tempered glass partitions.
The location is convenient, just a 9-minute walk to the station and several large shopping centers. To access other popular areas, you can take the subway for just 4 Yuan per person per trip.
This hostel is run by a couple who are very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed; the lady owner, Mdm Wong, even told us, ”If you get bullied by anyone in Harbin, call me. I will protect you.” 😀 Lastly, there's a gray cat in the hostel that our kids loved. She enjoys being petted a lot.
The only thing I would like to mention is that some hidden areas, like under the bed and curtains, are dusty. I hope the owner can address this.

MMisafir Kullanıcı숙소는 아주 따뜻했다. 추우니까 사람들이 그냥 공용공간에서 담배핀다. 침구는 1층만 잘 정돈해주고 2층은 더러움,,, 그래도 2층이 좀 덜 시끄럽고 아늑하다. 수건을 제공해주지 않으니 꼭 챙겨가거나 호스텔에서 5위안에 살 수 있다. 물도 편의점이랑 동일한 가격에 팔아서 멀리까지 나가지 않아도 된다. 샤워실 불 킬 수 있으니 어둡게 샤워하지 않기! 숙소 위치 정말 너무 좋다.

MMisafir Kullanıcı他家鍋包肉挺好吃，之前在哈爾濱吃過兩次都能掛漿了，他家的孩子説好吃。
環境設施和他家圖片一樣，床單被罩上還有摺痕，應該是新換的（不過我自己也帶了一次性床單）。就是衞生做的不徹底，房間裏的茶杯裏有好多煙頭（上一個住客也挺霍霍人的），衞生間裏的兩個用過的牙刷明晃晃的擺着。
住的第一夜早上被凍醒了，看到房間有空調，就問了下遙控器在哪裡，上來一位有些歲數的大姐，問我有沒有什麼説道，噼裏啪啦和我講了一堆，我都沒怎麼説話，最後她説 如果不願意住可以退房，真的是莫名其妙。這個東西擺到那裡不是讓客人用的嗎？
其他人服務態度還都挺好的，但是這件事讓我很憋氣。不想折騰就沒理她，最後也沒找到遙控器。老闆，你家員工該好好管理一下了，並不是所有租客都是一鎚子買賣。 所以服務給了三分。
房間裏確實有臭味，不是太明顯，大面上看起來也乾淨，不過老闆應該看看邊角旮旯，那個臭味好像東西很長時間變質了才有的。有可能哪個租客吃的東西掉到縫隙裏了，比較隱蔽 所以沒有被發現？
奔着鍋包肉以後還想再去，但是嚇人的大姐還是算了，真的會攆客
