Hotel is placed at a strategic location (near the airport and also approximately 3km to the nearest mall which is large and has a wide range of products sold). Rooms were clean and spacious, with multi sockets which is a plus point. Additionally, the hotel also provides shuttle to the airport."

It’s understandable, but it would be more professional if they avoided laughing during moments of miscommunication. "Customer service was very helpful especially when I needed help getting things delivered to my room. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The morning breakfast was also a highlight, they had a nice variety of food both Asian and western selections."

"The location is good. It is near Zhongshan street, a local market and it has a really good view of Gulangyu. The non-smoking floor had no trace of cigarette scent. The staff were helpful with the luggage and promptly resolved an issue with the room. I did request that they helped me with a restaurant reservation but failed to update me on the outcome. Overall, service was good."

"Hotel is quite old but generally the room condition is very well-maintained and clean. Staff's attitude is very polite at front desk, room service and cleaning team. The cleaner even gave me a mouse pad when she noticed i didnt have one. Location is awesome, as there is a lot of local foods restaurant and convenient stores within 200M walking reach."
