This has got to be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Very new/clean rooms, great laundry facilities, great sound proofing, strong shower pressure and design. AI sound command to control the lights and curtains works great. Location is unbeatable as well being in the middle of Zhingshan Pedestrian shopping strip and food everywhere within a earshot. Near to the metro station and BRT. But my greatest shout out is their impeccable service. The check in process involved the desk staff escorting us to our room and explaining everything we needed to know. She saw that we had 4 kids with us and organised more amenities for us without us asking. Next, it's the house keeping. We hung some wet laundry that are not suitable for dryers in our balcony chairs. When we came back after a long day, we found a laundry rack sitting on our balcony with our laundry hung neatly there... Super impressed. Then on the day before our check out date, we found a hand written appreciation note sitting in our coffee table with a vase of fresh flowers.... Common... Really?! Another thing that's worth mentioning is their concierge service. They use WeChat where you can communicate with someone if you need anything (WeChat is manned by a staff 24hrs). We asked for more towel at about 12 midnight and we had our towels sent by their robot concierge within minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and will definitely stay there again. If we could give 10 stars would most certainly would. Kudos to the hotel management team and staff!

Breakfast poor and not delicious, pool dirty sauna dirty and some times not working, pool and gym staff not interesting around poor condition,front desk room cleaning door men staff's are good and helping enough, first floor coffee shop no staff care guests 😕, thank you for all good staff, next time I want to lunge entry from hotel side with my family

性價比超高的一家酒店！環境沒得説，安靜又整潔，綠植覆蓋率高，空氣特別清新。泳池維護得很好，水質乾淨，水温適宜，不管是晨泳還是傍晚放鬆都很舒服。房間隔音效果不錯，床品柔軟，睡得很踏實。大大的落地窗海景盡收眼底，冬日太陽曬進來非常的舒適，服務高效，辦理入住退房都很快。值得打卡！

Excellent location, very clean room , buffet breakfast has a wide variety of selection n taste great. Very good service staff at front desk, restaurant n concierge especially front desk staff Crystal n Daniel ( concierge) very knowledgeable by giving us lots of useful information on getting around. Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. The stay exceeded our expectations. We would gladly choose this room again on our next visit. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended!

The hotel is pretty new. The room is clean and they provided the toiletries. There is housekeeping daily to clean the room but they did not make the bed. The room is equipped with smart appliance that works with voice commands to Xiao Du. There is a laundry area and guest can access to it with free of charge. However, few of the room that we booked, has problem with the flooring. The hotel quickly changed us for a new room when we complaint about the flooring that caused hazard. The breakfast is similar everyday with little choice. The hotel is at level three of the shopping mall. There is a lot of eatery shop nearby with a convenience shop opposite the hotel. In short, the location is very strategic and can access to all shops (e.g. pharmacy, lucking coffee, bread shop, milk tea shop, eatery street, and etc) at walking distance.

酒店位於中山路步行街上，位置優越，出門就能逛繁華的商業街，周邊吃的喝的玩的都很方便啊，出行打車也方便，步行不到10分鐘就能到達中山路碼頭了，房間寬敞舒適，配套設施完善，衞生間乾淨清爽，雖臨街但有雙層窗，夜晚也安靜，服務員都熱情周到服務耐心，免費為我升級了房間，必須推薦了！

I don't really have anything much to say about this hotel. We hardly slept, however, as we came for partying in the city. We had a late check out and check in as early as 12pm. That's the good part!
