"Çift kişilik yatak ve ranza bulunan aile odası; küçük ve kompakt ama makul derecede temiz ve rahat. Giysileri, havluları vb. asacak yer olmayan şeffaf duş kapısı; gençlerle birlikte konaklarken yetersiz gizlilik ve rahatsızlık. Tuvalet küçük ve yine kapı kilitlenemiyor. Terlik, çöp kutusu ve su ısıtıcısı yok, ancak kahvaltı saatinde 06.30'dan 10.30'a kadar ücretsiz çay, kahve, sıcak çikolata ve sıcak su mevcut. Süpermarkete ve otobüs durağına kolay erişim sağlayan mükemmel konum. Havaalanına ve şehre ulaşım için bir metro istasyonu çok uzak değil."

"Harika konum. Yol tarifi bulmak kolay ve Havaalanı Terminali'nden yürüyerek iyi bağlantılara sahip. Oda güzel ve kahvaltı dahil olması harika bir değer sağlıyor. Akşamları otel odasından güzel gün batımı manzarası."

"The location of the hotel is great for Heathrow T5 travellers. The staff were quite professional and friendly. One of the few hotels that offer room service as well as trolley services to move your luggage. The room was quite clean and comfy, though amenities were dated. The bathroom especially was not the best in terms of cleanliness. The amenities including the floor tiling were quite basic and dirty. The bath shower was very short, which meant you had to bend down or sit to use - couldn't sit because the bath was not as clean. Used the second standing bath but water easily leaked out to the bathroom tiles because the door was not closing properly - and talking about the water... It was quite terrible (usual London hard water). I had hoped that as a premium luxury hotel, they would have at least treated or had a water softener, but nope. Food, while expensive was not anything out of the ordinary. WiFi was super fast, thankfully and complimentary. Still, overall, compared to other hotels in the UK on the same level (cost wise), I'll give this a 7-8/10."

"The central part of the hotel is filled with light and space. Great when you are in the restaurant. Rooms are clean, spacious, quality sheets and pillow. The staff is available and very nice. I had an issue with my shower and it was sorted asap. Plus of course the proximity of Heathrow T4, with a fully covered passage to go to terminal. Great hotel"

"Great stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow"

"One night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing."

"Great location for flight the next day and clean.  But the only elevator to T4 walking path was broken and they couldn’t be bothered to put a sign at the bottom.   (Even after mentioning it to the workers)   3 pm check-in, it is quite late in the day, but you can check your bags.  Nothing really in the area so I would never base my travels from here.   Food was expensive and mediocre."
