"The moment you step onto the walkway and smell the beautifully perfumed air you know you have arrived at a classy hotel. It was my first time staying at the Sofitel, Heathrow, and every member of staff I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room had every amenity I could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I won't hesitate to stay here again."

"Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner."

One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

You have the option of taking a hotel Hoppa bus services as which was around 6.5 GBP on way or you can take a cab/ taxi .
I recommend the bus, it was cost effective and operates almost round the clock.

MMisafir KullanıcıI would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall.
The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available.
A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

Konumu iyiydi, en yakın metro istasyonuna ulaşmak için otobüse binmemiz gerekiyordu. Dürüst olmak gerekirse mesafe özellikle çocuklar veya yaşlı insanlar için yürüyerek gidilebilecek gibi değildi. Tam olarak 5-6 otobüs durağı.
Genel olarak buradaki konaklamamı beğendim.

Terlik, çöp kutusu ve su ısıtıcısı yok, ancak kahvaltı saatinde 06.30'dan 10.30'a kadar ücretsiz çay, kahve, sıcak çikolata ve sıcak su mevcut. Süpermarkete ve otobüs durağına kolay erişim sağlayan mükemmel konum. Havaalanına ve şehre ulaşım için bir metro istasyonu çok uzak değil.

MMisafir KullanıcıI selected the hotel because it was close to family, trains and buses. The breakfast was good, but the same very single day so became boring rather quickly. The air conditioners in the rooms are absolutely pathetic. It was a hot summer, and my room reached 35 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioner running at full capacity. I complained, and the friendly staff moved me to another room. Same problem. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the bin was emptied and I received two new towels. No new linen and pillow case, even though I had to take cold showers for four nights to stop sweating. When I complained, I received two new pillow cases. My linen was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and the carpets not vacuumed once. I gave up asking. Even though the hotel is situated at a fantastic location, I will hesitate to use it again. It is not value for money. The staff was friendly and courteous.
