"Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly.
There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed.
The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner."

"The moment you step onto the walkway and smell the beautifully perfumed air you know you have arrived at a classy hotel. It was my first time staying at the Sofitel, Heathrow, and every member of staff I met went out of their way to make me feel welcome. My room had every amenity I could wish for. It was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. I won't hesitate to stay here again."

One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

MMisafir KullanıcıI would highly recommend the Renaissance Hotel to everyone. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in an Executive Room with a runway view, which also gave us access to the Executive Lounge — a great experience overall.
The food quality was very good, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight of the hotel, with a wide variety of options available.
A special mention to Faris, who was very professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Anifa at reception was also very friendly and efficient, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free. Mesley in the Executive Lounge was also very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic stay — 5 out of 5 stars 🌟

I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction.
Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory.
Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel.
Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly.
Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton.
On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton.

The hotel itself is not bad, but still can feel it is bit old and not too spacious. Also breakfast only starts at 6 am. So for flight catcher earlier than that would be bit bad for not able to have the food

The Holiday Inn staff were very accommodating and helpful in every way.
The breakfast was very fresh and served well with presentation.

Konumu iyiydi, en yakın metro istasyonuna ulaşmak için otobüse binmemiz gerekiyordu. Dürüst olmak gerekirse mesafe özellikle çocuklar veya yaşlı insanlar için yürüyerek gidilebilecek gibi değildi. Tam olarak 5-6 otobüs durağı.
Genel olarak buradaki konaklamamı beğendim.

YYuchen LHotel is across the street from the Underground Station. It's very convenient to get to Heathrow airport by public transportation. The rooms are basic but felt modern. The area around the hotel feels safe. There's not a lot of food options and all restaurants nearby are closed by 10pm.

MMisafir KullanıcıRoom was comfortable and easy to access. Very comfortable beds. Staff friendly and obliging. Excellent breakfast done by Mum. The Assistant was very obliging ordering and chasing up the taxi for us. Location is excellent and decor good. My only complaint just a small one regarding cleanliness was a used bar of soap left on the bathroom sink and the badly stained armchair in the room. But overall a pleasant, comfortable short stay.
