因為和愛人來度婚假，來之前做了不少功課、調研。入住4天下來，毫不誇張地説，在我們所有、所有的酒店民宿體驗裏，是最温馨、最難忘的： 1.獨一無二、無可替代的景色：全部5間房都直麪長坪溝的溪流、河谷、秋季的彩林、以及幺妹峯主峯，且毫無任何遮擋，是一種絕對的與世隔絕感。面前3000米的垂直高差內，同時包含如此豐富的、動靜結合的色彩、景觀，不僅在長坪溝所有民宿裏是數一數二的，我想在全國的民宿當中也十分難得； 2.現代、齊備、細節滿滿的硬件設施：2025年底新落成的民宿（因此在攜程排名暫時靠後，如果您刷到這裏，説明是和我們一樣與這裡有緣），外立面設計很好尊重了當地的自然與人文肌理，客房配備的設施肉眼可見是下了不少成本（包括大尺寸、擦的非常乾淨的落地窗，很紮實的五金件，可調節角度的電動床，全套TOTO衞浴，升降式浴室加熱器，以及全實木的裝飾構件），公區、樓梯間都佈置了感應式夜燈。如此沉澱的成本為我們提供的不僅是更便捷、現代的入住體驗，更反映出經營者一絲不苟的匠人精神； 3.體貼入微、無可挑剔的服務：從入住前的微信對接、專車接送，到全程早飯、午飯、晚飯定製化的服務（甚至會區分每個人葱花、辣度的偏好），都體現了團隊的細緻用心。從老闆兩兄弟，到駐店的藏族阿姨、姐姐，給我們從旅行建議到當地民俗再到預防高反建議，讓我們感受到的是親人般的關心； 4.有情懷、有故事、有品位的經營團隊：能在這麼好的自然景觀當中，由外地的個人團隊打造完成度如此高的精緻民宿，我想團隊一路走來所秉持的決心、克服的困難、見證的感動是難以言表的。入住期間交流了許多，期待後續他們拍一部見證全歷程的紀錄片，一定很精彩！同時，團隊也在打造二期工程（實地看了，不會遮擋一期的客房景觀），相信未來會提供更豐富的旅拍、露營、牧馬、房車體驗； 5.便捷、四通八達的區位：當地主要是三條溝（雙橋，長坪，海子），民宿坐落在最核心的長坪溝內，去另外兩條溝也非常方便。如果身體狀態不好的，也可以像我們一樣躺在床上、泡在浴缸裏欣賞美麗的幺妹峯，且不用擔心任何視線遮擋，或來自其他民宿的視線——這裏的區位確實是既在風景正中、又絕對與世隔絕的！ 誠摯向所有來四姑娘山度假的朋友推薦這裏，也誠摯祝福團隊經營得越來越好，見證、陪伴更多温馨、難忘的度假故事。

⛰️ A Mother's Review: A Truly Memorable Family Getaway As a mother who travels with her children often, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me most was the staff's genuine care and attentiveness to my family's every need. This was especially true when my five-year-old twin sons became ill with altitude sickness. The hotel staff immediately stepped in to help and looked after them so well, which as a mother, made me feel incredibly relieved and at ease. For our stay, we chose the Family Suite, which was the perfect choice. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. With two separate beds, everyone got a good night's sleep! The food here was another highlight that my whole family loved. We especially enjoyed the roasted pork ribs that were so tender they melted in your mouth. There was also a special dish, a kind of sweet sticky rice pastry, which was a unique and delicious dessert. Finishing the meal with some refreshing chilled watermelon was the perfect touch. Even though it rained throughout our trip and we missed the chance to see the beautiful mountain views, our stay was still so worthwhile. The hotel's location is ideal, whether you're using it as a base before heading into the national park or as a place to relax after a long day of exploring. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel for any family looking for a place with a great atmosphere, outstanding service, and a truly family-friendly environment. It was a getaway my family will cherish forever.

Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile. Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you! Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front. Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view. Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity.

The moment we left the Airbnb, we already missed it. We truly appreciate the amazing hospitality at Feeling Mountain—by far one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. ✨ Before arriving in the Siguniang Mountain area, the sweet meimei contacted us in advance to make sure we had the exact address of the homestay, since it’s located halfway up the mountain. Eventually, she picked us up in Siguniang town and even brought us to lunch before heading up. The homestay is located in a local village halfway up the mountain. The area is still developing, so it might seem a bit messy around the surroundings, but it didn’t affect the awesomeness of our stay at Feeling Mountain. They even upgraded us to a room with a better view, where we could see Mount Siguniang directly from our window. The room wasn’t super spacious, but it was sparkling clean and so cozy! (Not to mention the super comfortable bed!) We were always being fed by meimei, haha. We loved the warm teas and the apple passion fruit—so good! The BBQ dinner was great, and we got to enjoy it in the living room area with a view of the snow-covered mountains. There’s an adorable dog named Jiujiu (久久) and a cutie cat named Shiyi (十一)—we loved their company too. The photo with two dogs is from the lovely café nearby, just a 2-minute walk away, where Jiujiu’s “girlfriend” lives, haha. Overall, the experience was superb, and we totally enjoyed our stay at Feeling Mountain Homestay. We absolutely loved it and hope to visit again in the future! Stay healthy and happy always—until we meet again!

The stay was ok. The hotel staff were not that friendly and helpful. The staff didn't greet us whenever they saw us during our 2 nights stay there. It is a small property and we were probably the only few customers there and yet it felt like we're were strangers to them. There is no elevator and we had to lug our luggage up to the 4th floor where our room was. Likewise we need to carry them down from our room when we checked out. If you need suggestion and information about getting around and what to do, don't hold hope that the staff is able give useful tips, you would have better luck checking the Internet. Breakfast was not ready by 7.30am on our first morning and the choices were limited due to low season. We had some soup noodles which was nice. The room was decently decorated. However, the toilet bowl flush was annoying and flushed by itself and splashed water out onto the floor with the ”faulty” sensor. There is no air conditioning but luckily there was floor heating. However, the heating took extremely long time to heat up. We also had to request them to activate the heater for us even though they knew we were in the room in the cold winter, really lack of sense of good customer service. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from the Changpinggou visitor center. We visited in February, during the low season, 80% of the shops were closed in Changpinggou area so it felt like a dead town. We went to Shuangqiaogou for meals and it seemed livelier there.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Sincerely, Azatul 💛 ⸻ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 小金县的一片天堂 —— 我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。 这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。 酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。 作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。 如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。 还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。 当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。 致云上客栈的家人们：我一定会回来！请你们保持健康，早点休息，好好睡觉。希望你们的生意像天空一样飞得高高的！ 真诚的，Azatul 💛

The hotel is well located near the buses for Changping valley as well as many restaurants within a few hundred metres. The room is spacious and has underfloor heating. The host also responded quickly when we got a blocked toilet in our room, and was generally very nice to us.

Recommended for those who want to stay nearby the tourist spot siguniang mountain. The car park is huge so you can easily find car park if you stay there. And you don’t need to ride a car to siguniang sightseeing spot as the hotel just across from the gate

I love staying here! Tu dou (potato) is the cutest golden retriever and the ladies here were all so hospitable! Would definitely stay here again in the future. Their hotpot and drinks were really nice too! Thank you for turning on the heater every time we eat at your restaurant!
