"The service was excellent. The hotel is very beautiful, and all the staff provided outstanding service. They always asked about our needs and were ready to help with everything. I really wanted to stay for two more nights, but we had to move on to another place. I loved it so much. Next time I come, I will definitely stay here again.

"Warm welcome - Kinds - Gentle
They help me carry baggage to the 3rd floor and give advice about day1 shouldn’t take a bath or drink an alcohol because risk to altitude sickness.
But finally we try 1 beer, so delicious!
For the location, located around changpinggou but we will goto shuangqioa valley but the hotel help to call the taxi for us on the morning.
For the room, fully facilities. Comfort bed, heating floor start on 4.00PM,.
For the food, the Yak meat so delicious and enough for 2 person, Tibet fried rice is amazing we like it!
the Yak noodles on the morning is good also.
Overall impressed."

"The accommodation is excellent with beautiful views, surrounded by mountains. It’s a bit far from the city center, but there is a pick-up service to the hotel. The room is fully equipped with everything you need, including an oxygen machine and a kettle. The hotel owner is very kind and helpful, offering support with everything. They gave us great recommendations and took care of us like family. There is also a restaurant at the hotel, so everything you need is right there. Highly recommended!"

"Good location at the town where food and grocery stores are just nearby.
The room is spacious and the bed can be heated to keep us warm in the cold weather.
The lobby was really nice and Zen - you can have your meal or break time over there and they even provide some games like Chinese chess. Plus point, it's great for taking pretty photos! Host were friendly and always ready to help. The hotel provide hot tea and even little items like tissue, face mask, lotion etc are available for travelers to take. Breakfast (payable) was delicious. Overall, the stay was very pleasant - highly recommended."

"An amazing stay overall. Room was spotless. I needed to cancel one night and check out a day earlier, and even with the short notice, the staff were kind enough to offer me a late check-out so I could pack my luggage comfortably. "Location: the hotel is located inside Shuangqiao valley national park. The scenic green bus will alight at the hotel so upon arrival, the bus will stop at the doorstep of the hotel or flag it to get further into the national park. The scenic bus will drive all the way towards the redwood forest which is the end point of the park, around 30-45 mins. I highly encourage to stay inside the scenic area as just a day trip will be too rush, with a few days, you get to acclimatize yourself to avoid altitude sickness and also get to explore each location properly and even trek the boardwalk between the locations instead of taking the bus. As long as you don’t exit the national park, you can still utilize your entry ticket and bus ticket. I have stayed for 3 days and was able to use the same ticket for 3 days which was very worthwhile.
Service: there is a young male stuff who is very attentive. As soon as the scenic bus alighted me at the hotel, he came out to receive my bag. Also, when I had difficulties flagging the bus since some of them were already full from passengers at the entrance , he came out from the reception just to help me. Besides him, there’s a young lady (without spectacles) who has also been very helpful and friendly and has helped to stop the scenic bus for boarding. Thank you!
Room View: if you are looking for a place to take a break, this will be the best place and it is very quiet and the Mountain View is just right in-front.
Facilities: the room is very cosy yet big. There’s a bathtub right infront of the mountain view.
Overall, it has been a great stay with a with such an amazing view. Will definitely return for a stay if there’s an opportunity."

"Spacious and oxygenated family room. Comfy and large double beds. A bit outdated bathroom. I thought I had booked a Mountain View side bedroom. Technically there was a mountain but the room was parking and street side so we had some street noise at night and morning. Make sure you book a room valley side. The staff was helpful, patient and helped us plan our day!
Big perks: although it is a 20 minutes walk on a large road (sometimes without sidewalk) you can walk back to the hotel from the city. Huge traffic jam during October holidays that makes it impossible to take a taxi. The hikes close by were the best we ever did in China. The children were on horses while we walked by their sides. We bought oxygen bottles and sparsely used them. It was nice though and reassuring with children to sleep with oxygen in the room."

"The host is very friendly and full of service mind. The hotel is at the lower part of town so it required some energy to walk up hill to the main road for restaurant.
The rooms are nice with large panoramic windows with beautiful mountain and river view.
The heater is planted on the floor, so you can walk around in the room comfortably. As it’s quite a distance from the main road, it’s quiet at night.
Washing machine, detergent and hanging room is provided if you happen to wash your cloth.
The place is about 7 km and 2 km from shuangpinggou and Changpinggou national park respectively. The host is willing to arrange/call a taxi for us. Also assistance for train and bus is available should you need it.
I will definitely stay here again next time.😀"

Our store is hidden in the folds of Mount Siguniang, a gentle connection between the snow capped mountains and the human world. It falls in the morning light at 64 Jinfeng Street, only two kilometers away from the stream of Shuangqiaogou. Pushing the door can lead to the Snow Mountain, and turning around can embrace the fireworks of the old street. The natural wood and plain color weave the background of the guest room, and the fragrance of geranium permeates the bedding. If you choose a viewing room, you will see a sea of clouds floating over the shoulders of Yaomei Peak in the morning. The Zen tea table in the lobby is filled with the fragrance of white tea, accompanied by the faint mountain shadows in the distance, becoming a moment of blank space during the journey.
