Highlights: • The Room: Huge, modern, and very comfortable. It easily accommodated our group. • Amazing Perks: We were treated to complimentary fresh milk, a relaxing bath bomb, and a delicious Afternoon Tea set (Barley Butter Coffee/Tea). • Location: Perfect for visiting Siguniang Mountain (Four Sisters Mountain). It’s only a 10-15 minute drive to the park entrance. • Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although there was a language barrier, we communicated easily using translation apps. • Breakfast: A simple and healthy spread with fresh milk, coffee, mantou, dim sum, steamed pumpkin/sweet potato, and boiled eggs. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a premium experience at an affordable price. I would definitely stay here again!"

The window view was *half the reason I booked* (and they even had a Dyson hairdryer!! Blown away!). Originally, I just planned to stop over before heading further into western Sichuan, but it was so comfortable that I stayed an extra day! The owner was really friendly too. We mentioned we weren't going to any scenic spots, so he recommended checking out the mountains behind the property, which had amazing views. We even went mushroom picking – so much fun! In the evening, we checked which mushrooms were edible and made a soup, and it was unbelievably fragrant! I'll definitely be back for another relaxing getaway! Highly recommend!!"

Thanks to the hotel's concierge service, I was able to pick up my backpack at the hotel and start my leisurely tour early, feeling genuinely cared for and well-serviced right from the moment I booked. The room was also incredibly clean and odorless, which I was very satisfied with. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit lacking."

With the lack of DiDi drivers in the area, 小盘 very readily and happily fetched us to and from the different valleys. He also recommended us new hikes which were not any of the main ones and they turned out to be slightly difficult, but extremely fun. I would recommend this amazing hotel to anyone who visits this town as their service and hospitality is truly unmatchable, exceeding our expectations and easily even better than some 5-star luxury hotels. "1. **Ceiling Leaks and Mold – A Safety and Health Hazard** The ceiling in the room was extensively water-damaged, with large areas showing bubbling and clearly visible patches of black mold. The walls were damp and bulging, which was really off-putting. The mold spores floating around were definitely not good for breathing. The hotel completely failed to inform us of this significant issue beforehand. 2. **Dated and Dirty Furnishings** The carpet inside the room was yellowed and stained with black spots in multiple places. The edges of the seat cushions also had noticeable dirty marks. It was clear that cleaning was not up to par; walking barefoot or sitting down felt really uncomfortable. 3. **Overall Impression** For a price of over 300, they couldn't even provide a basic dry and clean living environment. The leaks and mold are major structural defects, and the hotel concealed this prior to our arrival. Seeing it upon check-in instantly ruined our mood. The actual condition was vastly different from the promotional pictures. The value for money is extremely low. I will not be returning, nor do I recommend others to make the same mistake."
