The service is very nice and the staffs are very kind and helpful, even they cannot speak english that much but they try their best to help and assisting even to call a taxi and to find a food spot. you can add the property Wechat they are very well inform the guest and if you booking a bus from trip.com the bust stop is just 10mins walk here very convenience!

The hotel room is pretty, 2 storeys and even has a star view window. I could fully untilise the room cause I only stay for less than 24 hrs but I'm happy to enjoy every corner of the room. This friendly and helpful hotel driver 王大哥 had offer help to sent me back to Chengdu at a very good timing. I'm really grateful 🙏. I wish he will still be around when I revisit the place again.

ห้องพักอยู่บนสุดเห็นวืวภูเขาได้หลายด้านโดยไม่มีอะไรบัง เป็นโรงแรมแรกหลังขึ้นเนินหน้าสถานีรถบัสไป ฉางผิวโกว เราเดินทางกับลูก 10 ขวบตามลำพัง เจ้าขิงโรงแรมน่ารักที่สุดเป็นผู้หญิงทำงานไว ร่าเริงสดใสมาก ช่วยเราสองคนทุกอย่าง ไม่ว่าจะเรื่องเล็กน้อยหรือเรื่องใหญ่เช่นไปไม่ทันรถเข้าเฉิงตู เราพักที่นี่กันถึง 3 คืน นอนสบายทุกคืน อาหารที่ห้องอาหารก็อร่อย มีดอกไม้บานนอกกน้าต่างมากมาย พี่แม่ครัวใจดีมาก ถึงจะพูดคุยกันไม่รู้เรื่องเลยแต่ก็ช่วยแนะนำทุกอย่าง เรารอดมาได้ทริปนี้เพราะผู้คนที่ต่ารักจากโรงแรมนี้นี่เอง

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Slice of Heaven in Xiaojin We stayed at Cloud Inn in Xiaojin County and it was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Originally, we planned for just one night… but my friend got altitude sickness (don’t worry — they even have an oxygen machine available!) and we ended up cancelling our next destination just to stay another night. That’s how comfortable and peaceful it felt here. What truly makes this place special are the people. The aunties, the staff, the bosses, and even the two dogs, Hua and Keke — they’re all incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely warm. From helping us when we arrived, to patiently explaining everything we needed, to just chatting and laughing with us — they made us feel like part of a big family. The hotel also has a café, and as a coffee lover, I’d give it 9/10! The latte was so good, and the vibe is cozy and relaxing — perfect after a long day of mountain air. As Muslim travelers, we mentioned our dietary needs, and the staff were thoughtful and careful to guide us through what we could eat. They even helped us locate a Halal restaurant nearby and arranged a very affordable taxi for us. It made a huge difference in our stay. Also, if you’re planning to visit Shuangqiao Valley (just 8km away), no worries — the hotel helped us book a taxi for about 30 yuan, and the same driver picked us up after. Super smooth and easy. And for those who want something extra special: the bosses are building a gorgeous new branch just 10–15 minutes away, with private pools in every room and a panoramic view of Mount Siguniang. I’ve seen it myself — it’s honestly breathtaking. If you can afford to splurge, this is the place. When it was time to say goodbye… I cried. Like, actual tears. The staff walked us to our van, hugged us, and told us to come again. It felt like leaving family. And I’m not writing this review because they were kind only to me — I’m writing this because this hotel is truly something special. For all of the Cloud Inn family — I will come back soon. Sincerely, Azatul 💛 ⸻ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 小金县的一片天堂 —— 我们原本只打算在小金县的 Cloud Inn 云上客栈 住一晚，但因为朋友高反（别担心，酒店配有吸氧设备），我们最后取消了原本的行程，多留了一晚。真的一点都不后悔，这里太舒服、太温暖了。 这里最特别的地方是人。酒店的阿姨们、工作人员、老板们，还有两只狗狗 Hua 和 Keke，都非常热情、真诚、有耐心。从我们一到达开始，他们就一直照顾我们、陪我们聊天、带我们看风景，真的感觉像家人一样。 酒店里还有一个咖啡馆，作为一个咖啡爱好者，我给这里的拿铁打 9/10 分！味道很好，环境也很放松，适合在山里玩了一整天后慢慢享受。 作为穆斯林旅客，我们在饮食方面有一些限制。我们说明之后，工作人员特别贴心，认真帮我们确认哪些食物我们可以吃，还帮我们联系了附近的清真餐厅，叫了一辆价格非常实惠的出租车。真的太感谢他们了。 如果你计划去双桥沟（距离酒店大约8公里），完全不用担心交通问题，酒店也可以帮你叫出租车，大概30元，而且司机也会按时来接你，非常方便。 还有一个超级惊喜：老板们正在打造一个新分店，大约离现在这家店10–15分钟车程。每个房间都有私人泳池，面向四姑娘山的绝美景色。我亲自去看过，真的太震撼了！如果你想体验更高级的度假感受，那边会是一个非常值得的选择。 当我们离开时……我真的哭了。所有工作人员都送我们到门口，有人给我一个拥抱，还有人站在门边目送我们离开。就像分别的家人一样温暖。写这篇评价不是因为他们对我特别好，而是因为这家酒店真的值得推荐。 致云上客栈的家人们：我一定会回来！请你们保持健康，早点休息，好好睡觉。希望你们的生意像天空一样飞得高高的！ 真诚的，Azatul 💛

朋友推薦的酒店，在四姑娘山鎮上各方面都很方便，停車免費，房間很大很乾凈，設施齊全，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，總是對我笑眯眯的，需要啥他都會第一時間幫我準備 ，很滿意的一次選擇！

พื้นอุ่นมากเนื่องจากมีฮีตเตอร์  โรงแรมอยู่หน้าอุทยานเลยสามารถเดินไปได้สะดวกดี  เสียอย่างหนึ่งน้ำอุ่นไม่เสถียรเดี๋ยวร้อนเดี๋ยวเย็นไม่คงที่  ส่วนอ่างล้างมือน้ำเย็นมากไม่มีน้ำร้อนให้ 

I had an exceptional stay at Siguniang Shan Tianyun Renji Hotel! The owner was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond when our air conditioner wasn't working—upgrading us to a fantastic room that truly enhanced our experience. The hotel is conveniently located near charming cafes and just a short drive from all the local attractions. While the breakfast offered was quite basic and could use a few more options, the overall experience was lovely. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm service and great location!

四姑娘山兩日遊的落腳地，就在長坪溝景區口坡上的轉角處。樓上住宿，樓下可餐食可小聚，地暖和熱水都是最愛，門口能停車，非常方便。走時忘了充電器，店家發現後還特意打電話給寄過來，非常感謝！

The hotel is nicely located. If you walk out you are directly at picture Nr 2: a street with a lot of Restaurants and small supermarkets. So your breakfast, lunch or dinner are just a few steps away. 400m down you can find the ticketoffice where you can buy the entrance and take the Shuttlebus directly to Changping Valley. An amazing day trip. The staff helped us organise the bus back to Chengdu, and is generally helpfull, but there was a language barrier so better check twice if things are getting lost in translation. ;) The room is decent. The Blankets are thick so you dont freeze. But the room wasn't 100% clean and we found some big peanut leftovers on the nightstand and some dust here or there. In conclusion: If you are looking for value for your money i'd recommend this Hotel. But if you have high Standards you should keep looking.
